Abstract

In the management of the character building of students carried out by the management of these educational institutions, by providing policies, namely every morning to read the Koran and read Asmaul Husna before the lesson begins, during the day the dhuhur prayer is carried out in congregation at the mosque of SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka, and the application of Islamic culture such as shaking hands when meeting teachers, smiling, appreciating guests and Islamic studies activities. Meanwhile, for students of different religions such as Christianity, Catholicism, and Hinduism, they adjust themselves according to their religious teachings. Based on the above background, and to find out the student character education management system implemented by the management of these educational institutions, the authors are interested in submitting a research thesis entitled: "Student Character Education Management at SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka". In this study, researchers used three triangulations, namely triangulation of sources, methods and investigators. Source triangulation is used by comparing the results of observation data, interviews and documentation. Method triangulation is done by collecting circulating data such as observation, interviews and documentation. Investigator triangulation bends the data obtained by an informant with other informants. Based on the results of this study, the researcher can conclude: Management carried out by the SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka school is in accordance with government rules and guidelines, covering several aspects including the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating and the factors that support the implementation of character education for students at SMK Negeri 1 Kolaka, namely government support, adequate human resources (HR), complete school facilities and facilities, activities that have been programmed, a sense of kinship and support from all residents, both parents of students and the local community.

Abstract

This community based research aim to determined effect asset based community driven development (ABCD) method for agrotourism development on integrated farming system were done in Mowewe district, East Kolaka Regency. Qualitative method were used participant observation developed. Approach stage of ABCD method for agrotourism development on integrated farming system are: discovering strengths, organizing and mapping, lingking and mobilizing, community driven initiatives and sustaining the process. Simulation model agrotourism development were tested during one week, with Student group from Islamic Boarding School and Integrated Islamic School Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah to done Rihlah Ilmiah (Programs to support agrotourism development). Concluded that ABCD method can accelerate agrotourism development on integrated farming system.

Abstract

The objective of this paper was to determined action plan of zakat, infaq and shodaqah (ZIS) to empowerment of ummah. Management of starategy on collection, analyze (data of mustahiq), and distribution should be reformulated. To empowerment of ummah, ZIS should be have character based on sosial, economic, and ecology. Model of management (collected, analyze, and distribution) should be constructed by SWOT analysis, before it is done. Finally, management of ZIS should be change on focus distribution model in the productive form of a creative, ZIS is realized in the form of capital either for the construction of social projects or increase the capital of small business enterprises.

Abstract

Customer complaints indicate that the level of customer service is still lacking, where customers feel more secure and comfortable transacting via SMS banking than having to come directly to the Bank. This type of research is quantitative research using the SPSS method using primary data from the results of a questionnaire on a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling method is questionnaire distribution. The method of analysis uses the method of reability and correlation. Reability analysis shows that the data is valid. Because, alpha > 0.60 and the correlation analysis shows that the results of empathy and responsiveness are very directly related and can affect the interest of customers to transact at Bank BNI.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the BNI Syariah Bank KCP Mikro Kolaka, which is the only Islamic bank in Kolaka that is still actively receiving financing, especially for iB Griya Hasanah KPRS financing. BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka provides mortgage financing products that are in accordance with sharia principles, namely the murabahah contract. Therefore, it is necessary to know the systems and procedures carried out at BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka. This study aims to explain and analyze the implementation of the KPRS financing system and procedures based on the murį¾±bahah contract applied to the BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka bank, and aims to determine whether the theories of the experts and the implementation of KPRS financing with the murbahah contract at the BNI Syariah KCP Micro Kolaka bank have been implemented corresponding. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research that seeks to describe or provide a clear and systematic description of the research on systems and procedures for providing financing, receiving installments, and financing problems. Collecting data in the form of primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted by means of observation, interviews, and documentation to the parties concerned. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of KPRS financing systems and procedures with murabahah contracts at Bank BNI Syariah KCP Mikro Kolaka includes procedures for providing financing from filling out forms to disbursing financing, procedures for receiving installments, and resolving non-performing financing by way of restructuring has been carried out quite well, in accordance with sharia provisions and the ideas of scientists.
