Abstract

The curriculum is an important element in education and the basic framework is also an indicator of the progress of education. So important was the curriculum that the Government continuously continued to make curriculum changes from 1975 to the present. Therefore every educational institution must have a curriculum including LAIN IAIN as one of the Universities that produce prospective educators especially mathematics teachers at the level of junior and senior high school education units in Langsa city. But in reality, there are a lot of PMA Study Program alumni who work not following their scientific fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the design of PMA Study Program curriculum in meeting the needs of the labour market for alumni. This study uses discrepancy evaluation models (DEM). The results showed that stakeholders considered that a portion of PMA Study Program alumni was less competent at work. so it is necessary to do a curriculum change, especially in the distribution of subjects by taking into account the curriculum needs of the school level and the job market.

The purpose of this study analyzesvarious problems and online learning that takes place today during the Covid-19 pandemic in termsof teachers, student side and parent side. This type of research is qualitative. The study subjects werenine people consisting of three teachers, three students and three parents of students. The datacollection techniques in this study are interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques inthis study consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The results of thisstudy are online learning problems that are reviewed from the teacher's side, namely the limitedability of IT teachers in using various applications such as Zoom, Google meet and google classroomin the online learning process. While the problem experienced by students is the need for internetquotas that are considered expensive, the material is felt difficult and not understood by students andstudents are not focused on learning. While the obstacle of parents is the concern about the child'slearning interest during online learning is greatly decreased, children are lazier to learn andchildren's morals are also getting worse.

Abstract

Mathematical problems can be realized by using mathematical symbols and symbols to be better understood by students. This study aims to determine how students' mathematical representation abilities in statistical material in class X1 of SMA Negeri 1 Bendahara. This research method uses descriptive format. The research sample consisted of 67 students in class XI. The results of the analysis obtained with the instrument are description tests totalling 6 questions. Based on the results of data analysis obtained 54.22% of students can change the model of a problem in a mathematical sentence. 39.55% of students can represent a mathematical problem. 61.93% of students can draw pictures to solve problems. As much as 47.76% of students can take steps in solving a mathematical problem and 74.62% of students can answer questions with words. Overall 55.61% of students can represent mathematical statistics material included in the sufficient category.

Abstract

For students to be able to think critically and cognitively, it needs to be stimulated with the right approach so that they can meet the goals that they want to achieve in learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the application of an open-ended approach to math lessons and describe students' learning activities. This type of research is by class action research, the instruments used are observation sheets and test learning results. The results showed that an open-ended approach could be applied to high-graders with attention to student characteristics. Students' learning activities are also getting better and more active during the learning. While the learning outcomes are also improving. So this open-ended approach can be applied by teachers, especially in math lessons.

Abstract

The article scrutinized a friction stem in students, a false or a real of hope, struggle, and retentive in life when anxiety attacking the consciousness and bridging religious tradition and mental health status. Beyond reality to fantasy, within the inner perceptive, students construct artificial facts in the brain to stimulate action as a course of reactions. The artificial are related to a hope, an expectation, inviting a positive outcome to be believed as an alternative fact to subdue anxiety of fears, which come to overshadow students’ mental status. For inner students’ mental status, there is friction which pressing one to another for their artificial feeling either became the greatest power or worst nightmare affected to daily life and exposure both internally and externally reactions. A cohort effect approaches were applied to observe a longitudinal study for students’ behaviors in contemplating anxiety disorder affect that relied on religious and mental health for an individual sample. Student’s behaviors respect a particular characteristic as the aging process. The approaches aimed at physical features; body shape, decision making, level of aggressiveness, fears, and matting patterns. Thus, students’ frictions are traceable to foresee students’ mental health disorders as an umbrella from a diverse field in clinical psychology.

Abstract

As a visible phenomenon where online media is one of the many correspondence media that is often used by the public in general. Likewise, the use of online media such as YouTube to further develop listening skills where students cannot listen well in Indonesian lessons, especially on the theme of living things and plants, because the teachers use boring reading stories without using learning media. So the motivation behind this goal is to see the use of web-based media such as YouTube to further develop students' listening skills. This research uses quantitative methods with the type of pre-experimental research using pretest-posttest. With a sample and population of 22 individuals. Based on data analysis using a t-test with the paired sample t-test formula, t-test using SPPS version 25. From the results of the research data it is known that (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted with a significance of t-test of 0.00 which is <0.005. Then, at that time, there was an increase in listening skills by utilizing web-based media such as YouTube.
