Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of online learning and teacher strategies in improving students' critical thinking skills in PAI subjects at SMPN 1 Sumbergempol Tulungagung and SMPN 3 Tulungagung. The research method is qualitative. The research approach is phenomenological. The type of research is field research. The research design was a multi-site study. Data were obtained by in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The research data is then organized into categories, described into units, synthesized, arranged into patterns, selected priority data, and made conclusions so that they are easy to understand. The results showed that WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, One Drive, Google Form, and Microsoft Office 365 teachers were integrated. The strategy used by the teacher is to design learning and implementation of learning that directs critical thinking. The teacher sharpens thinking levels from C1, C2,3 to C4, C5, C6. The task given is to find material from the internet and analyze it. Students will use critical, analytical, comparative, selective and creative reasoning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis religious culture di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada lembaga pendidikan di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, trianggulasi sumber, metode dan waktu. Adapun hasil penelitin dari pengembangan kurikulum berbasis religious culture di SD IIS PSM Kediri adalah terwujudnya nilai karakter islami yang membudaya di lingkungan sekolah melalui pembiasaan sehari-hari. Pengadaan rapor Syafawi untuk mengontrol pelaksanaan religious culture menjadi penguat bagi siswa untuk melaksanakan religious culture berupa pelaksanaan adab-adab di seluruh ruangan di sekolah. Religious culture juga menjadi salah satu prioritas sekolah yang membuat sekolah tersebut berbeda dengan sekolah lainnya hingga menarik minat pasar pendidikan yang dapat dibuktikan dari hasil survey menunjukkan 90% walimurid memilih sekolah tersebut karena memiliki pengembangan kurikulum relious culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum K13 untuk SD/MI. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus yang berusaha untuk menggambarkan suatu keadaan saat ini dalam implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum K13 yang ditunjukan untuk SD/MI sebagai tombaknya pendidikan utama disatuan lembaga pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, diskusi, trianggulasi sumber, metode dan waktu. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah tentang implementasi PPK dalam program yang terdapat di kurikulum K13 berbasis pendidikan karakter, dimana tujuan dari kurikulum K13 berbasis karakter ini adalah untuk dapat mengembangkan pendidikan karakter tersebut pada diri setiap peserta didik, selain itu dapat mempertinggi mental, moral budi pekerti dan memperkuat keyakinan beragama, mempertinggi kecerdasan dan keterampilan, serta dapat membina dan mengembangkan fisik yang kuat dan sehat pada diri peserta didik, dan nantinya dapat terwujudnya nilai karakter sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh lembaga pendidikan dan para orang tua wali. Peendidikan karakter yang islami dan ber-moral.

Abstract

This article examines the issue of dialectical Islam with local culture in Indonesia, which eventually forms a distinctive and unique variant of Islam, as well as the acculturation of Aswaja values and Javanese Islam. Indonesian Islamic State Universities (UIN) are part of the component that forms a nationalist and religious generation. Undeniably, it is free from the Islamic variant of the times. The variant of Islam is not Islam which is separated from its purity, but Islam, which is acculturated with local culture. The study's mixed-method results showed that 72.4% of Aswaja's values influenced the formation of moderate thinking. Meanwhile, 42% of Javanese Islam also contributes to Moderate Islamic thought. As a variant of cultural Islam in Indonesia, Javanese Islam tends to be syncretic with its distinctive traditions. It can be seen in the dialectic of religion and culture, such as the “Grebek Pancasila”, the early Genduri of a sermon, and Wayang performances. Its substance is to transform the prophetic spirit of the teachings of monotheism while preserving local culture. Javanese Aswaja and Islamic values struggle with the realities of modernity and globalization. In this context, it can be seen how the response of groups of Islamic organizations, particularly the moderate Islam Rahmatan Lil Alamin. Artikel ini mengkaji persoalan dialektika Islam dengan budaya lokal di Indonesia yang pada akhirnya membentuk varian Islam yang khas dan unik, serta akulturasi nilai-nilai Aswaja dan Islam Jawa. Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) di Indonesia merupakan bagian dari komponen yang membentuk generasi nasionalis dan agamis, yang tidak bisa dipungkiri terbebas dari varian Islam zaman. Varian Islam bukanlah Islam yang lepas dari kemurniannya, melainkan Islam yang berakulturasi dengan budaya lokal. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode campuran menunjukkan bahwa 72,4% nilai Aswaja mempengaruhi pembentukan berpikir moderat. Sementara itu, 42% Islam Jawa juga berkontribusi pada pemikiran Islam Moderat. Sebagai varian Islam budaya di Indonesia, Islam Jawa cenderung sinkretis dengan tradisi khasnya. Hal ini terlihat dalam dialektika agama dan budaya, seperti “Grebek Pancasila”, Genduri awal ceramah, dan pertunjukan wayang. Substansinya adalah mentransformasikan semangat profetik dari ajaran tauhid sekaligus melestarikan budaya lokal. Aswaja Jawa dan nilai-nilai Islam berjuang dengan realitas modernitas dan globalisasi. Dalam konteks ini, terlihat bagaimana respon kelompok ormas Islam, khususnya Islam moderat, Rahmatan Lil Alamin.

