Abstract

Abstrak:Akibat pandemi covid 19 pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi mengalami keterlambatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan sejauh mana para pelaksana konstruksi yang melanjutkan pekerjaanya dengan menerapkan standar new normal di Kota Malang. Sejauh penelusuran penelitian jenis ini belum pernah dilakukan. Populasi dan sampel purposive [10] tenaga kerja proyek, yaitu: 1) Bangunan gedung 30 orang dan 3) Bangunan perumahan 30 orang. Jika penelitian ini berhasil, maka bisa dipakai rujukan pemerintah daerah maupun owner untuk bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan serta penelitian lebih lanjut. Kesimpulan:(1) Penerapan new standar normal covid 19 pada lingkungan proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung akumulasi rerata sebesar 89,00 % katergori bahaya terhadap penyebaran covid 19, (2) Penerapan new standar normal covid 19 pada lingkungan proyek perumahan kumulasi sebesar 61,73 %, katergori bahaya terhadap penyebaran covid 19 dan (3) Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penerapan standar normal new covid 19 pada proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung dengan lingkungan proyek perumahan dan sama- sama berbahaya terhadap penularan covid 19.Kata-kata kunci: penerapan, standar, new normal, proyek konstruksi dan perumahanAbstract: Due to the covid 19 pandemic, the implementation of construction projects has been delayed. This study aims to describe the extent to which construction workers continue their work by implementing new normal standards in Malang City. So far, research of this type has never been carried out. Population and purposive sample [10] project workforce, namely: 1) 30 people in buildings and 3) 30 people in residential buildings. If this research is successful, it can be used as a reference for the local government and the owner for consideration in decision making and further research. Conclusion: (1) The application of the new normal covid 19 standard in the building construction project environment accumulated an average of 89.00% in the hazard category for the spread of covid 19, (2) The application of the new normal covid 19 standard in the cumulative housing project environment was 61.73% , the hazard category for the spread of covid 19 and (3) There is a significant difference in the application of the new normal covid 19 standards in building construction projects with residential project environments and are equally dangerous to transmission of covid 19.Keywords: application, standards, new normal, construction and housing projects
