Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a drastic impact on the Indonesian economy, with economic conditions in decline, millions of Indonesians are at risk of losing their jobs. This has given rise to many new female entrepreneurs who started their businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School, Doro District, Pekalongan Regency is a forum for empowering women through education and business assistance. The lack of knowledge and skills of female entrepreneurs regarding effective product marketing strategies makes it difficult for their businesses to develop, especially in the current pandemic era. Therefore, training and marketing literacy assistance are needed for women entrepreneurs to be able to compete and be innovative to increase sales turnover in the pandemic era. The results of the activity have a significant impact, motivate and add insight to female entrepreneurs, especially small and medium business actors in Doro District, Pekalongan Regency, regarding digital marketing strategies both in terms of knowledge and practice. so that they can develop their business through digital marketing.

Abstract

The butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea) are by most the community considered only ordinary plants actually have extraordinary benefit (Imayanti et al., 2019). Bandengan Village in Pekalongan Regency is one of the villages that has experienced floods since the last 10 years. Thus,  many residents especially women, have used many pots to cultivate butterfly pea plants. Moreover, women in Bandengan Village, Pekalongan Regency try to be independent in terms of income and also want to increase their capability. Womenpreneur makes a big contribution to Small Medium Enterprise in Indonesia. According to Biro Pusat Statistik  in 2021, the majority of the total  Small Medium Enterprise  in Indonesia, to be precise, 64.5 or 37 million  Small Medium Enterprise  are managed by women (BPS, 2021). The contribution of  Small Medium Enterprise  to employment is about 97% of the total workforce and able to increase about 60.4% of the total investment. However, the high number of   Small Medium Enterprise  have main problems such as low level of access to financial literation.  Small Medium Enterprise  can’t managed business and personal finance. They are have  no record of income, costs and sales. As a result, they can not identify the financial needs of their business. Hence, financial literacy training and assistance is expected to be able to increase the financial capacity of  Small Medium Enterprise owners, an make simple reports in managing their business.

Abstract

Interest rate fluctuations lead to movements in both rural banks’ lending and savings rates. These movements can result in interest rate risk affecting the efficiency of rural banks. The continuity of rural banks is vital because they are one of the financial institutions that funding financing for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Thus, this study aims to analyse the influence of interest rate risk on the efficiency of rural banks in Indonesia from 2014 to 2018. Moreover, this study also investigates the role of the loan distribution as a moderating variable of the relationship between interest rate risk and efficiency. This research applies two stages of analysis. The first stage of analysis is estimating the efficiency score using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The second stage measures the relationship between interest rate risk and efficiency and the role of loan distribution as a moderating variable using Tobit Regression. The regression analysis shows that interest rate risk has a positive and significant effect on efficiency. Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by several factors, various studies on employee performance mention several descriptions of influencing factors, including work performance, career development, motivation, commitment and so on. Research on the factors that influence employee performance is very important. An in-depth analysis of these factors can provide insights for organizational leaders to design more effective policies and strategies. This research is included in the type of causal research, because in addition to measuring the extent of the relationship between two or more variables, this research also reveals the direction of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Data analysis is quantitative or statistical in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the model fit test shows a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, it can be suggested that the regression model is an appropriate method for measuring the effect of career development, work achievement, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The results of hypothesis testing that has been done show that the effect of career development on employee performance. The results of this test show that a positive and meaningful value is obtained from career development on employee performance. The impact of work performance on employee performance, the results of the analysis that has been carried out indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between work performance and employee performance. then it can be suggested that the regression model is the right method to measure the effect of career development, work achievement, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance.
