Abstract

Pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Ngijo, Tasikmadu, Karanganyar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dan mengembangkan usaha pelaku UMKM agar memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap penciptaan kesempatan kerja, peningkatan ekspor dan peningkatan daya saing, sementara itu pengembangan usaha skala mikro diarahkan untuk memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat berpendapatan rendah, khususnya di sektor pertanian dan perdesaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan secara online via zoom yang diikuti oleh 62 peserta yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM yang masuk di wilayah Kelurahan Ngijo, Kecamatan Tasikmadu, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan perencanaan. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan pelatihan dan diskusi yang berkaitan dengan materi pengembangan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para peserta lebih mengetahui tentang cara pengembangan usaha UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how important the perceived value of Elsirestore's products is on customer loyalty, to test and analyze how much satisfaction increases with customer loyalty at Elsirestore, and to test and analyze perceived value of customer loyalty to Elsirestore's products with customer satisfaction. The method of data collection using a questionnaire conducted on respondents, namely consumers of Elsirestore. Data analysis techniques in testing the hypothesis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that the Perceived Value variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, as evidenced by the p value = 0.037 (p <0.05), which means there is a significant effect, where the better the Perceived Value, the better the Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty as evidenced by the p value = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, where the better customer satisfaction, the better Customer Loyalty. Customer satisfaction moderates the effect of perceived value on customer loyalty at Elsirestore. This is indicated by the value of p value = <0.001 (p<0.05).

Abstract

Placement of student internships in companies is an important component of higher education to prepare students for the world of work. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the success of student internship placements in companies at Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative approach by collecting data through surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions. The research findings indicate that the suitability of the study program with the company's needs, supervisory support, effective communication, an inclusive work environment, and student satisfaction are important factors influencing the success of internship placements. The recommendations put forward include strengthening cooperation with companies, provide comprehensive guidance and orientation, improve communication and collaboration, create an inclusive work environment, and pay attention to student satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to increasing the success of student internship placements in companies and improving the internship program at Institut Teknologi Bisnis AAS Indonesia.
