Abstract

Mengukur kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC) diawali dengan analisis SWOT.  Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal  dan faktor eksternal perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis ini akan diketahui posisi perusahaan saat ini dan strategi apa yang harus diterapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berada pada kondisi baik, tetapi menghadapi tantangan, sehingga strategi yang harus dipilih adalah strategi diversifikasi. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terpilihnya beberapa KPI dan 6 (enam) program kerja yang harus dilakukan yaitu melakukan FGD dengan pelanggan tetap (wholesale dan reseller), melaksanakan program penjualan referensi, melakukan pull marketing dan program target marketing, melakukan penetapan waktu baku penyelesaian produk, melakukan program kompetensi desain, melakukan survei pasar, melakukan program sosialisasi SOP perusahaan kepada karyawan, melakukan penilaian kemampuan SDM yang ada, melaksanakan program bonus untuk capaian target, dan membangun profil kompetensi.

Abstract

The use of web-based information system has been widely applied in various fields. Speed, precision, and accuracy are the advantages of this application. After conducting the initial assessment, it was found that the monitoring and evaluationpolicy has not been optimal in its implementation.Cost is the main constraint in this activity.  Therefore, we needed a web-based information system in order to solve these problems. This study was made with the aim of speeding up the process of monitoring and evaluation of small medium entreprises (SMEs) footwear in the province of West Java, especially in district of Tasikmalaya, Bandung, and West Bandung. Based on the collection and processing of data, it is shown that SMEs in the district of Bandung, West Bandung and Tasikmalaya are Stars 2 category.

Abstract

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) as a part of the national industrial sector has a critical influence in developing economic, social and political state of Indonesia. Therefore, the government has issued many policies, programs, and activities to enhance the development of SMEs. The absence of an online information system that shows the development of the SME cause the government has difficulty in overseeing the development of SMEs. Difficulties experienced by the government due to lack of information also in line with Law No. 3 of 2014 on Industry, precisely on Article 64 which stated that the industry is obligated to submit industry data that are accurate, complete, and timely periodically to the Minister, governors and regents/mayors. Therefore, the industry, in particular Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), requires a web-based information system that will be a tool that can be used by industry to facilitate the reporting of industrial activities. Therefore, this research aimed to develop a web- based information system for SMEs Sentra Textiles and textile products (TPT) in West Java. The system will contain information about the condition and position of SMEs Sentra Textiles and textile products (TPT) in Bandung, West Java. In addition to preparing an information system, this research will conduct an analysis of the current condition of SMEs to be taken into consideration in making the SME development strategy.Keywords: evaluation, monitoring, center, information systems

Abstract

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) is a public company engaged in serving electricity in Indonesia. The company is a state-owned company which has a lot of human resources both from the level of general education up to the highest level of education. The rapid development of industrialization and technological innovation makes the company must be more competitive in facing the increasing of fierce competition in the current era of globalization. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediator or as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution West Java Area Majalaya. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 146 employees and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was run by using AMOS 21.0 software. The results show that the organizational culture and work environment of PLN West Java Distribution Area Majalaya have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Furthermore, the organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction of PLN employees have a positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam bentuk sistem informasi berbasis web pada semua sektor sudah banyak diterapkan di berbagai bidang. Kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keakuratan menjadi kelebihan dari penerapan teknologi ini. Tidak terkecuali pemerintah sudah menerapkan teknologi dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas dari setiap kinerja sektornya. Setelah melakukan pengkajian awal pada sektor IKM, ditemukan kebijakan yang masih belum optimal dalam pencapaiannya, yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi (monev). Biaya menjadi kendala utama dalam kegiatan ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi berbasi web guna menjawab dan memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan mempercepat proses monitoring dan evaluasi sentra IKM di Provinsi Jawa Barat khususnya di Kab. Bandung, Kab. Bandung Barat, Kab. Garut, Kota Tasikmalaya, dan Kab. Bogor. Berdasarkan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, diketahui bahwa IKM Alas Kaki di Kab. Bandung sebanyak 23 IKM dan menyerap 209 pekerja lokal dengan kategori penilaian sentra Bintang 2. Di Kota Tasikmalaya terdapat IKM alas kaki sebanyak 513 IKM dan menyerap 6.057 pekerja lokal dengan penilaian sentra Bintang 2. Kab. Bandung Barat dari hasil survei terkumpul 3 IKM alas kaki dengan penyerapan tenaga kerja sebanyak 23 orang dan penilaian sentra Bintang 2. Sementara itu, dua daerah lainnya masih dalam proses penelitian. Kata Kunci: evaluasi, monitoring, sentra, sistem informasi
