Abstract

Developed countries in general are the countries that have many entrepreneurs because they can create jobs, reduce unemployment and contribute to state revenue. Technological development has a correlation with lifestyle and behavior. The internet is not only used to access information, but is also used for business facilities and buying and selling transactions. Currently conventional marketing is less than optimal. Therefore, entrepreneurs are directed to utilize information technology or commonly called commercial electronics as a medium of promotion and sale. This has become a huge opportunity for students or alumni of computer science such as STMIK Kaputama students and alumni. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in many regions are successful in terms of production, but they have problems in terms of marketing and sales. This has the potential to be developed by young, new and creative entrepreneurs by involving students and alumni to synergize with SMEs and entrepreneurs to deal with online marketing and sales issues, so that market and sales are increasing. The solution provided is making entrepreneurship training by providing various life skills and adding insight into entrepreneurship, e-commerce training, graphic design training, mentoring and supervision. Thus, students and alumni are generally interested in entrepreneurship, and are more easily trained to become entrepreneurs because in lectures they already have basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and computer science and help the government to create jobs and reduce unemployment.Keywords: Increasing entrepreneurship, increasing sales of SMEs, online entrepreneurship, e-commerce

Abstract

PT . Radana Finance Tbk is a company engaged in the field of financial services consumer loans , particularly two-wheel motor vehicles , motorcycles both new and used motorcycles that use guarantees and financing multipurpose reg . PT . Radana Finance Tbk in day - today is inseparable from the process of borrowing the cash . In the data processing still using manual systems . Therefore, the authors take the problem in the field of financing cash loan guarantee BPKB motorcycle In writing the final report , the author makes the design of the new system using VB .NET 2008 and SQL Server 2005 database as well as designing Data Flow Diagrams ( DFD ) , database , data dictionary , context diagrams, tables and Flowmap relations. Applications designed system aims to improve services to the customers of PT. Radana Finance in loan transactions, can process data quickly and accurately. The process of data storage can be better, and can avoid data duplication and facilitate employees in the processing of transaction data.

Abstract

In the management of a hotel, there is a room reservation process to run slowly, it requires a lot of recording resulted in a process running slow, inefficient, and prone to error (human error). The process of checking the room status manually dna statements also require energy and time. Therefore, it can be built a room reservation information system applications. In the system, do the reservation process, check-in and check-out room. In the process of the reservation, the room number will be blocked in the reservation process, so as to avoid double booking the same room and the same date. Then at the time of check-in, room status will change to fill up, and when you check-out, room status is changed back into blank.            Application can be used to make the reservation process, the process of check-in and check-out process at the hotel. Applications provides reports reservation, check-in, check-out and statements of earnings, so the report printing can be done quickly and avoid mistakes (human error) when preparing the report done manually.

Abstract

Terdapat kendala dalam penentuan penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) karena begitu banyaknya calon penerima bantuan PIP yang mengajukan diri untuk mendapatkan bantuan tersebut dimana proses penyerahan bantuan kadang tidak sesuai target atau sasaran. Data yang tidak valid menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pembagian PIP yang seharusnya diberikan kepada penerima yang berhak menerimanya. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) biasanya dibangun untuk mendukung solusi atas suatu masalah atau untuk suatu peluang, salah satunya dalam menentukan penerima bantuan PIP pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Binjai agar tepat sasaran pada siswa yang akan mendapatkan bantuan PIP. Peran sistem pendukung keputusan sangat dibutuhkan guna meningkatkan efesiensi pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan siswa yang layak untuk mendapatkan bantuan PIP. Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem ini menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dan dengan menggunakan 7 (Tujuh) kriteria yaitu kondisi keluarga, nilai raport, pekerjaan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan anak, jumlah tanggungan anak yang sekolah, kondisi rumah dan penghasilan orang tua serta 10 (Sepuluh) alternatif yang menjadi data siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode MOORA, siswa atas nama MM (A9) merupakan alternatif yang terbaik untuk diberikan bantuan PIP dengan nilai 0,2843. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin pesat, hal ini menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk terus memperbaiki sistem yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan usahanya. Diharapkan setiap bidang menggunakan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang perhitungan sisa hasil usaha. Pada Koperasi Karyawan Makmur Niaga Wika Beton Sumut, Tbk pengelolaan data perhitungan sisa hasil usaha masih manual dan sangat besar kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatannya. Banyaknya isi tabel dan penyimpanan yang berbeda sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap kesalahan penginputan data, sehingga data sisa hasil usaha sangat rentan dengan kesalahan dan data menjadi tidak valid. Penelitian ini membahas pengelolaan data perhitungan sisa hasil usaha agar kedepannya dapat tersistem. Sistem yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem yang mampu mengelola setiap transaksi yang bersangkutan dengan sisa hasil usaha yang ada pada Koperasi Karyawan Makmur Niaga. Niaga Wika Beton Sumut, Tbk. Dengan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi admin Kopkar dapat mengelola data perhitungan sisa hasil usaha dengan mudah seperti pencarian rincian data berdasarkan nama anggota dengan cepat.

