Abstract

The lack of level human resources capabilities in narrow-body aircraft maintenance (Airbus & Boeing), which implies the achievement of all operator's maintenance revenue in Indonesia. The research focused on the business unit of Aircraft Services of Indonesian-aircraft Industries. The purpose of this study was to analysis and make a formulation strategy development of aircraft maintenance knowledge workers at the business unit of Aircraft Services of Indonesian-aircraft Industries. The research used a case study with a qualitative method and SWOT analysis used as a tool in the implementation process. The datas collect conducted through some literature, documents, and in-depth interviews. The subjects were managers, senior engineers, instructors, inspectors, technicians, and mechanics seniors, which focused on the development of knowledge workers (direct workers). The result of SWOT Analysis showed that unit business Aircraft Services should make an arranging program development for aircraft maintenance knowledge workers, namely: a training program for acquiring an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL), human resources procure system, career path, reward & compensation, and performance system. The finding was the lack of unit business Aircraft Services within preparing a business development plan program for aircraft maintenance wide-body because of corporate's response in supporting aircraft maintenance and technician/mechanics education center facilities were very slow. The conclusion was that unit business Aircraft Services, will have a competitive advantage for Aircraft maintenance narrow-body (Airbus & Boeing) if the result of strategy formulation has thoughtfully been implemented.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKetersediaan air bersih menjadi sangat penting terutama di masa pandemi seperti saat ini. Indikator air bersih tidak hanya dilihat dari warna, tetapi juga dari aroma dan rasa. Untuk memperoleh air bersih salah satunya dapat menggunakan alat filtrasi air dengan karbon aktif sebagai salah satu media filtrasinya. Karbon aktif dapat menyerap zat-zat atau mineral yang mencemari air. Adapun manfaat karbon aktif dalam proses filtrasi air sebagai penyerap bau, warna, klorin atau mineral lain dan membuat rasa segar pada air. Selain menggunakan karbon aktif sebagai media filtrasinya, pada alat filtrasi air juga menggunakan media yang lain untuk membantu menghilangkan kontaminan pada air yang tercemar seperti menggunakan kerikil, ijuk dan pasir. Selain itu juga alat filtrasi dapat didesain dengan sangat baik sehingga aliran air tetap mengalir dengan cepat serta dilengkapi dengan adanya sinar UV untuk membunuh kuman atau bakteri pada air sehingga menjadi lebih steril. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi terhadap siswa/i SMK PGRI Cikampek dalam memanfaatkan karbon aktif sebagai salah satu media filtrasi air dalam multi-media water filter. Selain memberikan pelatihan pembuatan dan penggunaan alat filtrasi air, juga disampaikan cara pembersihan dan perawatan alat tersebut serta mengedukasi pentingnya air bersih dalam kehidupan terutama di masa pandemi covid-19 seperti saat ini. Kata kunci: covid-19; karbon aktif; multi-media water filter. ABSTRACTThe availability of clean water is very important, especially during a pandemic like today. The indicator of clean water is not only seen from color, but also by smell and taste. To obtain clean water, one of them can use a water filtration device with activated carbon as one of the filtration media. Activated carbon can absorb substances or minerals that pollute water. As for the benefits of activated carbon in the water filtration process as an absorber of odors, color, chlorine or other minerals and makes the water taste fresh. Apart from using activated carbon as the filtration media, the water filtration device also uses other media to help remove contaminants in polluted water such as using gravel, palm fiber and sand. In addition, the filtration device can be designed very well so that the water flow continues to flow quickly and is equipped with UV rays to kill germs or bacteria in the water so that it becomes more sterile. The purpose of this programme is to provide education to students of SMK PGRI Cikampek in utilizing activated carbon as one of the water filtration media in a multi-media water filter. In addition to providing training on the manufacture and use of water filtration devices, it was also conveyed how to clean and maintain these devices and educate the importance of clean water in life, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like today. Keywords: covid-19; activated carbon; multi-media water filters.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu: mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, serta Teknik probability sampling dengan simple random sampling yang kemudian menghasilkan 313 sampel dari populasi 1.449 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Methodof Succesive Interval (MSI). Program Komputer Microsoft Excel 2013 dan aplikasi SPSS Versi 21.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 1.022 dengan kriteria cukup setuju. Motivasi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 1.048 dengan kriteria cukup setuju. Produktivitas kerja menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 1.025 dengan kriteria cukup setuju. Koefisien korelasi antara variable kompensasi dan motivasi diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,632 yang berarti mempunyai tingkat korelasi yang kuat, positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi dan motivasi. Pengaruh secara parsial kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 0,291 lebih kecil dari motivasi kerja yang nilainya sebesar 0,764. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Motivasi lebih banyak memberikan kontribusi terhadap Produktivitas kerja dibandingkan dengan Kompensasi. Pengaruh simultan kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 94,8% sedangkan sisanya 5,2% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi dan Produktivitas ABSTRACTThe research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Samples were collected using the Slovin formula, as well as probability sampling technique with simple random sampling which then resulted in 313 samples from a population of 1,449 people. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Succesive Interval (MSI). Microsoft Excel 2013 Computer Program and SPSS Version 21 application. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, this study proves that the compensation shows an average value of 1,022 with criteria quite agree. Motivation shows an average value of 1,048 with criteria quite agree. Work productivity shows an average value of 1,025 with criteria quite agree. The correlation coefficient between compensation and motivation variables obtained a value of 0.632 which means it has a strong, positive and significant correlation level between compensation and motivation. The partial effect of compensation on work productivity is 0.291, which is smaller than work motivation, which is 0.764. So it can be stated that motivation contributes more to work productivity compared to compensation. The simultaneous effect of compensation and motivation on work productivity is 94.8% while the remaining 5.2% is another variable that was not examined. