Abstract

Degradation of character appears to be the abandonment of local cultures by being replaced by foreign cultures which actually have a negative impact on the development of Indonesia's young generation, especially in Bali. Therefore it is necessary to have a character education based on local wisdom so that the younger generation does not forget the Balinese culture. The vision of the government that fosters local wisdom-based character is "Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali". Through this vision, the provincial government of Bali issued a number of policies relating to the preservation of Balinese culture from the day of the use of traditional Balinese clothing, the implementation of the Balinese language month, to the use of local Balinese products. If this policy is carried out by all Balinese people on a continuous basis, it will shape the habits of the community which in turn can also shape character.  Keywords: character education, local wisdom, Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali

Abstract

The implementation of distance learning (PJJ) which has been carried out online from the beginning of the pandemic to the present, is feared to have a negative effect on the psychosocial aspects of students, so there is a need for changes related to online learning techniques which were previously purely in the network so that a combination of offline learning is carried out (outside the network). ) or offline (face to face). This combination is found in the Hybrid Learning model. Hybrid learning itself combines face-to-face learning activities with computer and internet technology-based learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of hybrid learning in elementary schools. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by interviewing 10 elementary school teachers in the city or in the village in Bali and 3 elementary school students in Bali. The results showed that both teachers and students were very happy with hybrid learning because in addition to making it easier for teachers to teach, it also gave students enthusiasm for learning because students had the opportunity to interact directly with either the teacher or with their friends.Keywords: Hybrid Learning, Online Learning, Offline Learning

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teacher's manual for phase A class I Independent Curriculum subjects of Pancasila Education at the elementary school level. The results showed that the learning objectives designed in the teacher's guide book were in accordance with the learning outcomes contained in the Decree of the Head of the Educational Standards, Curriculum and Assessment Agency of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Number 033/H/KR/2022 concerning Learning Outcomes. In Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education Levels, and Secondary Education Levels in the Independent Curriculum. It's just that in some units it provides development of goals and emphasis on the realm of spiritual attitudes and social attitudes. In addition, in unit V it appears that there is a merger of two elements, namely Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out the differences in students' Civics learning outcomes before using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and after using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT). 2) To determine the level of effectiveness of using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) in improving Civics learning outcomes. This type of research is a meta-analytic research with a quantitative approach. Data collection by browsing e-journals using Google Scholar. Based on the search results, from 2,680 articles, 20 articles were selected that met the criteria for further analysis. Data analysis begins by calculating the N-Gain Score and the percentage of the N-Gain Score (%). After that, the hypothesis was tested using the Paired Samples T Test with the help of SPSS 26. The results showed that there were significant differences in the learning outcomes of Civics students before using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) and after using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT). Learning using the Model Value Clarification Technique (VCT) is quite effective in improving Civics learning outcomes.
