Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of interests rate policy of SBI towards the banks’  intermadiation  function  through  the  interest rates of credit and deposit variables. The objects in this research divided based on the bank’s ownership, which are the banks owned by the government, the banks owned by private, and the banks owned by local government. Thus will be known the bank’s response based on the bank’s ownership towards the central bank monetary policy using SBI instrument. This  research  using  path  analysis with  SBI’s,deposits,and  credits ( capital,  investment  and consumption) interest rates, and also the Loan to Deposit Ratio. Empirical studies showing that the SBI’s Interest rate policy gives more influence towads the government-owned banks. Furthermore,this research found that the composition of Third-party funds (DPK) has an influence to the banks  response and distribution of credit. Abstract

Papua Province is one of the poorest provinces in Indonesia. Some of the variables that affect health levels including Human Development Index (HDI) and unemployment rate. This research analyzes Human Development Index and unemployment rate to poverty level in districts/cities in Papua Province during 2010-2015. Research data used in this research is secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics of district/city in Papua Province. The independent variables used are open unemployment rate and Development Index. While the dependent variable used is poverty level in districts/citis in Papua Province year 2010-2015. The analysis tool used is regression with panel data. The result of this research shows that the average of district/city?s poverty rate in Papua 2010-2015 is 32,34 percent. The highest level is in District Deiyai and the lowest is in District Merauke. The Human Development Index has decreased significantly to the poverty rate of district/city in Papua Province, while the open unemployment rate is positive to the poverty rate of district/city in Papua Province. Human Development Index and open unemployment rate as a whole and together affect poverty level in district/city in Papua Province.

Abstract

Abstract:  The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness and evaluate how effective the use of QAR (Question and Answer Relationship) on improving the students' reading comprehension, especially on the Descriptive Text. In this study, the authors used a Class Action Research, while for collecting the data, the authors use the observation notes and some written test instruments to measure student progress. The results of the data analysis and observation notes, found that the effect of the QAR (Question and Answer Relationship) are influence at the level of students' understanding in  descriptive reading text, the  students were able to answer the question by searching the  information in text, and increasing their  motivation and most of student are interest in the subject English Basically, the student increasing in this study is varied, if we look at the graph of value increasing, perhaps only a few are able to improve his abilities, but on the other hand, the growing and respect for the English class is quite an increase, to cultivate a sense of curiosity towards English had already made his own pride for researchers.Keywords: QAR (Question and Answer Relationship), Reading Comprehension, Descriptive Text Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan dan mengevaluasi seberapa efektifnya penggunaan QAR (Question and Answer Relationship) pada peningkatan pemahaman membaca siswa khususnya pada jenis Text Descriptive. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sedeangkan untuk menggumpulkan data, penulis menggunakan catatan obervasi dan beberapa intrumen test tertulis untuk mengukur kemajuan siswa. Hasil dari data analisis dan catatan observasi, penulis menemukan bahwa efek dari QAR (Question and Answer Relationship) berpengarauh pada tingkat pemahaman siswa terhadap text bacaan descriptive, siswa mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan mencari informasi yang ada dalam text,  dan meningkatnya motifasi dan minat siswa pada pelajaran bahasa inggris. Pada dasarnya peningkatan siswa pada penelitian ini beragam , jika kita melihat dari grafik peningkatan nilai, mungkin hanya sedikit yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuannya, namun disisi lain , meningkatnya semangat dan penghargaan terhadap pelajaran bahasa inggris ini cukup meningkat, untuk menumbuh kan rasa keingintahuan mereka terhadap bahasa inggris sudah membuat kebanggaan sendiri bagi peneliti.Keywords:  QAR (Question and Answer Relationship), Pemahaman Membaca, Text Deskriptif

Abstract

One of the objectives of the Village Fund is to alleviate poverty. Kulon Progo Regency is one of the regencies in at the provincial level and even national level. This study aims to 1) analyze the impact of the allocation of the village fund on village poverty in Kulon Progo Regency; 2) the strategic map of Village Fund management in Kulon Progo Regency; and 3) the Village Fund management with respect to poverty alleviation programs in Kulon Progo Regency. This study used several research methods to including the between the means, and descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. Results of the difference between the means  test  showed a significant difference in the poverty level in Kulon Progo Regency in the aftermath of the implementation of the Village Fund policy. Meanwhile, descriptive quantitative analysis results showed that 85 - 95 percent of Village Fund allocation for 2015-2017 period was on development programs, while qualitative analysis results identified differences in the management of Village Funds in Demangrejo and Kalirejo Villages. The difference in the management of the Village Fund in  Kalirejo and Demangrejo Villages lay in  the enthusiasm and contribution of the village community toward Village Fund management activities.

Abstract

Tourism development has become an option in many areas as a way to reduce poverty. One of the resources developed as a source of income is natural and cultural resources which are exploited as tourist objects and attractions. Tourism can be developed to improve the economy that is directly towards the community around attractions. Gerbosari Village is one of the leading villages in Samigaluh Subdistrict, Kulonprogo Regency which has a special tourism potential for use by tourist villages. The potential given by Gerbosari Village is a chrysanthemum plant whose data grows well, ponders beautiful nature, and harmonious community culture. The Village Government and Gerbosari Residents have a strong commitment to managing the potential of the village and creating innovations to enhance development through local tourism development. To realize the developed tourist village and provide direction to the welfare needed by the Gerbosari Tourism Village development masterplan. Based on the results of the preparation of the Gerbosari Tourism Village Development Masterplan, several Tourism Village objects that will be developed in the next 5 years include chrysanthemum agro-tourism areas, educational tours for the use of home yards, Camping ground and tracking of Jongkang Mountain, and the peak Cultural Tourism of Suroloyo.

Abstract

Sosialisasi merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk membangun kesadaran melalui peningkatan pengetahuan.Selain itu sosialisasi dapat mendorong membangun kesadaran masyarakat apabila ilmu yang ada di praktikan secara langsung. Artikel ini di tulis menggunakan metode deskriptif – eksplanatif. Artikel ini akan memberikan gambaran terkait pelaksanaan program kerja Gerakan Pesisir Sehat (GESIT) dimana kegiatan ini terdiri atas berbagai kegiatan seperti penanaman mangrove, bersih-bersih pantai, sosialisasi terkait sampah dan pemanfaatan limbah untuk pembuatan kotak sampah. Kegiatan GESIT ini merupakan kegiatan sosialisasi sekaligus mempraktekkan ilmu yang sudah di berikan melalui aksi menjaga lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbangunnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga lingkungan, memahami cara pengelolaan sampah dan memahami dampak dari membuang sampah sembarangan serta mengetahui cara pembuatan kotak sampah yang murah melalui pemanfaatan limbah yang tentunya jauh lebih murah. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan lapangan Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang seluruh data di dapatkan melalui pengalaman lapangan dan observasi. Artikel ini juga sebagai bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa KKN dalam menjaga alam.
