Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know how organizational power affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction, to know how job satisfaction affects an organization's commitment, and how the role of occupational satisfaction affects an organization's commitment. The study was conducted at sridanta's pedicular factory in billman's employee ulp gianyar with a sample of 51 employees' studies. His data-collection techniques are observation, interview, documentation, literature methods and questionnaires. Whereas the data analysis techniques are the validity, reliability, path analysis and sobel test test. Research shows the organization's culture has had a positive and significant impact on the organization's commitment, The value b1 of 0.547 was obtained and the significance of 0,000 less than 0.05. The organizational culture affects positive and significant job satisfaction as it achieves a value b2 of 0.193 and a degree of significance of 0.003 smaller than 0.05. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the organization's commitment as it gains a value of 1.123 and a degree of significance of 0,000 less than 0.05. Job satisfaction capable of undermining the organization's cultural impact on the organization's commitment to z-counting (3.13) > z-table (1.675), in other words work satisfaction is the intering variable that links the organization's culture with the organization's commitment.

Abstract

Some previous studies that improve performance use different indicators or dimensions and to date cannot be improved. Literature reviews are made to review organizational resolutions rather than prior research, evaluating, categorizing, and analyzing critical instruments used to improve organizational performance. After considering the literature on new product sizes, ask for three dimensions to determine the level of new products, namely financial criteria, customer criteria and opportunity criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap profitabilitas.  Hubungan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA)  dalam sejumlah penelitian yang telah dikembangkan diketemukan Pengaruh Resiko Kredit terhadap Profitabilitas dengan hasil negatif dan ada  juga berpengaruh positif signifikan .  Celah penelitian tersebut pada penelitian sekarang perlu dimediasi viable baru, agar Resiko Kredit tidak mempengaruhi menurunnya tingkat profitabilitas . Adapun variabel mediasi tersebut adalah kecukupan Modal ( CAR)Hasil dari analisis Pengaruh Risiko Kredit Terhadap Profitabilitas Dengan Kecukupan Modal Sebagai Variabel Mediasi menunjukkan bahwa CAR mampu memediasi pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA. Dimana pengaruh langsung NPL terhadap ROA semula bernilai-0,562,namun setelah adanya CAR sebagai variabel mediasi, pengaruh hubungan tersebut meningkat  menjadi 0.163.Semakin banyaknya kredit macet pada suatu lembaga keuangan  maka hal tersebut akan menyebabkan kerugian. Untuk menutupi kerugian tersebut lembaga keuangan mengembalikannya  dari  permodalan  yang dimilikinya sehingga akan menurunkan nilai CAR dari Koperasi

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of competency-based human resource management and work performance appraisal towards the employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata. As much as 270 employees became the population of this analysis and it took only 73 respondents as the sample. Simple random sampling technique used as the tool to collect the samples. The method used to analyze the data were validity check, reliability check, multiple regression analysis and t check and f check. Partial research result shows that there is no effect of competency-based human resource management system variable (X1) towards employees’ performance variable (Y) of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denpasar. On the other hand, there is a positive yet significance effect of the variable from work performance appraisal (X2) towards employees’ performance (Y) PT. Inducomp Dewata. According to simulants research results, it shows the is a significance effect from the variable of competency-based human resource management system and the variable of work performance appraisal towards employees’ performance of PT. Inducomp Dewata Denapasar with f-value f-table (26.991 3.13) and sig (0.000). PT. Inducomp Dewata should improve the work performance appraisal system and evaluate the work performance assessment regularly in order to know the needs of employees’ training and development as well as motivated the employees’, which will produce the better work performance of the employees’ in the future.

Abstract

As a hospitality business can not be separated from error or service failure. so companies need to handle the failure of the service with service recovery program embodied with three dimensions of procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice. This study aims to Determine the influence of procedural justice, interactional justice distributive justice on customer satisfaction at Rama Candidasa Hotel. This study used 80 samples, the method of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis,test f  test t and the previous determination has been tested the validity and reliability.The results showed by the F-test is procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at Rama Candidasa Hotel. From the results of correlation analysis this shows thata positive and very powerful relationship between procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice with customer satisfaction. Where the condition shows the higher the value of procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justice, that make the higher the value of customer satisfaction and same as the other way. From result of determination analysis (R2) obtained coefficient of determination equal to 64,4%, which means that customer satisfaction is true result from influence of procedural justice, interactional justice and distributive justiceequal to 64,4%, while 35,6% influenced by other factor. Furthermore, based on T-test results obtained that the distributive justice has greater influence and stronger than procedural justice and interactional justice.

