Abstract

Vaccines are immunogenic biological products (causing an immune response) in the form of whole microorganisms or parts of harmless microorganisms. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an illness caused by a new coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. The World Health Organization (WHO) has carried out a program to achieve vaccination for every citizen in the world in which more than 300 million doses of the COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine have been given to 100 countries around the world. Graphic data on the Our World Data website as of August 21, 2021, shows that Indonesia is in fourth place with the largest population that has been vaccinated, namely 56.99 million people (31.21 million had two doses and 25.78 million only had one dose). The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the administration of the covid-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 years at SDN 01 Sitiung. This research method is accidental sampling, which is a sampling method by taking respondents who are or are available in a place according to the context. There were 22 respondents (68.8%) who had high knowledge, and 10 respondents (31.2%) had moderate knowledge and 32 children (100%) received the covid-19 vaccine. According to the results of the analytical test, there is no relationship between mother's knowledge and the administration of the Covid-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 years at SDN 01 Sitiung. Because value(p equal to 0.969). So there is no relationship. Meanwhile, 19 respondents (59.4%) have positive knowledge and as many as 13 people (40.6%) have negative knowledge. According to the results of the analytical test, there is no relationship between the mother's attitude and the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 years at SDN 01 Sitiung. Because the value ( p equal to 0.024). So no relationship. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between Mother's Knowledge and with the administration of the covid-19 vaccine to children aged 6-11 at SDN 01 Sitiung. It is hoped that future researchers who conduct research with this title should use other methodologies.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is quite large, reaching 60-70% of women in Indonesia. Gymnastics is a way that can be done to reduce dysmenorrhea. The general objective of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of dysmenorrhea exercise on the intensity of menstrual pain in female adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Sitiung. In this study the experimental method was used in one group (one group pre test post test). The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test through the SPSS application. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of reducing pain levels after doing Dysmenorrhea exercises with a p-value of 0.05. It was concluded that most young women at SMP Negeri 1 Sitiung experienced a decrease in pain from severe to mild after doing dysmenorrhea exercises.

Abstract

P4K is a program launched in an effort to accelerate the reduction in maternal mortality. 2021 is the year with the highest number of maternal deaths in the last 5 years. Meanwhile, in 2022 the MMR has decreased to 6 mothers including maternal deaths caused by bleeding, eclampsia, and tuberculosis, and these causes can be prevented by using P4K. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women with the implementation of the Birth Planning and Complication Prevention Program (P4K) in the work area of ​​the Sitiung II Health Center, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is descriptive analytical research. The research design uses a cross sectional research design, the sample taken is total sampling where all members of the population are used as samples with a research instrument using a questionnaire. The results of this study showed that there was no relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women and the implementation of P4K with a P value equal to 0.294 (P value more than 0.05), there was a relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and the implementation of P4K with a P value equal to 0.037 (P value less than 0.05) . It was concluded that the knowledge of pregnant women had nothing to do with the implementation of P4K, while the attitudes of pregnant women had a relationship with the implementation of P4K. It is recommended that health institutions or village midwives provide education about implementing P4K properly and correctly