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjadi bahan uji yang mempengaruhi harga dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Nonprobability sampling merupakan Teknik sampling yang digunakan. Objek penelitian ini adalah penggemar dari idol grup BTS yang membeli album BE versi Duluxe Edition atau Essential Edition atau keduanya. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 265 responden. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dinyatakan secara parsial maupun simultan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Pengaruh yang didapatkan adalah sebesar 68,4%. Berdasarkan analisis tanggapan responden mengenai kepuasan konsumen yang diteliti, secara umum saran yang diberikan untuk album BE BTS adalah Btstrade_id dapat meninggalkan pesan pada aplikasi pembelian untuk memberikan kualitas lebih pada salah satu isi yang terdapat pada album yaitu lirik lagu, karena hanya selembaran kertas sehingga membuat mudah rusak. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen AbstractThis study aims to be a test material that affect the price and product quality on customer satisfaction. The object of this research is the fans of the BTS idol group who bought the Duluxe Edition of the BE album or the Essential Edition or both. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 265 respondents. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the study stated partially or simultaneously that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis of respondent responses regarding consumer satisfaction studied, in general the advice given for the BE BTS album is that Btstrade_id can leave a message on the purchase application to provide more quality to one of the contents contained in the album, namely lyrics song, because it is only a piece of paper so it’s easy damaged.  Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and career development on employee performance on Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang. The research method is a quantitative research with descriptive and verification approach. The study uses primary data, obtained from questionnaires which is distributed to the respondents. The sample in this study are employee of Satpol PP Kabupaten Karawang. This study uses the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% in the sample calculation and is determined by using probability sampling technique. The analysis of this study uses multiple regression analysis with helping of SPSS 26 software tools. The result of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive significant effect between the work environment and career development on performance of 45.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on the performance of the Tenga Teknik staff of the Telagasari Section of the Watergate Officer, Karawang Regency. This research uses descriptive and verification methods. The sample in this study were 104 respondents using non-probability sampling. Data analysis with the help of Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant simultaneous effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance by 71.9% and 28.1% influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence leadership and training styles have on the performance of Perumdam Tirta Tarum Karawang employees. This research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive verifiability. The data collection technique used in this study was respondent data that researchers collected as many as 175 respondents and previous studies. This study uses path analysis to find out how much influence leadership and training styles have on employee performance. The signification value of leadership style was (0.000) < (0.05) and training (0.012) < (0.05), the leadership style and training variables had a significant positive influence on employee performance with a total influence of 39.9% and 60.1% influenced by other variables that were not studied. Abstract

This study aims to learn, analyze, and explain research's variables, significance of social media marketing and online customer review relationships of Lazada marketplace users as well as the significance of social media marketing and online customer review partial and simultaneous influence on customer's buying interest. The method used is a quantitative research method with descriptive and verificative approach. This study is using primary data attained directly via questionnaire that was shared with the respondents. Hair et al. formula were used in this study, as well as purposive sampling technique, which led researcher to 120 respondents. The Likert scale model and Path Analysis were used with the help of Method of Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Office, and SPSS version 22. The result shows that there is a strong significant relationship between Social Media Marketing and Online Customer Review. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on purchasing decisions on Dettol hand sanitizers. This research method is quantitative with descriptive and verification approach. This study uses primary data obtained directly from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study is unknown, because the exact number of Dettol hand sanitizer users in the Karawang Regency area is unknown. This study uses the formula Hair et al in the calculation of a sample of 140 respondents and is determined by a non-probability sampling technique. The analysis in this study uses path analysis with SPSS 22 software tools. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between brand image and price on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and cafe location on purchasing decisions (study at The Eagle Cafe & Resto, Karawang Regency). This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis. The sample in this study amounted to 353 respondents and used a non-probability sampling technique with incidental sampling, which was the determination of the sample based on chance. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale analysis technique and path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been done, this study proves the correlation between the variables of Product Quality and Location obtained a value of 0.931, meaning that both have a strong correlation because the value is positive and the relationship is positive and unidirectional. Partially the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions is 48.3%. The partial effect of location on purchasing decisions is 40.4%, it can be stated that product quality has a greater influence on purchasing decisions than location. The simultaneous effect of Product Quality and Location on Purchase Decisions is 88.4% while the remaining 11.6% is the influence of variables not examined.
