Abstract

In Indonesia, there are many institutions that use information systems in the field of education, one of which is the Repository information system. Repository is a digital-based library term where this information system can be used to access student thesis, both the academic community and academics outside the campus as reference material for writing scientific papers. Even so, not all colleges use it. One of them is Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University. As a university located in conflict and mountainous areas, data loss often occurs. Likewise with the use of information systems that have not been maximized. This study aims to design a prototype of a web-based thesis repository information system at the Amal Ilmiah Yapis Wamena University. The method used is simulated prototyping. The results of this study show the prototype/prototype design in the form of a web-based thesis repository information system mockup as many as 7 (seven) mockup pages, including the login page, lecturer list, Lecturer data entry form, student list, student data entry form, repository list, and form. repository data entry.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini penulis membahas tentang sistem pengarsipan surat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Masalah yang terjadi dalam proses pengarsipan surat ini yaitu masih menggunakan pencatatan manual menggunakan buku kecil dan buku agenda sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam mencatat surat, penyimpanan data dalam tumpukan map-map yang rentan kerusakan dan kehilangan data surat, belum adanya laporan surat masuk dan surat keluar, pembuatan surat perintah tugas masih kurang efektif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penulis melakukan analisa perancangan sistem menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Sistem pengarsipan dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrogramman Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis desktop yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses pengarsipan surat, mempermudah dalam pembuatan laporan, menyimpan data surat dengan baik, dan mempermudah pembuatan surat perintah tugas.

Abstract

Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta (Polhas) is one of the colleges in Surakarta city. This college has lecturer and staff to help the students. The duties of this staff are to arrange the classes schedule and the duties of the lecturer is carrying out the learning require a schedule to be able and find out what courses are taught. This college are required to have a Lecture Schedule System in addition to avoid collisions between teaching hour and lecture room. Another reason is to regulate learning and run effectively and efficient. Polhas has an online lecture schedule system but there are several features that must be improved, added, and removed to the system. Finally, the college can reuse the system as much as possible. Based in the background study the researcher finds the formulation of the problem is How to develop a classes schedule for Polhas which originally already exist and can be used by the campus with the latest feature. The limitations of the problem made by the researcher in the form of room classes and hour, parties in needed (admin, lecture and student) and a system made by online. To develop the schedule lecturer is using the PHP programming language and SQL database.

Abstract

Jebres district is one of the areas under the leadership of the local government of the city of Surakarta. Jebres subdistrict office has a function to carry out the duties of some of the authority of the city government in its work area, which includes the fields of government, economy, development, people's welfare and the development of people's lives and other public service affairs handed over by the Mayor. One of the services is public service on the collection of E-KTP and KIA. E-KTP and KIA from Surakarta City Hall are handed over to each sub-district. The list of E-KTP and KIA located in the sub-district is not inputted back into the system, so when people want to take the E-KTP or KIA but they don't have the item, they have to look in the recap list provided by the City Hall and then look back to the E-KTP place. and KIA are stored, or to the DUKCAPIL room to re-confirm that the item doesn’t exist. With the creation of this system, it will make it easier for public services to take E-KTP and KIA, and it will not take long to provide services. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design and create a recap information system for E-KTP and MCH in Jebres District". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of inputting E-KTP and MCH data already in Jebres District. Using the method of data collection and software development using the waterfall model. This system application is web-based using the CodeIgneter framework and the PHP programming language and MySql database. The results of this study are the flowchart of the developed system, context diagram, DFD, schematic diagram and the resulting system.

Abstract

Real Work Practice (PKN) is one of the academic activities that must be followed by all students in study programs at the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS). The implementation of Internship is an obstacle for FKIP UNS which has students from various regions and these students choose their own place for the Internship. FKIP UNS will find it difficult to monitor students in carrying out PKN if the accompanying lecturers have to visit one by one where students carry out PKN. This makes the goal of FKIP UNS in providing work experience in the real world not well achieved. From the problems above, the researcher proposes to design a web-based PKN data management information system at FKIP UNS. The formulation of the problem that the researcher will solve in this study is, "How to design an information system for PKN data management at FKIP UNS". Boundary The problems that the researchers discussed in this study focused more on the process of recording PKN data within FKIP UNS. The method used to design PKN data management information systems at FKIP UNS is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design PKN data management information systems is PHP Native and the MySQL database as data storage media. This study aims to design a system that can facilitate the management of PKN activities at FKIP UNS, reduce the risk of errors occurring in PKN data management, and present PKN report information quickly, precisely and accurately. With the implementation of the PKN data management information system, PKN activities can be well documented and easy to monitor.

Abstract

The process of borrowing meeting rooms currently running in the General Section of the Sub-Household of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) is done manually. The meeting committee met with the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household to order a meeting room and its consumption. Then the Admin of the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household saw the record data in the room reservation book in advance to inform which room could be used for meetings. To speed up and simplify the process of borrowing a meeting room, it is necessary to design a meeting room reservation information system. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated that the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design an information system for ordering meeting rooms and consumption in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household". Limitation of the problem that the author discusses in the research focused on designing an information system for ordering space and consumption in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household. The method used to design an information system for meeting room reservations and consumption using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design this system is PHP Native and MySQL database as data storage media. With the design of the meeting room reservation information system, it is hoped that it will facilitate and speed up the process of ordering meeting rooms in the General Section of the UNS Sub-Household.

