<![CDATA[The aims of this research to analyze and examine the important factors in HR planning to sustain the company’s existence in advancing quality and performance, namely the provision of compensation. The research method used is the quantitative associative survey research method. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sinar Mas Insurance. With a sample of sixty seven employees. This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Mas Insurance. The finding of this research indicate that the effect of compensation on performance has a contribution of 26.01%, while the other 63.99% is determined by other factors not included in this research. The conclusion of this research shows that a good compensation system will improve employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to identify the effect of digital learning on student learning outcomes. Digital learning creates learning situations for students in discussion and enhances online interactive learning with teachers. The population of this study were fifth grade students at SDIT Al Bariyah Jakarta. The findings show that there is an effect of digital learning on student learning outcomes. Digital learning has been shown to have an influence on student learning outcomes. Suggestions in this study indicate that the promotion of digital learning can provide an alternative to teaching innovation in the classroom. With the advancement of information technology and relevant technology, digital learning will be accepted by students and teachers.]]>

<![CDATA[Analysis Du Pont is an integrated approach to financial ratio analysis. Research purposes to obtain empirical evidence and to determine whether a significant difference between the positive influence either directly or indirectly between the Economic Value Added (EVA) and Return on Assets (ROA) for the performance of the company. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data by using the company's financial statements have been published in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Du Pont analysis use in analyzing the performance of the company is to determine what components that affect the value of return on equity (ROE). The results show the value of ROE ten companies Tbk from December 2011 to March 2014 is positive and continuously increasing from year to year. EVA results illustrate that the ten companies Tbk managed to create value-added.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify and analyze the effect on the profitability of the murabaha financing. This research is associative causal. The study population used the financial statements that have been on going public. Sample is the balance sheet and income statement. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data to perform statistical analysis using linear regression analysis, analysis of the correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing, and analysis using a t-test. The results showed that the influence of the murabaha financing with proven profitability calculations manually or by program. The conclusion is murabaha financing may affect the profitability of the PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. for the year 1997 to 2006.]]>

<![CDATA[Implementasi kebijakan pemasaran Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) diharapkan dapat memiliki daya saing dan berkelanjutan sehingga dapat memberikan nilai tambah agar dapat meningkatkan standar hidup masyarakat dan menjamin keberlangsungan keberadaan sumber daya alam, kehidupan sosial budaya dan ekonomi melalui proses dan sistem pengembangan terpadu. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang menjadi pijakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kebijakan publik. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa strategi dan perumusan implementasi kebijakan dengan mengacu pada Undang‐Undang dan Peraturan Presiden. Dengan adanya tiga kebijakan yang dikeluarkan untuk membantu beberapa sektor yang ada dalam masyarakat, yakni Pertama, Stimulus fiskal untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Kedua, Stimulus Non Fiskal yang berkaitan dengan ekspor dan impor. Kebijakan non fiskal yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah diharapkan dapat meringankan kegiatan ekspor dan impor disaat pandemi wabah virus covid-19. Ketiga, Stimulus Untuk Sektor Keuangan Terdapat beberapa kebijakan yang dikeluarkan untuk membantu sektor perekonomian.]]>

Peran serta aktif setiap warga negara dalam bentuk Bela Negara akan menentukan keberhasilan suatu bangsa dalam mengatasi implikasi negatif yang mengancam keberadaan negara. <![CDATA[In analyzing the data in multimedia, it is necessary to understand that there are differences in each media. For example, data contained in photos and audio that come from one media source, it is important to know the relationship between the two in a marketing strategy analysis. Descriptive research is the method used in this study using a qualitative approach. The findings of this study show that these multimedia developers not only practice management techniques, but need to consider marketing management strategies using multimedia as very important for the success of an increase in sales. The importance of good marketing management skills is emphasized by all consumers who will be interviewed. Whether it is proposal, team, budget, or design management, marketing management is a key ingredient for success.
