Abstract

This study concerned on the condition of the dynamics growing problems of beggar in Banyumas, mainly related to the behavior of those who tend to be far from the values and morals. Until now the government has not been able to carry out the development of beggar is based on values and moral development. The methodology of this study is qualitavie research which used grounded theory. The data collections are documents, interview and observation. The results showed that the Guidance has not touched ethics and behavior issues that become a part of the problems of beggar. Citizenship education has a role as an educational and moral basic can be a solution for beggar become good and smart citizens. Based on these conclusions canbe recommended to the government and otherrelevant parties, is expected to make a charge of Citizenship Education in the implementation guidance and moral values to beggar will contribute to the development of good and smart citizen. Abstract

Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah (1) berkembangnya nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan mahasiswa sebagai warga masyarakat dan warga negara; (2) terwujudnya kampus sebagai embrio laboratorium demokrasi dan kewarganegaraan. Target khusus yang ingin di capai adalah (1) memperoleh materi yang tepat matakuliah Konsep Dasar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan mahasiswa; (2) terwujudnya buku ajar Konsep Dasar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan untuk Mahasiswa yang diterbitkan oleh penerbit berskala nasional dan beredar secara nasional. Penelitian ini merupakan survey, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sebagai informan para pakar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, dosen-dosen Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, guru-guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Jawa Tengah yang mengontrak mata kuliah Konsep Dasar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan tahun akademik 2013-2015. Metode Pengumpulan data dengan angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumenter. Analis data dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dideskripsikan sehingga memiliki makna yang sistematis dan sistemik, dengan teknik reduksi data, display data dan konklusi. Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, mahasiswa, nilai-nilai Kewarganegaraan

Abstract

ABSTRACTKalibagor Village, Kalibagor District, Banyumas has the potential forcrafting paper umbrellas that have been passed down from generation togeneration. This partner village program aims to raise the potential for paperumbrella craft tourism in Kalibagor Village by preparing village resourcesthrough training and providing tools that support the promotion of KalibagorVillage as a paper umbrella craft Tourism Village. This activity lasted for 8months, involving 1 chief executive, 2 members, and the participation of UMPHistory Education students. Abstract

The study was based on concerns about the condition of the political dynamics in Indonesia, particularly in relation to the political awareness of the young generation is minimal gain in political education. This research aims to know how the implementation of political education in schools to increase the political consciousness of students. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive methods of analysis. Data and information gathering techniques used include the study of documentation, interviews, and observations. The results showed that the school as an important component of education, can basically be used as a medium of political education to inculcate and establish the nation's growing political awareness generation, through various forms of educational programs through both political education, student council and extracurricular activities as well as other forms of activities planned incidental or intending to provide political information to students. Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the mental revolution program inJokowi-JK Government viewed from the perspective of Civics. This research usedqualitative approach which descriptive method of analysis. Collecting data andinformation in research used study documentation and interview. From the results ofresearch known that the form of mental revolution is more done in the bureaucracy inthe form of coaching efforts to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in order to serve thecommunity as well as possible. The form of mental revolution in schools in the form ofSchool Introduction activities that contain mental revolution. While in universities inthe form of activities of KKN Thematic GNRM. The form of mental revolution in thecommunity is done through the cooperation of 13 components of society with ASN.Citizenship education is a major demand in the Mental Revolution because there is acivic virtue that can shape individual identity through citizenship.Keywords: civic educations,mental revolution

Abstract

This research aims to describe, analyze, and formulate Ki BagoesHadikoesoemo's political thinking about the State of Indonesia. This study usesa critical character study method which is one of the types of qualitative research.Data collection and information techniques used include study documentationand interviews. The results of the study showed that Ki Bagoes Hadikoesoemohad an important role in the formulation of the basic state of Indonesia in theJakarta Charter. Ki Bagoes Hadikoesoemo had an important role in the first SilaPancasila change as it is now. Abstract

Pembinaan bela negara memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam membentuk profil pelajar Pancasila. Perlu penanaman pemahaman sebagai bangsa yang bersatu dalam realitas kebhinekaannya. Semangat bela negara diharapkan dapat melahirkan satu sikap nasionalisme, seperti memiliki rasa cinta dan bangga terhadap bangsa dan tanah air, menjalankan kewajiban sebagai warga negara dan menghargai setiap keberagaman yang melekat dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pembinaan bela negara dalam bingkai kegiatan pengabdian ini juga merupakan salah satu usaha untuk membentuk, menanamkan dan membina wawasan bela negara bagi siswa MTs Muhammadiyah Patikraja. Melalui pengabdian ini, siswa diharapkan memiliki pengetahuan, pemahaman dan kesadaran akan pentingnya bela negara dalam menjaga stabilitas kehidupan yang plural. Sehingga dapat diamalkan dalam kehidupan di sekolah maupun masyarakat guna merawat dan memupuk semangat menjaga harmonisasi keberagaman bangsa dan negara
