Abstract

Abstract-- The use of technology at this time is very developed along with the development of the times, so there are still many young people who need to get proper teaching. The lessons can be obtained from what parents have taught in the home environment and lecturers at the College. Regardless of the responsibilities of parents at home, we as young people are also obliged to study in school to college to achieve our goals. There are many bona fide universities and even the tuition fees vary, but universities that have expensive fees cannot be used as a benchmark that the university is competent, both from the teaching staff and academic regulations in the college. A competent university is a university that has competent teaching staff. In the Teaching and Learning Process at Higher Education, lecturers have an important role in the success of students in mastering the material given. STMIK Kaputama evaluates the performance of lecturers through 3 (three) variables, namely: Material Variables, Discipline Variables and Attitude Variables. With parameter values: Very Low (SR), Low (R), Enough (C), Good (B) and Very Good (SB), from the parameters the results of the Lecturer Performance Assessment will be known. Then it is necessary to build an application to assess the performance of lecturers using Fuzzy Mamdani with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), so that the assessment of Lecturer Performance can be assessed quickly. Keywords: Lecturer Performance, Fuzzy Mamdani, PSO

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Binjai provides various services (multi service) for its customers, namely voice (telephone), data (internet) and picture (IP-TV) services called indihome. Indihome products provide convenience in accessing the internet with different speeds, costs, quotas and needs. Prospective customers of PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Binjai has problems in choosing the indihome service package package that its prospective customers want. Currently, prospective customers are faced with various choices of internet packages from indihome. With these various package options, prospective customers are required to be effective in choosing an internet package that suits their needs and purchasing power. To overcome this problem, a decision support system will be made using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is expected to assist users in determining the choice of indihome packages that suit their needs. The criteria used are speed, number of devices, Fair Usage Policy (FUP), price, and type of service. Based on the test results using the TOPSIS method with 15 alternative data, the results obtained are the alternative A4 Regular Package Indihome 2P Internet 50 mbps + Telephone is an alternative that has the highest value compared to other alternatives

Abstract

This study is to solve the problem Cryptographic techniques used to protect and maintain the confidentiality of audio messages by changing audio messages into audio messages that cannot be played by doing the encryption process and can be played back after the audio message is decrypted. To protect audio messages, it is used in the process of encrypting and decrypting audio messages using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) uses symmetric key block passwords with varying key sizes of 128 bits, 192 bits, and 256 bits. The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method used is 128 bit key size and there are 10 rounds in the process of encryption and decryption. Audio messages that have been encrypted using the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) method cannot be played by parties who do not know the key to encrypt and decrypt the audio message. Audio messages are protected and protected from irresponsible parties who want to damage or just listen to the audio message.

Abstract

Ujian adalah tes yang dilakukan untuk melihat dan menentukan kemampuan seseorang baik dari segi kompetensi, pengetahuan dan pengalaman. Dengan melakukan ujian, suatu instansipendidikan dapat menentukan apakah murid dapat melanjutkan ke kelas berikutnya ataupun tidak, sedangkan dalam lingkungan pekerjaan, lembaga dapat menentukan apakah seseorang berhak diterima sebagai pekerja ataupun dapat mendapatkan kenaikan jabatan kerja. Berdasarkan jurnal Andilala, Gunawan (2018) tentang implementasi linear congruent method untuk pengacakan soal pada game perhitungan jarimatika berbasis android. Mengatakan bahwa “Metode linear congruent method digunakan sebagai sarana untuk pengacakan soal perhitungan jarimatika sehingga pengguna yang bermain tidak akan menemukan soal yangsama dengan pengguna lain”. Dalam melakukan ujian atau tes kepada karyawan, Sempoa SIP masih menggunakan metode manual dimana seluruh karyawan melakukan ujian dengan kertas dan nomor soal yang sama. Pelaksaan ujian dengan nomor soal yang sama ini dinilai tidak efektif untuk menentukan kompetensi karyawan.Untuk menghindari masalah tersebut, penulis akan memanfaatkan teknologi dengan menggunakan metode Linear Congruent Method (LCM) untuk menghasilkan nomor soal yang acak sehingga setiap karyawan memiliki soal dengan nomor berbeda dan proses ujian menjadi lebih efektif. Berdasarkan pada penjelasan diatas, penulis mengambil judul “Penerapan Algoritma Linear Congruent Method Pada Pengacakan Soal Kenaikan Tingkat Karyawan Di LKP Sempoa SIP Binjai”.

