Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of granting young coconut water and long incubation as well as combination against tomato seeds vigor expired. This research was carried out in the village of Tinggede sub-district of Marawola Regency Sigi Central Sulawesi province, October to December 2016. Factor i: grant of young coconut water which consists of 3 levels; K0: without young coconut water (control), K1: young coconut water concentration of 15%, K2: young coconut water concentration of 30%. Factor II: Long incubation which consists of 3 levels; W1: Long incubation 1 h, W2: Long 2-hour incubation, W3: Long incubation of 3 hours. This research consists of 9 combination treatment and each treatment was repeated as many as 3 times so it takes 27 block research. The results showed that a single factor of influence real young coconut water against a potential of growing power, germinate, grow, grow keserempakan speed, high number of seeds and leaves of tomato seedlings for expiration. The best coconut water treatment i.e. the concentration of 30%. Long incubation effect real against potential grows, the power, the speed of growth and germinate keserempakan grow tomatoes for expired, the old treatment the best incubation that is 2 hours. While the interaction treatment concentration of young coconut juice with a long incubation gives no real influence against tomato seeds vigor expired.

Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bokasih limbah kulit kakao terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman pala, Penilitian ini di laksanakan dilahan pertanian warga di Desa Buntuna kacamatan Baolan kabupaten Tolitoli Provinsi Sulawesih Tengah dengan mengunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok ( RAK ) yaitu : P0 = Tanpa perlakuan ( Kontrol ), P1 = Tanah + Pupuk bokashi kulit kakao 126 g.polybag-1, P2 = Tanah + Pupuk bokashi kulit kakao 163,28 g.polybag-1, P3 = Tanah + Pupuk bokashi kulit kakao 200,96 g.polybag-1, P4 = Tanah + Pupuk bokashi kulit kakao 238,64 g.polybag-1, P5 = Tanah + Pupuk bokashi kulit kakao 276,32 g.polybag-1, Masing-masing perlakuan di ulang sebanyak 3 ( tiga ) Kali sehingga terdapat 18 percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlakuan pupuk bokasi kulit kakao dengan dosis berbeda memberikan pengaruh nyata dan sangat nyata pada variabel pertumbuhan bibit pala. Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of fermentation time and dose of coconut husk liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of wrench eggplant, both the single effect of fermentation time and the dose of coconut husk liquid organic fertilizer, as well as the combination interaction on the growth and yield of wrench eggplant. This research was conducted in the experimental garden of Madako Tolitoli University, Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Conducted from May to July 2020. This study used a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 2 (two) factors. Factor I: Long fermentation which consists of 2 levels; F1: 7 days fermentation, F2: 14 days of fermentation. Second factor: The dosage of coconut husk liquid organic fertilizer which consists of 4 levels; D0: Control, D1: Dose 18 ml / plot, D2: Dose 36 ml / plot, D3: Dose 54 ml / plot. The results showed that the single factor treatment of coconut husk POC dosage at a dose of 18 ml / plot gave better results in the observation parameters of wrench eggplant height and leaf number at 5 and 6 MST. Likewise, the interaction between the combination of fermentation time and the dosage of coconut husk liquid organic fertilizer gave better results in the observed parameters of fruit diameter and weight.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas MadakoTolitoli. Dimulai Bulan September sampai dengan Bulan Oktober 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa suhu perendaman yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan vigor biji kopi lampung .Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktor tunggal terdiri dari 3 ulangan 5 perlakuan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari Penelitian ini adalah, yang terbaik terhadap perkecambahan adalah secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi suhu 1000C. sedangkan panjang akar pada Penelitian yang dilakukan tidak berpengaruh pada suhu perendaman.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the land of the Faculty of Agriculture, Madako University, Tambun Village, Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province with an altitude of 43 meters above sea level with an average temperature of 330C. The study was carried out in August - October 2020 with the aim of research to determine the effectiveness of dosing and the time interval for giving Moringa leaf POC and its interaction on the growth and yield of pulut corn plants. Factor I: The dosage of Moringa leaf POC which consists of 3 levels; K1: 200 ml dose, K2: 400 ml dose, K3: 600 ml dose. Factor II: Time interval for giving Moringa leaf POC consisting of 3 levels; I1: once every 3 days, I2: 7 every day, I3 = once every 9 days. This study consisted of 9 combination treatments and each treatment was repeated 3 times so that it required 27 units of research beds. The results showed that the single factor of moringa leaf POC dosage treatment had a significant effect on the height parameters of pulut maize at the age of 5 MST and 6 MST, weight of fresh weighted cobs, number of seed rows on the cobs and the number of seeds per line on the cob. The best dosage treatment for Moringa leaves POC is 400 ml. The time interval for giving POC of Moringa leaves had a significant effect on the height parameters of pulut maize at 5 MST and 6 MST, weight of fresh cob with weight, number of seed rows on the cobs and the number of seeds per line on the cobs. The best treatment time interval is 7 days. While the interaction of moringa leaf POC dosage treatment with time intervals of administration had no significant effect on the growth and yield of pulut maize.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah Mengetahui interaksi antara perlakuan interval waktu pembumbunan dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang tanah penelitian ini dilaksakan dikebun percobaan Universitas Madako Toli-toli Kecamatan Baolan Kabupaten Toli-toli Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Dilaksanakan dari bulan September sampai desember  2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola facktorial terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor Pertama adalah pembumbunan dengan tiga taraf, tanpa pembumbunan (P0) Pembumbunan 15 hari setelah tanam (P1) dan pembumbunan 30 hari setelah tanam (P2)  Faktor ke dua adalah dosis pupuk kandang ayam terdiri dari tiga taraf  adalah tanpa dosis pupuk kandang ayam (K0) Dosis pupuk kandang ayam 2 kg/bedeng (K1)  Dosis pupuk kandang ayam 3 kg/bedeng (K2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor tunggal perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam dan pembumbunan  (P2K2)  memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada parameter tinggi tanaman. demikian pula pada faktor interaksi perlakuan interval waktu pembumbunan dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam.memberikan hasil lebih baik pada parameter jumlah daun 15, 30, 45 dan  60 hari setelah tanam (HST).Kata kunci: kacang tanah, pembumbunan, pupuk kandang
