Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how the role of the school committee in improving the quality of education at SDN Peninggilan 5. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with a descriptive approach and a Provus model (inequality by comparing the standards set by the Decree of the Minister of National Education Number 044 / U / 2002 and its implementation in SDN Peninggilan 5. The results showed that the role of the school committee as a provider of consideration, supporter, controller and liaison had been implemented but was maximally determined by the government. As a giver of consideration, the committee has not been seen to be active in providing input and consideration in planning school programs and policies. As a supporter, the School Committee has been active in providing support for the procurement and management of infrastructure, human resources, and funding, in carrying out its role as a controller of the planning and implementation of school programs, reports of observations are still in the form of oral and incidental information. The role as a liaison is good enough, but the cooperative relationship with the community is still lacking. In general, the Peninggilan 5 State Elementary School (SDN) committee plays a role in improving the quality of the school by helping morally and materially.

Abstract

The aimost this research were: 1) to find out whether there was any difference on consumers stratification of indomaret and alfamart m,inimarket in Dukuhwaluh area. 2) to find out the differing factor on consumers stratification of indomaret and alfamart minimarket in Dukuhwalu area. This research used primary data gained from questionnaire. The data was analyzed by compare means independent t test, descriptive analysis with SPSS program. The result of the research showed that the service quality of indomaret and alfamart minimarket was supposed to be good by most of their consumers. There was a significant difference in the comparison between indomaret and alfamart minimarket based on dimension of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible as well as the overall quality. Based on the t test result of indomaret and alfamart, responsiveness dimension was regarded as the responsiveness dimension was not suitable as expected eiyher by the consumers of alfamart or the consumers indomaret. It indicated that it needs the betterment of service quality, specially in responsiveness dimension. Keyword :consumers stratification, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangible.

Abstract

Dunia pariwisata sempat mengalami kelesuan pada masa pandemi Covid 19. Dimana banyak tempat wisata ditutup untuk sementara waktu, event-event kebudayaan ditiadakan, masyarakat disarankan untuk tetap dirumah dan mengurangi kegiatan yang menimbulkan kerumunan. Atas anjuran dari pemerintah, maka banyak destinasi pariwisata banyak yang harus gulung tikar dan beralih ke usaha lain yang lebih menguntungkan dimasa pandemi. Namun pada awal tahun 2022 industri pariwisata mulai nampak menggeliat, pemerintah telah mengijinkan pelaku usaha untuk membuka destinasi wisata, begitu juga pelaku pariwisata di kabupaten Wonogiri. Wonogiri yang memiliki banyak jenis tempat wisata, mulai dari pantai yang indah di daerah selatan, waduk gajah mungkur, serta destinasi wisata alam yang ada di masing-masing kecamatan, menjadikan Wonogiri dikenal sebagai daerah tujuan pariwisata yang layak untuk dikunjungi. Persaingan bisnis pariwisata di Wonogiri yang semakin kompetitif merupakan dampak dari banyaknya potensi pariwisata baru yang ikut ambil bagian di industri pariwisata. Dalam artikel ini objek yang diteliti adalah Telaga Claket yang berada di desa Sendangijo, kecamatan Selogiri, kabupaten Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana promosi,produk,harga,dan tempat pada Telaga Claket. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif analisis kualitatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Telaga Claket sebagai destinasi Pariwisata di Kabupaten Wonogiri dalam kegiatan pemasaran sangat memperhatikan 4P yakni Product, Promotion, Place dan Place. Sehingga bukan hanya keuntungan secara finansial akan tetapi kepuasan pengunjung merupakan tujuan utama.

Abstract

Sharia audit is one way to maintain and ensure the integrity of zakat management financial institutions in carrying out sharia principles. Sharia audit can provide assurance to stakeholders and is urgently needed to respond to developments in the Islamic finance industry. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Islamic audit in increasing accountability in Zakat Management Organizations. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The validity of the data is done by technical triangulation. The results of the study show that based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religion (PMA) Number 606 of 2020, Sharia Audit must be carried out in a comprehensive, accurate, transparent and accountable manner, therefore there is a need for Sharia Audit guidelines for reports on the Implementation of the Management of Zakat, Infaq, Charity and Religious Social other. Broadly speaking, there are many weaknesses in terms of governance, dual control, transparency & administration in the management of Zakat Management Organizations, so that optimization of the implementation of sharia audits by the Ministry of Religion can be expanded to cover Zakat Management Organizations audited in order to increase the accountability of Zakat Management Organizations.
