Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze customer perceptions about the conversion of conventional Nagari Bank to Islamic Nagari Bank, as well as to analyze the obstacles that occur when conventional Nagari Bank converts to Bank Nagari Syariah. The research method is field research (field research), data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation and data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the dominant perceptions of Bank Nagari customers supported and loyal to the decision of Bank Nagari to convert to Sharia so that they could apply the Minangkabau philosophy. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Bank Nagari are from the internal side such as the readiness of human resources, the era of digitalization or the digital ecosystem and it is not easy to provide products that have significant changes, from the external side such as the spread of the corona virus, the impact of the trade war between the United States and China and different views from Public.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to determine the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on issuers that invest and an increase in the number of issuers investing in the capital market each period, whether it has increased or decreased. The research method is field research (field research) using a qualitative approach, which is to try to describe and explain and collect detailed information using data collection procedures during the case occurred. The data collection technique used is by interviewing and using secondary data found on the website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The results of the study, it can be concluded that the Regulation from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) is to ensure the safety of investors in investing, and the number of issuers investing is still experiencing a decline, this is because the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) office does not only focus on supervision and regulation of the service industry. finance but also carry out the function of education and protection of financial consumers, such as the rampant illegal investment offers that are quite unsettling to the public.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use, efficiency and security on the interest in transactions using BSM Mobile Banking. To conduct discussions and research, using primary data directly obtained from the object of research through a structured list of statements or questionnaires that have been answered by respondents, this study uses the help of SPSS version 15, and data testing techniques use binary logistic regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that ease of use, efficiency and security have a positive and significant influence on the interest in transacting using BSM Mobile Banking, both partially and simultaneously. The most dominant variable influencing the interest in transacting using BSM Mobile Banking is efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of facilities and prices on customer loyalty of boarding house service businesses. Using quantitative descriptive methods, primary and secondary data as data sources. Using the total sampling technique method, so that all boarding house residents as a population are used as samples. For data collection, observation and questionnaire distribution were carried out. Data processing techniques use quality tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. to analyze data using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program. The results obtained from multiple linear regression analysis Y = -0.153 + 0.576X1 + 0.412X2. This is evidenced by the t test, which shows that the variable value of facilities has a significant positive influence on the loyalty of boarding house residents, with the t-value calculated > t table which is 11.725 > 1.998 so that it can be declared Ha accepted. The price variable has a significant positive influence on loyalty which can be shown by the value of t calculated > t table which is 11.309 > 1.778, it can be stated that Ha is received. The test shows that facilities and prices partially have a significant effect on loyalty with the value of f calculated > f table which is 88.372 > 3.14. With the value of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the effect of facilities and prices on the loyalty of boarding house residents is 0.701. From the findings conducted by statistical testing of facilities and prices on loyalty has a strong contribution indication of 70.1% which affects loyalty.

Abstract

The position of work involvement as a mediator influencing the management of personality and grit talents towards OCB is an aspect of theoretical novelty studies. The purpose of this study is the effect of work involvement as a mediating variable between talent management, personality and grit and organizational citizenship behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal design. The research was conducted through a survey. This research was conducted at 3 PTKIN namely UIN Padang, IAIN Bukittinggi and STAIN Mandailing Natal. The results of this study are First, there is a direct influence between talent, personality and grit management on OCB as shown by the estimated coefficient of each 0.155 (significant at p<0.05 ), 0.310 (significant at p<0.01), 0.268 (significant at p<0.01) and 0.201 (significant at p<0.01). Second, job withdrawal does not mediate the relationship between personality and OCB (VAF=0.190, p<0.01). Third, giving up work did not mediate the relationship between grit and OCB (VAF=0.190, p<0.01). Thus the results of this test reveal that work involvement only mediates the influence of the talent management relationship on OCB, but does not mediate the influence of personality and persistence on OCB.

Abstract

The background of this journal is to see the strategy for channeling one thousand a day alms funds (S.3) in Bukittinggi, whether it is in accordance with the Islamic religion in the way of distribution. The strategy for distributing funds for S.3 is to channel funds to underprivileged people or those who need assistance from S.3. The first source of funds for S.3 is one thousand alms a day by people who want to help people in need, through social media , such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and the surrounding community. These donors are people who admire and support this S.3 program. The management of the S.3 funds was entrusted to Siti Rahmayanti, who is usually called Ummi Cinto. Funds disbursed from the S.3 Program must be distributed to people in need. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy for channeling funds to the One Thousand A Day Alms Institution (S.3) in the City of Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Artikel ini yang menjadi permasalahannya adalah Bagaimana Strategi Marketing Pembiayaan Haji di Bank Muamalat KCP Solok dengan melihat kondisi masyarakat yang kurang memahami tentang produk pembiayaan haji kemudian melaksanakan pembiayaan haji bagi para nasabah dengan cara ditalangkan oleh pihak bank muamalat KCP Solok dan juga kurangnya personal marketing dalam memasarkan atau memperkenalkan pembiayaan haji. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menjelaskan tentang Bagaimana Strategi Marketing Pembiayaan Haji di Bank Muamalat KCP Solokdan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menangani permasalah yang terjadi pada strategi marketing pembayiaan Haji di Bank Muamalat KCP Solok. Jenis penelitian yang penulis lakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi langsung pada pihak Bang Muamalat KCP Solok. Data sudah terkumpul maka penulis lakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan pada pihak Bank Muamalat KCP Solok dimana masing-masing dari dimensi pelayanan yang terdiri dari reliability (kendalan), responsivness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati), dan tangible (bukti fisik) sudah cukup baik diterapkan tetapi belum maksimal sebab masih ada beberapa kendalakendala yang menghambat untuk mencapai kesempurnaan penerapan terhadap strategi peningkatan kepuasan nasabah pembiayaan haji pada Bank Muamalat KCP Solok itu sendiri seperti persaingan dengan kompetitor lembaga keuangan lainnya, belum cukup mampu menyediakan keinginan nasabah, dan fasilitas pelayanan yang kurang memadai menyebabkan jumlah dan kepuasan yang dirasakan nasabah kurang puas. Dengan adanya strategi yang baik pada suatu Bank Muamalat maka eksistensi dari Bank Muamalattersebut akan selalu ada dan dapat dipercaya dan dikenal olehmasyarakat Kata kunci : Strategi, Marketing, Realibity, Responsivness, Assurance, Epphaty, dan Tangible.
