Abstract

Adoption of curriculum from Islamic boarding school was needed to build moral in prison. Curriculum were adopted from Islamic Boarding School Al-Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. Islamic curriculum were consisted : Aqidah, Fiqih, Tafsir Al-Quran, Hadits, Akhlak, and Islamic history. Teaching method consisted practice, speech, giving question and getting answer. Monitoring and evaluating process were done by classified group learning (based on potency), final evaluation each six month. Obstacle were found a facility to learning. Concluded that model of teaching by adopted curriculum Islamic Boarding School showed enthusiastic of prison to learn a theology. Suggested to Commander a RUTAN Kelas II B Kolaka to be continued this program to future time.

Abstract

The objective of this paper was to determined action plan of zakat, infaq and shodaqah (ZIS) to empowerment of ummah. Management of starategy on collection, analyze (data of mustahiq), and distribution should be reformulated. To empowerment of ummah, ZIS should be have character based on sosial, economic, and ecology. Model of management (collected, analyze, and distribution) should be constructed by SWOT analysis, before it is done. Finally, management of ZIS should be change on focus distribution model in the productive form of a creative, ZIS is realized in the form of capital either for the construction of social projects or increase the capital of small business enterprises.