Abstract

Di Indonesia subsidi dibidang pangan menjadi instrumen kebijakan distributif pemerintah dalam membangun sektor pertanian. Implementasi kebijakan bersubsidi diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan komitmen pemerintah dalam mewujudkan swasembada pangan strategis semacam padi, gula, jagung dan lain-lain. Selama ini penentuan penerima bahan pangan bersubsidi untuk keluarga miskin masih belum selektif. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan siapa saja yang berhak menerima bahan pangan bersubsidi untuk keluarga miskin yang layak menerima bahan pangan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu produk perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan secara khusus untuk membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multikriteria berdasarkan pada konsep Outranking dengan menggunakan perbandingan berpasangan dari alternatif-alternatif berdasarkan setiap kriteria yang sesuai. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kondisi rumah, status rumah, penghasilan, pekerjaan, dan jumlah tanggungan. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan untuk databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisa Metode Electre dengan lima alternatif diperoleh alternatif ke-2 (A2) menjadi alternatif terpilih.

This opportunity becomes a huge opportunity for students or alumni in information technology or computer science such as STMIK Kaputama students or alumni. SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in various regions have been successful in terms of production, but have problems in terms of marketing and sales. This has the potential to be developed by young entrepreneurs, new and creative by utilizing students and alumni so that they synergize between SMEs and entrepreneurs to handle online marketing and sales, so that market reach and sales are broad and increasing. The solution provided is to involve several stakeholders and several activities namely entrepreneurship training that is in touch with how the existing human resources are improved by providing various life skills and increasing entrepreneurial insight. E-commerce making training, making graphic design training, providing coffee bean processing equipment to instant coffee powder, guidance and supervision. With this dedication activity, it produces every year new, young and creative entrepreneurs based on science and technology that synergize with SMEs and coffee farmers, so that SMEs are greatly helped to market their products with the hope that their entrepreneurs and SMEs will increase their welfare.

Abstract

PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Binjai provides various services (multi service) for its customers, namely voice (telephone), data (internet) and picture (IP-TV) services called indihome. Indihome products provide convenience in accessing the internet with different speeds, costs, quotas and needs. Prospective customers of PT. Telkom Indonesia Kandatel Binjai has problems in choosing the indihome service package package that its prospective customers want. Currently, prospective customers are faced with various choices of internet packages from indihome. With these various package options, prospective customers are required to be effective in choosing an internet package that suits their needs and purchasing power. To overcome this problem, a decision support system will be made using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which is expected to assist users in determining the choice of indihome packages that suit their needs. The criteria used are speed, number of devices, Fair Usage Policy (FUP), price, and type of service. Based on the test results using the TOPSIS method with 15 alternative data, the results obtained are the alternative A4 Regular Package Indihome 2P Internet 50 mbps + Telephone is an alternative that has the highest value compared to other alternatives

Abstract

Water is one of the necessities and a source of life that is very vital and absolutely necessary for all living things, especially humans. That's why the supply of clean water is very necessary for consumption purposes, high water use results in the need for clean water availability continues to increase, while the supply of clean water continues to decrease every year along with the large number of open green lands that are used as settlements or buildings. For this reason, PDAM needs to provide as much water as possible so that it can meet daily human needs. The Backpropagation method is one of the methods in Artificial Neural Network which has one or more hidden layers and a back propagation process for error correction. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, namely from training data, training targets and water usage test data, it can produce predictions on the number of predictions for the amount of water use with a total prediction of 43633298 M3 which has increased in the previous year, namely 4362905 M3, with a target error of 0.2, the length of iteration with a duration of time. or the length of learning is 00.17.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed computers so that they can process various kinds of data such as sound, images, and so on. All of these data can only be processed if the data has become data in digital form. The sophistication of computer technology that is growing rapidly can also be used to simplify and save costs. One of the uses of technological developments is the Ultrasonography (USG) process in the health sector. Medical ultrasound (USG) is a diagnostic imaging technique using ultrasound that is used to image internal organs and muscles, their size, structure, and pathological wounds, making this technique useful for examining organs. The problem that often occurs in printed ultrasound images is that they experience blurring due to the presence of a lot of noise in the image. Noise is caused by the imperfect wave capture process, so the resulting image is not optimal. One method in the image smoothing process is the Harmonic Mean Filter method which is a filtering technique that works by replacing the intensity of a pixel with the average pixel value of the neighboring pixels with the aim of reducing noise in the image. Pixels resulting from the image smoothing process are affected by the neighboring pixel values. The system is designed with the MATLAB R2014a programming application, after carrying out the testing process on several Ultrasonography (USG) images, the results show that the average percentage of the image improvement process is above 50% and the smoothing ultrasound image on the system is better than the image inputted to the system. Keywords: Harmonic_Mean_Filter, Image_Smoothing, Ultrasonography.