Abstract

Proyek Akhir Sistem Mikrokontroler ini bertujuan untuk melakukan implementasi dari fitur-fitur mikrokontroler ATMega, khususnya Arduiuno. Implementasi yang dibuat pada makalah ini adalah Printer 2D. Printer 2D Mempunyai Prinsip kerjanya memanfaatkan pengendalian posisi dari dua buah motor stepper pada bidang X-Y dan satu buah motor servo pada bidang Z. Printer 2D mampu menggambar objek yang diinginkan berdasarkan 3 sumbu gerak sesuai program yang dibuat oleh pengguna.  Printer 2D sendiri banyak digunakan dalam industri desain atau produk-produk tertentu. Dalam dunia elektronika, alat ini juga berfungsi untuk mencetak jalur printed circuit board (PCB). Software yang digunakan adalah Atmel, WinvAVR, ArduinoIDE sebagai compiler, sedangkan Inkscape dan G-Control sebagai implementasi gcode, printer grafis yang menggambar dengan menggunakan pena-pena tinta, plotter juga merupakan perangkat output pertama yang mampu mencetak gambar berukurun sebesar gambar arsitektur dan enginering. Plotter merupakan jenis printer yang dirancang secara khusus guna menghasilkan output komputer yang berupa gambar ataupun grafik. Terdapat banyak jenis plotter salah satunya plotter pena yang memiliki satu atau sejumlah pena berwarna untuk menggambar pada kertas atau plastik transparan dan membuat keluaran dalam bentuk garis. CNC (Computer Numerical Controller) adalah salah satu alat pengendali mesin pada pabrik-pabrik industri besar. Dengan adanya Printer 2D bisa mengendalikan sebagian besar alat salah satu contohnya sebagai pengendali dari plotter 2-dimensi. Penelitian ini merancang suatu plotter 2-dimensi dengan menggunakan CNC berbasis Arduiuno UNO. Plotter 2-dimensi ini memiliki akurasi sebesar 97,947% dan presisi sebesar 99,985%. Plotter 2-dimensi ini mampu beroperasi sampai jarak 4cm dengan resolusi sebesar 0,01cm.

Abstract

The simplex method is a method used to solve linear programming problems with repeated calculations (iterations) that are performed many times until an optimal solution is reached. In solving linear programming problems, it is necessary to determine the constraints and inequalities contained in linear programming. The simplex method can solve linear programming problems involving many inequalities and many variables. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to optimize the production cost of sandals in the Diona Shoes Home Industry. The steps taken to optimize the production cost of sandals include: observing and collecting data, then making a mathematical model, then optimizing production results using the simplex method (iteration), and finally optimizing production results with the Lindo 16.0 software tool. Abstract

Abstrak— Ikan lele merupakan salah satu ikan air tawar yang sangat banyak dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Banyaknya minat masyarakat akan ikan lele, tidak jarang masyarakat yang membudidayakan ikan lele, mulai dari kolam kecil rumahan hingga peternak besar. Pembudidayaan ikan lele harus dilakukan dengan perawatan yang maksimal untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Tapi dalam membudidayakan ikan lele pasti ada masalah dalam proses pembudidayaannya, salah satunya adalah faktor penyakit. Munculnya gangguan penyakit pada ikan lele merupakan resiko yang harus selalu diantisipasi oleh pembudidaya. Setiap pembudidaya ikan lele harus memilki pengetahuan akan pencegahan dan pengobatan terhadap penyakit ikan lele. Namun tidak semua pembudidaya memilki pengetahuan yang cukup untuk mengatasi penyakit pada ikan lele. Tidak adanya pakar atau dokter yang selalu siap siaga juga menjadi masalah penyakit ikan lele ini. Diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyerupai seorang pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit ikan lele. Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu dari AI yang membuat penggunaan secara luas mengenai pengetahuan khusus untuk penyelesaian masalah tingkat manusia (seorang pakar). Metode Certainty Factor merupakan suatu metode untuk membuktikan apakah suatu fakta itu pasti ataukah tidak pasti yang biasanya digunakan dalam sistem pakar. Metode ini sangat cocok untuk sistem pakar yang mendiagnosis sesuatu yang belum pasti. Sistem pakar yang dibangun mampu untuk mendiagnosa penyakit ikan lele secara tepat dan cepat, serta dapat mengatasi masalah penyakit ikan lele secara efektif, sehingga para pembudidaya atau peternak dapat menghasilkan hasil panen sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.Kata Kunci: Certainty Factor, Ikan Lele, Sistem Pakar.Abstract— Catfish is one of the freshwater fish that is very much in demand by the public. There is a lot of public interest in catfish, it is not uncommon for people who cultivate catfish, ranging from small home ponds to large breeders. Cultivation of catfish must be done with maximum care to get maximum profit. But in cultivating catfish, there must be problems in the cultivation process, one of which is the disease factor. The emergence of disease disorders in catfish is a risk that must always be anticipated by farmers. Every catfish cultivator must have knowledge of the prevention and treatment of catfish diseases. However, not all farmers have sufficient knowledge to treat catfish disease. The absence of experts or doctors who are always on standby is also a problem for this catfish disease. We need a system that can resemble an expert who can diagnose catfish disease. An expert system is a branch of AI that makes extensive use of specialized knowledge for solving human-level problems (an expert). The Certainty Factor method is a method to prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain which is usually used in expert systems. This method is very suitable for expert systems that diagnose something that is not certain. The expert system built is able to diagnose catfish diseases accurately and quickly, and can effectively deal with catfish disease problems, so that cultivators or breeders can produce harvests as expected.Keywords - Catfish, Certainty Factor, Expert System.

Abstract

Vulvodynia is a chronic pain condition affecting the vulva that significantly impacts women’s quality of life. Accurate and early diagnosis poses a challenge due to the often-overlapping symptoms with other conditions and the lack of definitive diagnostic tests. This paper proposes the use of expert system methods as a diagnostic tool for vulvodynia in women. The expert system, integrating medical knowledge with inference algorithms, is designed to analyze symptoms, medical history, and test results to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations. The study involves the development and evaluation of a computer-based expert system prototype that uses clinical data and medical decision-making to enhance the accuracy of vulvodynia diagnosis. Preliminary results indicate that the expert system can improve diagnostic rates and reduce the time required for identifying this condition, offering a potentially valuable tool for medical professionals in clinical practice.
