Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS dengan menerapkan pendekatan saintifik dengan media video. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif yang dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Tanggeran berjumlah 21 siswa. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan media video dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang kegiatan ekonomi pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Tanggeran. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan persentase ketuntasan proses belajar IPS pada siklus I sebesar 66,58%, siklus II 77,97%, dan siklus III 90,48%. Lalu, ketuntasan hasil belajar IPS pada siklus I sebesar 69,21%, siklus II 77,97%, dan siklus III 85,71%. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan media video dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang kegiatan ekonomi pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Tanggeran tahun ajaran 2017/2018

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the principal and describe the implementation of total quality management at the Bulukantil State Elementary School. The research uses a qualitative approach. The research subject is the principal of the Bulukantil State Elementary School, Surakarta, and Central Java. Research data obtained through interview techniques, observation, and questionnaires. The data validity technique uses triangulation. Analysis of research data using interactive analysis techniques. The stages of analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. There are two research conclusions, namely the principal has played a role in various aspects of the implementation of total quality management, both the role of educators, managers, administrators, leaders, innovators, motivators, and supervisors with a percentage of 81.24% and the implementation of total quality management in Bulukantil State Elementary Schools. has gone well through the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing, measuring, and monitoring. So, it can be concluded that the implementation of total quality management at the Bulukantil State Elementary School has been in accordance with the stages and is supported by the various roles of the principal in the school.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the effect of Thinking Actively in a Social Context, Creative Problem Solving, and Direct Instruction learning models on students' divergent thinking skills. The quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method was used as the research approach. The research subjects include the fifth-grade students at the public elementary schools in Laweyan District, Surakarta, Indonesia. The data were collected using test and non-test techniques. They were then analyzed using the prerequisite test, hypothesis test and multiple-comparison test. The results show that the learning model has an effect on divergent thinking skills. The selection of TASC and CPS learning models has an effect on the students’ activeness in learning, so teachers can consider these models to be applied in learning with integrated thematic teaching materials in the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

This article is community service-based research with the aim of describing the impact of cadre formation on the MWC NU Rowokele organization. A qualitative approach is used to describe the content of Community Service. The service is located at MWC NU Rowokele. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting interviews with the Chairman of Tanfidziyah MWC NU Rowokele. Data were analyzed using data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the dedication show that the presence of cadres has not had a good impact on the development of the MWC NU Rowokele organization. This is because the MWC NU Rowokele has not run well, the management does not have a special technique for recruiting the latest cadres, and the limited number of MWC staff who are truly willing to build a better MWC. Thus, suggestions are addressed to the management of MWC NU Rowokele to actively cooperate with each branch so that MWC has a broad view of the cadres that are formed from each activity in the MWC NU Rowokele Branch.

Abstract

The theme of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) organized by IAINU Kebumen is "Civil Society Responsible for COVID-19". With this theme, the Kebumen IAINU KKN activities can be used as a way to train the community about COVID-19 prevention. The author designed a special program related to the KKN theme. The program that has been designed is training on the recovery of COVID-19 bodies specifically for women. The purpose of holding training activities is to train women in the process of recovering COVID-19 bodies. Community service activities were carried out at the NU Muslimat Hall in Redisari Village (Kebumen 4 MTs Complex), Rowokele District, Kebumen. The target of the service is Muslimat and fatayat in the Redisari Village area and its surroundings. The activity was carried out on Friday, September 10 2021. The implementation method used was identifying problems related to the disposal of COVID-19 bodies, designing programs, conducting literature studies, observing field conditions, and conducting training on recovering bodies of COVID-19. Based on field observations, the results obtained were that the community, especially Muslimat and fatayat in Redisari Village, had enthusiastically participated in the body retrieval training activities which were held and the implementation went smoothly.

