Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many institutions that use information systems in the field of education, one of which is the Repository information system. Repository is a digital-based library term where this information system can be used to access student thesis, both the academic community and academics outside the campus as reference material for writing scientific papers. Even so, not all colleges use it. One of them is Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University. As a university located in conflict and mountainous areas, data loss often occurs. Likewise with the use of information systems that have not been maximized. This study aims to design a prototype of a web-based thesis repository information system at the Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University. The method used is simulated prototyping. The results of this study show the prototype/prototype design in the form of a web-based thesis repository information system mockup as many as 7 (seven) mockup pages, including the login page, lecturer list, Lecturer data entry form, student list, student data entry form, repository list, and form. repository data entry.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics that influence the intention to use Peer to peer lending fintech applications with the Perceived Characteristics of Innovation (PCI) model. This study was conducted on 203 respondents who used the peer to peer lending fintech application and 114 respondents who did not use the Peer to peer lending fintech application in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of innovation relative advantage, complexity, and observability can be determinants of people's intentions in using the Peer to peer lending application Fintech. Other characteristics of compatibility and trialability cannot be predictors of public interest in using peer to peer lending fintech services. There are other factors in people who do not use peer to peer lending fintech applications that most people are not interested in using applications. Some feel the application of peer to peer lending is against religion. Most of the other reasons are that they have never heard of the application and the public feels the complexity of using the peer to peer lending fintech application

Abstract

The development of e-government innovation in Indonesia in recent years has been initiated to create an integrated government system at both central and regional government levels. E-government has a very good impact on the implementation of government, namely the implementation of effective and efficient government. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of e-government in the 3T Region of Jayawijaya Regency, Papua. This research using descriptive and qualitative methods. The sample in this study was 10 ASN in the Jayawijaya OPD and 100 Jayawijaya Regency residents. The indicators used are ease of access, always available, security and trust, integration, and cost. Based on data analysis, the results show that the indicators for ease of access, always available, security and trust, and integration received a poor rating. Then the implementation of e-government on cost indicators is felt to be cost-effective by the people of Jayawijaya Regency. Apart from that, it was found that there were 4 supporting factors and 6  inhibiting factors in implementing e-government. In this way, it is hoped that this research can be used as evaluation material in the implementation of e-government in the 3T Region of Jayawijaya Regency.