Abstract

Research on the implementation of strategic management in developing life skills aims to describe the implementation of strategic management at MTs Diponegoro Plandaan Jombang. The focus of this research is, among others, life skills development programs, budgets, and procedures for developing life skills. This research is qualitative with the type of field research or field research. While the data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that strategic implementation which includes life skill development programs, budgets, and procedures has a positive impact on madrasa achievement and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management strategy used in the development of SDI Al Huda, Kediri City. Al Huda can experience fairly rapid development in the last 2 periods by implementing total quality management. This is based on the strength of the team work to carry out continuous renewal by improving the quality of service both from the internal and external side of the institution. This is evidenced by the fact that in the last 2 periods, Al Huda has been increasing the number of extracurricular activities offered to the community, excelling, having quotas that have increased even beyond capacity, and starting this year, they have been given the mandate to become a driving school. Researchers used qualitative research and phenomenological approaches. The finding of the success of Al-Huda's development competitiveness is by implementing strategic management by reviewing 2 sides, namely internally and externally of the institution, with the application of TQM. The target of the quality of institutional services in the competitiveness of institutional development through two sides, namely: first, internally in the form of: a.) Quality system within the institution by implementing quality assurance; b.) Quality services between education personnel in schools; c.) Quality services between teachers and students; second, externally in the form of: a.) Quality services between schools and parents; b.) Quality service between school and community. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik yang digunakan dalam pengembangan di SDI Al Huda Kota Kediri. Al Huda mengalami perkembangan cukup pesat dalam 2 periode terakhir dengan menerapkan total quality management dengan dilandasi kuatnya team work bagian dari kekuatan internal untuk melakukan pembaharuan dan meningkatkan kualitas mutu layanan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dalam penambahan beberapa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, pencapaian prestasi, penerimaan peserta didik yang senantiasa meningkat hingga melebihi kapasitas, dan tahun 2022 diberi amanah menjadi sekolah penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi. Temuan keberhasilan daya saing pengembangan Al-Huda yakni dengan menerapkan managemen strategik dengan meninjau 2 sisi, yakni secara internal dan eksternal lembaga, dengan penerapan TQM. Sasaran mutu layanan lembaga dalam daya saing pengembangan lembaga melalui dua sisi, yakni: pertama, secara internal berupa: a.) Sistem mutu dalam lembaga dengan menerapkan penjaminan mutu; b.) Layanan mutu antara tenaga kependidikan di sekolah; c.) Layanan mutu antara guru dan peserta didik; kedua, secara eksternal berupa: a.) Layanan mutu antara sekolah dan orangtua; b.) Abstract

Abstract Strategic management can be defined as a series of management decisions and actions (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling) which are implemented by all organizational components in a series of achieving organizational goals that are desired. In strategic management, it includes at least three things, strategy formulation (strategy formulating), strategy implementation (strategy implementing), and strategy evaluation/control (strategy evaluating). Abstract

National education is education based on Pancasila and laws that are rooted in the religious and cultural values ​​of the Indonesian nation. Over time there have been significant changes in the world of Islamic religious education so that the process requires a series of appropriate curriculum development with a strong foundation so that the direction of the development goals is clear, therefore the right foundation is needed to be applied in developing the Islamic religious education curriculum. These foundations include philosophical, psychological, socio-cultural, scientific and technological foundations. Islamic religious education is directed at forming faith and devotion, having knowledge and skills, being able to develop creativity and responsibility, being able to develop high intelligence with noble character and love for the nation and fellow human beings. To achieve what is expected, the curriculum has a very urgent position as a guideline for determining the direction of educational content and objectives. Therefore, curriculum development in the field of Islamic Religious Education is part of the educational strategy in forming students with Rahmatan Lil Alamin character.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Strategic Evaluation is very important to be carried out by every educational institution because in practice there are still many educational institutions that do not do it intensively, which has an impact on the sustainability of the institution and this is where strategic leadership has an important role. This research aims to obtain information about the implementation of strategic evaluation based on strategic leadership and the results of the Strategy Evaluation carried out at STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung. This research is qualitative research with a case study type, the data collection methods used are in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The results of strategy evaluation activities carried out by STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung include: 1) holding workshops and mentoring for lecturers which brought in presenters from various circles, namely senior lecturers and presenters from Kopertais IV Surabaya, 2) holding meetings which were held at the beginning of the lecture and at the end of the lecture at the same time joint evaluation, 3) placing lecturers according to their expertise, 4) collaborating with various existing institutions to improve the quality of lecturers and students, 5) increasing the number of students by making collaboration between students and lecturers more effective in looking for new students as well as collaborating with Ketanon Village and providing scholarships free tuition until graduation.
