Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh brand image terhadap volume penjualan minuman ringan coca cola di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa variabel yaitu variabel sikap dan tanggapan konsumen yang di nyatakan dalam kategori yang merupakan total skor dari pengisian kuesioner oleh responden dan variabel penjualan rata – rata harian. Dalam menganalisis permasalahan di gunakan analisis uji Chi-Square yang bertujuan untuk melihat ada tidaknya keterkaitan antara sikap dan tanggapan konsumen pada suatu merek terhadap hasil penjualan. Untuk mengetahui apakah hasil yang diperoleh itu signifikan, terlebih dulu harus dihitung derajat kebebasan. Derajat kebebasan dihitung dari jumlah kolom minus satu dikalikan jumlah baris minus atau dk = (k – 1)(b – 1). Satu hubungan dinyatakan signifikan jika x2 yang diperoleh adalah sama atau melebihi angka yang terdapat dalam tabel distribusi x2 untuk derajat kebebasan (dk) yang bersangkutan, tingkat signifikan yang dipilih adalah 5% atau 1%. H0 = Tidak ada keterkaitan antara sikap konsumen pada merek terhadap tingkat penjualan. H1 = Ada keterkaitan antara sikap konsumen pada merek terhadap tingkat penjualan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di CV. Arang Surabaya Campalagian Polman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Constanta = 0.859 menunjukkan nilai konstan, dimana jika nilai variabel independen sama dengan nol, maka kepuasan konsumen di CV. Arang Surabaya Campalagian Polman (Y) = 0.859. Koefisien regresi inovasi (X1) sebesar 0.192 artinya jika variabel independen lain nilainya tetap dan X1 mengalami kenaikan 1%, maka kepuasan konsumen di CV. Arang Surabaya Campalagian Polman mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0.859. Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi hubungan positif antara inovasi dengan kepuasan konsumen di CV. Arang Surabaya Campalagian Polman, semakin meningkat inovasi maka kepuasan konsumen semakin meningkat. Koefisien regresi kualitas produk (X2) sebesar 0.742; artinya jika variabel independen lain nilainya tetap dan X2 mengalami kenaikan 1%, maka kepuasan konsumen mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0.859. Koefisien bernilai positif artinya terjadi hubungan positif antara kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen, semakin meningkat kualitas produk maka kepuasan konsumen semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemeritahan Desa Kabupaten Pangkep. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu jawaban kuesioner dari responden dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 43 responden yaitu pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemeritahan Desa Kabupaten Pangkep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat kontribusi positif dukungan organisasi terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemeritahan Desa Kabupaten Pangkep. Artinya semakin semakin baik dukungan yang diberikan organisasi tempat bekerja, maka cenderung semakin meningkat motivasi berprestasi pegawai. Kata Kunci: Dukungan organisasi dan motivasi   berprestasi pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) analyze the effect of service quality which consisting of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and physical appearance to customer satisfaction on the Housing Security Management Lecturer of Hasanuddin University Tamalanrea in Makassar; and 2) to know the dominant variable affecting the consumer satisfaction on the Housing Security Management Lecturer Hasanuddin University Tamalanrea in Makassar.      The data used are primary and secondary data. The population of the study is 644 people as consumers who are living in Housing Lecturer Hasanuddin University Tamalanrea in Makassar. The methods of sampling in this study using Slovin formulation consisted of 247 respondents. The data collection, which is used is questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS Program.      The results showed that simultaneously variable reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and physical appearance, have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of consumers in the Housing Security Management Lecturer Hasanuddin University Tamalanrea in Makassar. Furthermore, the partial variables reliability, empathy, and assurance have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, while the variable responsiveness and physical appearance have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Among three variables that significantly influence it, it turns out the variable reliability that can improve the Consumer Satisfaction on Security Management Housing Lecturer Hasanuddin University Tamalanrea in Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of consumer reviews and product prices on competitiveness in online businesses (Case Study of Shopee Application Users in Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency). This type of research is quantitative correlation and data collection techniques by distributing online and offline questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 66 respondents obtained by incidental sampling method. Data analysis methods, namely validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis test, t test (partial, F test (simultaneous), and multiple determination coefficient test using SPSS 20. The test results show that consumer reviews do not have a positive influence on the competitiveness of Shopee's online business in Campalagian District, on the contrary product prices have a positive and significant influence on business competitiveness on Shopee's online business in Campalagian District and consumer reviews and product prices together have a positive influence. on the competitiveness of Shopee's online business in Campalagian District.The product price variable greatly affects the competitiveness of Shopee's online business in Campalagian District.

Abstract

Some tourism village management by Pokdarwis has shortcomings in institutional function and effectiveness. These conditions directly affect the management and development of tourist villages. This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional functions of Pokdarwis and other community institutions through the implementation of the 5.0 tourism awareness campaign launched by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. The community service program focuses on: (1) mentoring Pokdarwis; (2) mentoring PKK groups; (3) mentoring arts and cultural actors; and (4) mentoring youth organizations. Furthermore, this activity seeks to increase capacity, understanding and awareness among community groups in an effort to create sustainable tourism management. Evaluation through postest was carried out during the mentoring activities and after the mentoring activities as a form of evaluation. The evaluation results showed that 51 participants (85%) understood the importance of tourism awareness campaigns for institutional strengthening in creating sustainable tourism. The results of this community service are able to have a positive impact on sustainable tourism management. In addition, the results of this activity were able to equalize the positive perceptions of the community as stated in the memorandum of understanding.
