Abstract

Abstract,This study aimed to give empirical evidences about the effect ofblended learning methods to learning outcomes of accounting andmanagement students in Banjarmasin and the difference learning outcomesof both student. The variables in this study were blended learning methodsand learning outcomes.The population in this study was the accounting and managementstudents in Banjarmasin. The data collected from the output of learningoutcomes of the respondents from true experiment. The samples techniqueused convenient sampling with 4 classes of accounting and management inSTIE Nasional Banjarmasin.The study gived empirical evidences that there were effect of blendedlearning methods to learning outcomes of accounting and managementstudents in Banjarmasin and the were not difference learning outcomes ofboth students.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed to give empirical evidences about motivation, learning methods and environment to learning achievement. The dependent variable was learning achievement and the independent variables motivation, learning methods and environment. The population in this research was 220 students of XI and XII class of Social Science in MAN 1 Barabai The data collected from the output of questionnaires which give to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 69 social science students. The research give empirical evidences that partially only environment which had effect on learning achievement but motivation and learning methods has no effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables had effect on learning achievement.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed to give empirical evidences about the difference perception between man and woman of capability of information technology which accountant had to mastersed. The variables in this study were capability of information technology which accountant had to mastered gender. The population in this was research the accounting students in STIE Nasional Banjarmasin. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 100 samples. The research gived empirical evidences that there were no different between man and wowan abaout their perception of capability of information technology which accountant had to mastered.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aimed to give empirical evidences about the effect of system and information quality to user satification of AP2DT PT PLN Persero, Tbk in Barabai Area. The independent variable was system quality and information quality. The dependent variable was user satisfication. The population in this study was 150 employees of PT PLN Persero, Tbk in Barabai Area. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 38 employees as respondent. The study gived empirical evidences that system quality and information quality had effect to user satification.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aimed to give empirical evidences about the effect of accounting information system based on computer using system application data processing quality to individual performance on PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk Banjarmasin Branch. The dependend variable was individual performance and the independent variable was accounting information system quality. The population in this study was 30 employees of PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk Banjarmasin Branch. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used total sampling with 30 employees as respondent. The study gived empirical evidences that system quality (using SAP) had positive effect to individual performance on PT Tigaraksa Satria Tbk Banjarmasin Branch.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed to give empirical evidences about the effect of system and information quality to user satification of Inaportnet which listed in Office of First Class Harbour and Port Authority Banjarmasin. The independent variable was system quality and information quality. The dependent variable was user satisfication. The population in this study was 150 employees of 241 companies who used Inaportnet. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 150 employees as respondent. The research gived empirical evidences that system quality and information quality had effect to user satification partial and simoultantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kebijakan hutang yang ditinjau dari Short Term Debt to Assets Ratio, Long Term Debt to Assets Ratio dan Total Debt to Assets Ratio terhadap profitabilitas yang diukur dari Return On Equity perusahaan sektor industri dan otomotif uang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2019.. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 5 perusahaan sektor industri dan otomotif selama 6 tahun sehingga total sampel adalah 30. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor industri dan otomotif yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to made property valuation by regression analysis was applied to medium- to middle-class homes above in the Banjarbaru and Surabaya regions, to obtain a regression model best use software Minitab 19 with variables that can influencing namely land area, building area, number of rooms, number of rooms bath, number of floors, location, ownership certificate, garage and garden. Results research shows that there are differences in influencing factors selling price of houses in Banjarbaru and Surabaya.
