Abstract

One indicator of the success of managing a college is student satisfaction with the services carried out by the college in academic learning services and academic administration services.This research is a descriptive study that aims to find out how much the level of student satisfaction with the services carried out in the academic field both educators and education staff at the Faculty of Economics, Pekalongan University. This study uses data analysis techniques of Multiple Linear Regression and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Multiple linear regression is used to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, while the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to determine the level of student satisfaction with academic services by measuring the level of importance and level of implementation.Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to students using the dimensions of performance appraisal and expectations namely Tangible (physical evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (assurance), and Emphaty (empathy).The results showed that Performance and Expectations had a significant effect on Student Satisfaction. The results of the calculation of the student satisfaction index value of 0.70 it can be concluded that overall students of the Faculty of Economics, Pekalongan University feel " satisfied" for the services provided by the Academic Section of the Faculty of Economics, Pekalongan University

Abstract

Resources of humans is one of the assets of the organization that became the backbone of an organization in carrying out its activities and influence on the performance and progress of the organization. Systematic performance assessment and selection of employees with the best performance for the determination of a promotion is very important in strategic human resource management. But in fact the decision objectively, efficiently and effectively perform the selection of human resources is not easy, we need a model of decision-making to help solve that problem. Application of AHP and Fuzzy TOPSIS in the selection of this promotion can be provide alternative recommendations for decision-makers, so that the employee selection process can take place effectively and efficiently and to produce objective decisions. Implementation results of the study for the selection of a promotion with six criteria assessment criteria weighting the results obtained using the AHP Performance Value of 0,3509, Education Level of 0,1605, Class of 0,1005, Work period of 0,0367, The Presence of 0,0637 and the value of the competence of 0.2877. The weighting of the results was continued process of ranking the alternatives by using fuzzy TOPSIS method obtained the best results and the selected preference is for 0.8373   Keywords: Performance evaluation; Promotion; AHP; Topsis; Fuzzy

Abstract

Kabupaten Batang memperkenalkan slogan “Batang Surga Asia”. menyerukan tagline ‘VisitBatang Year 2022, Heaven of Asia’. Tagline baru ini seolah menegaskan bahwa Kabupaten Batangpantas menjadi magnet tujuan wisata di Asia. Batang memiliki dua potensi sekaligus, pesisir danpegunungan. Pengenalan objek wisata Kabupaten Batang saat ini telah dijalankan menggunakanmedia cetak dan media digital dan sudah ada website tentang pariwisata, namun belum berjalandengan optimal, sehingga jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Kab. Batang belum mengalamipeningkatan yang signifikan, bahkan cenderung mengalami penurunan. Data yang diperoleh dariDinas Pariwisata, Kepemudaan dan Olahrga Kabupaten Batang jumlah kunjungan wisatawan tahun2016 sebesar 561.282 wisatawan, dan 524.115 wisatawan pada tahun 2017.Dalam pencapaian peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Kab. Batang diperlukanpemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada sektor pariwisata yaitu diletakkan dalam bentuk electronictourism atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Teknologi Virtual Tour. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiandan pengembangan dengan menggunakan metodologi System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) danMultimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat rancangan(prototype) pengembangan pemasaran pariwisata “Visit Batang Heaven of Asia” melalui SistemInformasi Pariwisata dan Aplikasi Virtual Tour untuk memperkenalkan destinasi wisata diKabupaten Batang agar lebih menarik para wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Penelitian inimenghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pariwisata (E-Tourism) dan Virtual Tour sehingga memudahkanpengunjung/wisatawan dalam menjelajahi destinasi wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Batang

