The symptoms of deindustrialization in recent years has made government of Indonesia to plan undertaking concrete steps to address it. In the context of MP3EI for Java corridor, one of the main economic activities in Central for Economic Bandung, is the textile industry.Framework set out in this study explained that the textile industry was thought to have a good resistance in the provision of inputs and the output market. Based on the urgency, the research focused on several factors i.e the productivity of capital, government policy on textile sector and businesses accessibility to sources of financing in an effort to restructure the textile machinery. The method used was qualitative research and conducted in two phases, accordance with the purposes of this study. The first phase was to identify and map the current conditions of the productivity of capital in the textile industry, especially businesses that were included in a small scale. The second phase was undertake efforts to expand opportunities for the businesses included in the restructuring program. One of the studyâs findings revealed that most SMEs have limitations in revitalizing the textile machine. This occured because their business were considered not bankable.

The use of web-based information system has been widely applied in various fields. Speed, precision, and accuracy are the advantages of this application. After conducting the initial assessment, it was found that the monitoring and evaluationpolicy has not been optimal in its implementation.Cost is the main constraint in this activity. Â Therefore, we needed a web-based information system in order to solve these problems. This study was made with the aim of speeding up the process of monitoring and evaluation of small medium entreprises (SMEs) footwear in the province of West Java, especially in district of Tasikmalaya, Bandung, and West Bandung. Based on the collection and processing of data, it is shown that SMEs in the district of Bandung, West Bandung and Tasikmalaya are Stars 2 category.

PT. Brodo Ganesha Indonesia is a national company engaged in manufacturing with the production of leather shoes. The company has many stakeholders and it is difficult to manage its supply chain, thereby affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of the companys supply chains. The research was conducted to measure the performance of supply chain by using Supply Chain Operation References (SCOR) approach. The initial hierarchy model of performance measurement is tailored to the companys condition to measure its supply chain performance, while the normalization of Snorm De Boer serves to equalize the value of the matrix used as the measurement indicator. The level of importance of performance attributes is measured by weighting with subjective questionnaires. Value of performance attribute obtained reliability 19,74, responsiveness 16,91, agility 11,00; and asset management 12.26. The total performance score of 59.90. This value indicates that the performance of the supply chain is in an average position.

Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) as a part of the national industrial sector has a critical influence in developing economic, social and political state of Indonesia. Therefore, the government has issued many policies, programs, and activities to enhance the development of SMEs. The absence of an online information system that shows the development of the SME cause the government has difficulty in overseeing the development of SMEs. Difficulties experienced by the government due to lack of information also in line with Law No. 3 of 2014 on Industry, precisely on Article 64 which stated that the industry is obligated to submit industry data that are accurate, complete, and timely periodically to the Minister, governors and regents/mayors. Therefore, the industry, in particular Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), requires a web-based information system that will be a tool that can be used by industry to facilitate the reporting of industrial activities. Therefore, this research aimed to develop a web- based information system for SMEs Sentra Textiles and textile products (TPT) in West Java. The system will contain information about the condition and position of SMEs Sentra Textiles and textile products (TPT) in Bandung, West Java. In addition to preparing an information system, this research will conduct an analysis of the current condition of SMEs to be taken into consideration in making the SME development strategy.Keywords: evaluation, monitoring, center, information systemsÂ

The city of Bandung has a variety of culinary places that feature their own characteristics, ranging from luxury culinary venues, traditional uniqueness hangout, to the roadside hangout is available in this city. Amid the rapid development of culinary tourism in the city of Bandung, Lsociete Dine and Bar is one restaurant that wrestle in culinary tourism business competition. However, according to sales data, Lsociete experienced a decrease in total sales from 2014 to 2016. Lsociete requires effective improvement on its marketing mix performance. The study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with Lsociete marketing mix. The research was conducted using descriptive statistics method, measuring customer satisfaction index and integration of Importance Performance Analysis and Kano Model.Based on the result of research, there are some attributes of Lsociete marketing mix that need to be improved. For price attributes, Lsociete should review product prices. This review is conducted through further research on product pricing by analyzing product prices with competitor product price comparison or optimizing production costs. For promotional attributes, Lsociete can hold live music on an ongoing basis. In addition to this, it can be proposed packages with attractive discounts to the customer, group or family. PT. Kirana Semesta Panganis a company engaged in the field of food processing. The industry isproducing a wide range of food products such as meatballs, spicy meatballs and sauce seasoning. From the initial identification, the existing conditions of production layout does not fit the flow of the production process, thus causing the material handling is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to improve the plant layout to minimize the cost of material handling using Systematic Layout Planning (SLP). This research is obtained 3 alternatives layout that is able to minimize the cost of material handling by 24,15-36,41%. With this result, the company can choose the layout that fits the production process.

Referring to the purpose of research that is done is to analyze and analyze various variables, then this research is descriptive and verificative. In descriptive analysis explained the dependent variables on which the theory is based. The verification analysis is used. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Lisrel program.

AbstrakÂ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai postur pekerja dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan sistem kerja pemasangan Extrude IE yang dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut : 1) Mendokumentasikan postur operator yang dilakukan saat berkerja; 2) Mengetahui skor, level resiko dan level tindakan dengan metode RULA; 3) Mengetahui skor, level resiko dan level tindakan dengan metode REBA 4) Memberikan solusi terhadap resiko ergonomi pada pekerja. Hasil perhitungan RULA dan REBA masing-masing bernilai 7 dan 9. Artinya sistem kerja perlu mendapatkan penyesuaian untuk perbaikan. Adapun penyesuaian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyesuaikan meja kerja dengan menambahkan alas meja yang dapat berputar. Selain perbaikan meja kerja, posisi operator harus dalam keadaan duduk dalam proses perakitan. Hasil perhitungan RULA dan REBA setelah simulasi meja kerja dengan alas meja berputar adalah 3 dan 5. Hasil rekomendasi sitem tersebut dapat meminimalisir cidera otot pada operator.Â AbstractThis study aims to obtain the value of worker posture and provide recommendations for repair work system installation of Extrude IE done manually. The research is done through the following stages: 1) Document the posture of the operator performed while working; 2) Knowing the score, level of risk and level of action with RULA method; 3) Knowing the score, the level of risk and the level of action with the REBA method 4) Provide solutions to the risk of ergonomics to workers. The results of RULA and REBA calculations are worth 7 and 9 respectively. This means that the work system needs to get adjustments for improvement. The adjustment is done by adjusting the work table by adding a rotating table mat. In addition to the repair workbench, the position of the operator must be in a sitting state in the assembly process. The results of RULA and REBA calculations after the simulation of the workbench with the rotating pads are 3 and 5. The result of the recommendation of the system can minimize muscle injury to the operator.Â Keywords: Posture; RULA; REBA; Work System
