Abstract

YouTuber is one of the jobs that millennials are increasingly interested in. Although the income generated is not still like an employee, but there are some YouTubers who are able to gain income up to  billion as well. A lot of income, becomes a study for the rules of zakat profession, where there are rights that must be excluded from the income obtained. Zakat on profession is part of zakat  mal and becomes a contemporary of fiqh, so a lot of controversion in there. The controversion is part of the prudence of the scholars in establishing the sharia law of zakat on profession, one of which is used  qiyas. This research aims to find out the sharia law of zakat on profession for youtuber by using qiyas of  zakat on gold. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach that focused on the study of literature. The results of the analysis showed that by qiyas of zakat on gold, Muslim YouTubers are obliged to issue zakat on proffesion if the net income obtained if it reaches the nisab of gold, which is 85 grams of gold with a level of 2.5% and reaches haul.

Abstract

Food security can be achieved by the existence of adequate food land. The government has made efforts to implement land protection with the passage of Law No. 41 of 2009 concerning the Protection of Sustainable Food Agricultural Land. The implementation of this law is constrained because it must be further implemented in derivative laws that are the domain of local governments. In addition, the large number of interests related to the use of land for use outside the agricultural sector is also a serious obstacle. This is further complicated by the passage of the Job Creation Law (Ombibus Law) which states that sustainable food agricultural land can be converted to realize public interests or national strategic projects (Article 122). This research is qualitative research with library sources using the analysis of contract theory in fiqh muamalah. The result is that waqf can serve as a safeguard for agricultural land which is now often converted, it can also serve as capital to support the agricultural sector with several contracts such as muzaro'ah, mukhabaroh, ba'i salam, and ijarah. These contracts will intensify productive agricultural activities with a broad distribution of profits. This activity can also be used with non-profit and commercial programs. The agreement is expected to improve food security in Indonesia and, in addition, the welfare of farmers who have been at a low economic level can be improved.Keywords: Food Security; Waqf; Contract; Mu'amalah

Abstract

A father has a very important role in the educational process of the child. Aspects of education can be imitated from Sura Luqman verses 12-19 which include tawhid education, worship and morals. Surah Luqman verses 12-19 can be studied in terms of fiqh so that the law is known from the aspect of education taught. This study aims to describe a fiqh analysis related to the role of the father in the education of children based on Tafseer Al-Munir Surah Luqman verses 12-19. This research is a type of literature research where researchers conduct studies on different reference sources. The results of the study were analysed descriptively. The results of the study are based on the analysis of fiqh Tafseer Al-Munir surah Luqman verses 12-19 that the fiqh laws can be taken to include; its haram to associate God with others; its haram to be arrogant, to walk arrogantly and even to say loudly or shout; obligatory filial piety to parents except in terms of mischief; and sunnah to pray for parents after every prayer.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencapaian kesetaraan gender dalam keluarga yang bekerja dengan mempertimbangkan pandangan Islam dan pengaruh norma sosial dan budaya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Analisis Konstruksi-Normatif digunakan untuk meninjau kritis norma-norma yang ada dan mendorong pemahaman yang lebih kontekstual tentang kesetaraan gender, dengan tujuan mempromosikan prinsip-prinsip kesetaraan dan keadilan dalam keluarga pekerja. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya memahami konteks historis dan maksud dari ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW untuk menghindari pembentukan hukum yang diskriminatif terhadap perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif untuk menganalisa isu kesetaraan gender di antara anggota keluarga yang mengambil bagian dalam angkatan kerja. Penelitian ini mencakup analisis literatur yang mendalam mengenai Konstruksi Sosial-Normatif, dengan fokus pada nilai-nilai kesetaraan dan keadilan di lingkungan keluarga yang bekerja. Data dalam studi ini dikumpulkan dari berbagai artikel dan buku yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan perlunya penilaian kritis terhadap norma yang ada untuk mendorong kesetaraan dan keadilan serta meminta pemahaman kontekstual teks-teks agama untuk mendukung kesetaraan gender. Dengan mempertimbangkan esensi ajaran Islam yang menekankan kesetaraan universal tanpa memandang jenis kelamin, asal negara, etnis, suku, atau latar belakang keluarga, penelitian ini mengajak untuk melihat setiap individu berdiri pada pijakan yang sama.

Abstract

This article explores the significant contributions of two Muslim scholars, Yudian Wahyudi from Indonesia and Wahbah Zuhaili from Syria, in the development of Ushul Fikih, which is a methodology in Islamic law. This research is qualitative literature research. Where researchers look at previous literature through journals and books related to both figures. The article also describes how Ushul Fikih in Indonesia has evolved along with the social, religious, and political dynamics of the country, becoming an important tool for Muslim scholars and scholars to integrate Islamic principles with local values. The works of Wahyudi and Zuhaili complement each other, with Wahyudi focusing on the contextualization of Islamic law and Zuhaili on dynamic and adaptive ijtihad. The results of this research explain that the two figures sought to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity and between universal Islamic principles and specific local applications. Ushul Fiqh has been an important instrument in ensuring that Islamic law remains relevant and beneficial to society.