Abstract

MSMEs actors are deemed to lack resilience and flexibility in facing the Pandemic due to several things such as the low level of digitization, difficulties in accessing technology and a lack of understanding of survival strategies in business. Basically, MSMEs actors must be able to survive and adapt to existing business developments because businesses that can survive are businesses that are responsive to the times. The use of digital marketing by MSMEs players has the potential to help MSME players in marketing their products during a pandemic. Digital marketing intends to initiate and circulate online information about the user's experience in consuming a product or brand, with the main goal of engaging the community. In doing digital marketing, MSMEs players are required to always learn and think openly to increasingly developing technology. Of course, digital marketing also considers using suitable media and the right way of communication that is tailored to the selected segment or market share. So that marketing will be more effective and not wrong target.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) transformation is strongly guided in the industrial revolution 4.0 Era. The ability of users of information technology has an important role in the HR transformation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of the application of information technology on the HR transformation with user capabilities as a moderating variable in the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Syari'ah Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (KSPPS BTM) Central Java. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the all managers of KSPPS BTM in the Central Java region. Data analysis using simple linear regression. To test for the first hypothesis and the second hypothesis using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method. The results show that the application of information technology has a positive and significant effect on HR transformation, while the moderating variable from the results of the second hypothesis test shows that the user ability variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the relationship between the application of information technology and HR transformation, but the user ability variable weakens the interaction between the variables of the application of information technology to the HR transformation. So it can be said that the user's ability is a potential moderating variable (Homologiser). Keywords: Application of Information Technology, User Capabilities, HR Transformation, Moderating Variables

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a drastic impact on the Indonesian economy, with economic conditions in decline, millions of Indonesians are at risk of losing their jobs. This has given rise to many new female entrepreneurs who started their businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Aisyiyah Entrepreneurial School, Doro District, Pekalongan Regency is a forum for empowering women through education and business assistance. The lack of knowledge and skills of female entrepreneurs regarding effective product marketing strategies makes it difficult for their businesses to develop, especially in the current pandemic era. Therefore, training and marketing literacy assistance are needed for women entrepreneurs to be able to compete and be innovative to increase sales turnover in the pandemic era. The results of the activity have a significant impact, motivate and add insight to female entrepreneurs, especially small and medium business actors in Doro District, Pekalongan Regency, regarding digital marketing strategies both in terms of knowledge and practice. so that they can develop their business through digital marketing.

Abstract

Paguyuban Uripjoyo is an association of Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Kuripan Kertoharjo Village. The impact of the pandemic outbreak and regulations related to the Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities have caused sales turnover to decline, for that MSMEs are required to be more creative and innovative in carrying out marketing activities. Digital marketing activities or online marketing is the most appropriate solution in dealing with this phenomenon. However, there are still many MSME actors who have not mastered digital marketing. Therefore, digital marketing training and assistance is needed for MSME actors in Kertoharjo Village to be able to compete and be innovative to increase sales turnover in the pandemic era. Abstract

Along with the development of global market demands, higher education institutions must also continue to make creativity and innovation  so that the quality of learning increases,  so that the graduates produced  have a high competitiveness.  To  realize  the  human  resources  that  have  competitiveness  required  the  development  of  self- lecturers. Many  factors can affect the self-development  of  lecturers. This study  was conducted  with the aim  to analyze the influence of work ethic and commitment  to self -development  of lecturers  at Pekalongan  Univ ersity (Unikal).  In  this  study,  the  use  of  work  ethic  variables  and  commitment  to  analyze  the  influence  of  self - development.  This research  uses multiple  regression  analysis  method.  Data  obtained  from questionnaires  that have been  inputted online by students  in academic information  system (SIAKAD)  and assessment  conducted  by Institute of Unique Quality  Assurance  (LPMU). The  results of this  study  indicate that  work ethic variables  and commitment   variables   together  significantly   influence   the  self -development   of   lecturers.   Low  learner   self- development  can be improved by encouraging work ethic variables and commitment  variables.

Abstract

Pekalongan University is one of the universities that was also affected by the Covid 19 virus in Indonesia, where new student admissions have decreased for the last 3 years. The effect of declining student acceptance which is the main source of funding can result in disruption of higher education operations, therefore a solution is needed to overcome this problem, one of which is by increasing the awareness of all Pekalongan University academics to participate in maintaining efficiency in spending. One of the ways to reduce expenditure efficiency is by making savings in electricity consumption, which is a fairly high expenditure post at Pekalongan UniversityThis study aims to examine and analyze whether there is a significant effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Unikal educators.This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed online to permanent lecturers at Pekalongan University, totaling 83 samples.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Compensation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Unikal educators. The most dominant variable affecting Organization Citizen Behavior is the work motivation variable