Abstract

Omicron variant has been massively reported on Indonesian mass media following the spread of other previous variants during Covid-19 pandemic. This research combines computer science and linguistics to analyze the news on the variant. It implemented quantitative research using computational algorithm by collecting the titles of the news from Indonesian mainstream online mass media. Sentiment Analysis (SA) was applied to obtain the sentiments, opinion, and subjectivities of the texts along with topic modeling in classifying the topics. The words in the headline news titles were used as the data and grabbed by Python programming language. A criterion-based sampling was employed in to select the relevant data and to formulate the criteria in the research methodology. The results were filtered to ‘Omicron’ keyword for SA processing by the Azure Text Sentiment Analysis tool. The results of SA, as computational research, was then confirmed with Attitude Analysis (AA) from the perspective of Systemic Functional Linguistics. AA classified the words into affect, judgment, and appreciation as the attitude construed in English text. This research provides SA as the insights of Omicron issue. The presence of AA extracts the words into bipolar senses of human’s meaning interpretation. AA is important to straighten SA findings. SA has contextual meaning problem and requires study on its words classified in ‘neutral’ which are then confidently directed into positive or negative meanings by AA. It is found that there are different dynamics by SA and AA findings as they reflect particular meanings. Besides their difference, SA is useful for managing overload data into fast policy making whereas AA makes sure the acceptable meanings to people. In this case AA corrects the bias occurring from SA.

Abstract

The store itself is one of the public spaces that is used as a place of business that is itself as an activity to display, store, and sell, as well as a meeting area between entrepreneurs and consumers who can make a profit for the manager and owner (Haryanto et al., 2022). Ozzome.ink is a store that sells various types of shirts. The sales system that still relies on the manual system is still valid in this store. Admin Ozzome.ink makes sales by recording sales data into books or notes only. This can cause nominal amount errors when making sales data reports. In addition, this manual method also makes buyers wait long enough to make payments. Based on the description of the background mentioned above, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this study is ”how to design an online store in Ozzome.ink”. The limitation of the problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of recording sales data in the scope of Ozzome.ink. The method used for designing online stores uses the Software development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design the online store is Native PHP and MySQL database as a medium for storing data.

Abstract

Human Resource (HR) Learning LPK Spinning membutuhkan kemajuan teknologi dalam kegiatan seleksi data calon karyawan. Seleksi calon karyawan di LPK Spinning Sritex masih dengan cara manual yaitu pelamar membawa surat lamaran kemudian diserahkan kepada HR Learning LPK Spinning untuk didata pada buku besar dan dimasukkan ke dalam Microsoft Excel. Dalam proses penyeleksian data calon karyawan yang ada saat ini membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif sehingga terjadi penumpukan arsip lamaran kerja. Oleh karena itu HR Learning membutuhkan sistem informasi berbasis web agar data-data dapat tersimpan dengan aman dan tertata dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem seleksi calon karyawan menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Dalam pembuatannya menggunakan pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi seleksi calon karyawan berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pendataan calon karyawan, merekap data seleksi, pembuatan laporan data calon karyawan, dan laporan penerimaan seleksi calon karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi seleksi calon karyawan yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses seleksi calon karyawan sehingga menghemat waktu dan tenaga, dalam proses pengambilan keputusan akan lebih cepat, serta tidak terjadi penumpukan berkas lamaran karena data akan aman tersimpan dalam database.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sistem informasi arsip pengambilan arsip pengambilan paket adalah perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini semakin cepat memasuki berbagai bidang, sehingga kini semakin banyak perusahaan yang berusaha meningkatkan usahanya terutama dalam bidang bisnis yang sangat berkaitan erat dengan teknologi informasi.Shopee express kartasura adalah sebuah perusahaan cabang yang berada di Kecamatan Kartasura. Instansi tersebut memiliki masalah dalam hal Buku Arsip dimana masih menggunakan media buku dalam pencatatan data pengambila paket di kantor. Hal tersebut tentu saja menyebabkan masalah, antara lain dalam proses pengolahan data yang lambat, kerusakan data akibat  data arsip berupa media kertas, dapat dimanipulasi dan mudah untuk dirusak. Proses menulis buku arsip masih dilakukan dengan menggunakan media kertas.Hal tersebut tentu saja berdampak buruk bagi keberlangsungan kegiatan di kantor tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Arsip Pengambilan Paket Pada Shopee Express Kartasura.  Penulis menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dalam proses pengembangan sistem dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta menggunakan basis data MySQL. Sistem yang penulis rancang diharapkan dapat untuk memudahkan pimpinan dan karyawan untuk mengakses data, melakukan identifikasi, menjadi penyimpanan data dari aplikasi atau situs web dan memudahkan untuk melakukan update data atau informasi terbaru meski jaraknya sangat jauh.