Abstract

This study was tested on consumers of Aquq brand mineral water in the Denpasar area. Aqua is one of the mineral water brands in the Denpasar area. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of trust in a brand, brand awareness on brand loyalty of Aqua brand mineral water consumers partially and simultaneously to brand loyalty of consumers of Aqua brand mineral water in Denpasar. With trust in a brand (X1) and brand awareness (X2) as independent variables and consumer brand loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. This study uses research instruments in the form of questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents with population and sample techniques. Data collection also uses the method of observation, literature study and interview. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, t-test, F-test and determination of the validity and reliability of the previous test has been done to test the questionnaire items and classical tests have been done for the regression model with SPSSversion 20.0 program.The results of the study stated that independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable which is evident from the F-test obtained by F-count = 84.82 F-table = 3.09 and 0.00 0.05 and the magnitude of the influence given 62 , 90%. T-test results obtained that the trust in a brand variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand loyalty with a regression coefficient of 0.003 units and is proven by the results of tcount 3,100 t table 1,984 and Sig. t 0.003 0.05. Positive influence is given by brand awareness variable (X2) and has a positive and significant effect on consumer brand loyalty based on t-test that is t-count = 6.980 t-table = 1.984 and Sig. t = 0.003 0.05 and the effect given with the regression coefficient is only 0.801. So that the regression equation is obtained Y = 0.688 + 0.037X1 + 0.801X2. For that the company / company leadership should pay attention to the independent variables together because the influence given will be greater

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of compensation on employee loyalty at PT Parama Asia Sejahtera.  This study uses a saturated sample method with 35 employees of PT Parama Asia Sejahtera as the sample.  The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis which is accompanied by a Sobel test.  Based on the results of the analysis, we can find that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty and job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation and employee loyalty on PT Parama Asia Sejahtera.  Based on the results of the study, it was found that the direct effect of compensation on employee loyalty amounted to 0.465 or 46.5%, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction was 0.869 or 86.9% and the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty was 0.584 or 58.4% while indirect compensation effects  towards employee loyalty through job satisfaction of 0.507 or 50.7% greater than the direct effect of compensation on employee loyalty so that job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of compensation on employee loyalty at PT Parama Asia Sejahtera.  From the results of the research, the management of PT Parama Asia Sejahtera should pay more attention to the compensation given to employees by providing more appropriate compensation and give some period for a furlough to their employees.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja dengan dimoderasi stress kerja pada perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni non-probability sampling dengan  Purposive Sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi dari stress kerja data dianalisis dengan menggunakan MRA (ModeratedRegression Analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memoderasi hubungan antara peran ganda pada variabel Work-Family Conflictsebesar (-)0,026 dan Family-Work Conlict sebesar (-)0,025 terhadap kinerja perawat. Akhirnya RSUP Sanglah Denpasar diharapkan dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan perawat wanita seperti waktu kerja yang fleksibel untuk jenis pekerjaan tertentu, terdapat jadwal kerja alternatif dan kebijakan ijin keluarga.

Abstract

Era digital membuat perubahan semakin cepat, berbagai inovasi tercipta di berbagai industri. Pemimpin memegang peranan penting dalam mewujudkan inovasi dalam sebuah organisasi.  Bonus demografi berupa jumlah sumber daya manusia berusia  produktif yang dimiliki bangsa Indosesia akan menjadi penopang terciptanya inovasi. Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kompetensi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan inovasi melalui entrepreneurial self efficacy  sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelaku Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) kreatif di Provinsi Bali. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah  pimpinan IKM di Provinsi Bali yang bergerak di bidang industri kreatif yaitu kriya, fashion dan kuliner yang berjumlah 616 dan jumlah sampel yang dipilih menggunakan metode Slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sebanyak 242 orang. Analisis data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS SEM untuk menilai inner dan outer model serta untuk menjawab hipotesis. Penelitian ini menemukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kompetensi kepemimpinan terhadap entrepreneurial self efficacy, sedangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan tidak mampu mempengaruhi inovasi secara langsung. Entrepreneurial self efficacy mampu sebagai pemediasi penuh antara kompetensi kepemimpinan terhadap inovasi. Pemerintah selaku regulator dapat melakukan pembinaan manajerial bagi pimpinan IKM di Provinsi Bali. Pembinaan manajerial yang diperlukan antara lain memberikan pendampingan teknis untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kepercayaan diri pelaku IKM dalam mengimplementasikan ide-ide kreatif untuk menciptakan produk dan jasa yang inovatif.