Abstract

This research is intended to answer the following problems: 1) Is there any influence of the leadership of the madrasa head on student achievement? 2) Is there an effect of teacher performance on student achievement? 3) Is there an influence of the leadership of the madrasa head and teacher performance together on student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran? This type of research is a quantitative research. The data was obtained by using questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. All data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative data analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The leadership of the madrasah head had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the regression calculation obtained a positive constant of 3,017 where the variable of Madrasah Principal Leadership (X1) had a significant number > 0.05, which was 0.915 with a calculated t value 1.108. The more the leadership of the madrasa head increases, the learning achievement of students will increase; 2) Teacher performance has a positive and significant effect on student achievement with the Teacher Performance variable (X2) having a significant number > 0.05, which is equal to 0.17 with a t-value of 2,505, it is concluded that the Teacher Performance variable has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement; 3) The leadership of the madrasah head and teacher performance simultaneously influence the results of student achievement at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif NU 1 Kalijaran which is obtained from the calculation of F count of 159.686 with a significance of <0.05, which is equal to 0.000. From these results it is known that the regression line equation can be used to predict Learning Achievement, or it can be said that the Madrasah Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance variables jointly affect Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penguasaan konsep pembelajaran tematik pada pendekatan Interactive Conceptual Instruction dengan video pembelajaran. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 119 siswa kelas IV di empat Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Laweyan, Surakarta, Indonesia. Formulir pre-test dan post-test digunakan sebagai ukuran penguasaan konsep siswa. Instrumen tes yang digunakan adalah tes penguasaan konsep. Hasil pengujian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan konsep dengan kategori sangat kuat. Hasil peningkatan penguasaan konsep oleh siswa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran berada pada kategori rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan multimedia untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Adapun yang menjadi subjeknya ialah tiga peserta didik dan tiga guru serta lokasi yang dipilih untuk dijadikan tempat penelitian yaitu MTs Negeri 1 Kebumen. Teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wewancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya melalui kegiatan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian motivasi belajar peserta didik dapat meningkat ketika pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam khususnya pada mata pelajaran akidah akhlak dan fikih saat menggunakan multimedia pada proses pembelajarannya. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari antusias peserta didik pada saat aktivitas belajar mengajar di ruang kelas, titik fokus peserta didik juh lebih tinggi yaitu setelah memperhatikan penjelasan dari guru, kemauan peserta didik untuk mencatat hal – hal baru yang dianggap sangat penting dan mudah memahami atau mencerna materi pembelajaran yang telah dipelajari.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan pembuatan buku ajar dan buku referensi melalui pendekatan ABCD. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama tiga hari pada tanggal 25-27 April 2022 melalui Zoom meeting. Peserta dalam pelatihan ini berjumlah 211 orang yang terdiri dari dosen, guru, dan mahasiswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan menggunakan enam langkah yang terdiri dari preparing (persiapan), discovery (menemukan), dream (mimpi masa depan), design (menentukan asset), define (memobilisasi asset), and destiny (monitoring). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan penilaian kinerja. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pelatihan ini peserta mengetahui lebih banyak tentang pembuatan buku ajar dan buku referensi serta strategi untuk terbit menjadi buku Ber-ISBN dan mendapatkan HKI. Pelatihan ini juga menghasilkan beberapa luaran dari peserta berupa rancangan draft buku ajar dan buku referensi yang siap untuk terbit. Sehingga melalui adanya pelatihan ini dapat memfasilitasi para guru dan dosen dalam mengembangkan profesionalismenya. Pengabdian ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa melalui pelatihan pembuatan buku ajar dan buku referensi dapat memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta tentang teknik membuat buku ajar dan buku referensi.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan CBT berbasis edmodo untuk guru MI. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Februari 2022 di MI Tahassus Ma’arif NU Prapagkidul, Pituruh, Purworejo. Peserta dalam pelatihan ini adalah 34 guru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari empat tahap, yang terdiri dari perencanaan, persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki capaian hasil yang sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 90,83%. Hal ini ditandai dengan pemahaman peserta tentang platform edmodo, kemudahan dalam mengoperasikan edmodo, dan kemudahan dalam membuat quiz berbasis edmodo. Selain itu, didapatkan hasil bahwa sebanyak 100% peserta akan menindaklanjuti penggunaan CBT berbasis Edmodo ke dalam pembelajaran dan hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat membantu dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru MI. Jadi, pelatihan ini terbukti dapat mengembangkan pemahaman guru tentang CBT berbasis admodo sehingga mampu menciptakan inovasi guru dalam pembelajaran.
