Abstract

Although the government of Indonesia is building the cashless society, the number of e-wallet users are increasing slowly. E-wallet is becoming a common instru­ment of payments from the paper-based instruments to server-based electronic money. The aim of this research is to investigate the perceived usage of the Y Genera­tions on e-wallet based on Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) which is a power­ful model to describe single approval to the usage of a new information technology system. As a quantitative research, the data analysis is using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use brings impacts positive significant impacts to behavioural intention to use, then, the behavioural intention to use affect a positive significant impact to perceived usage. However, a direct effect from perceived useful­ness to perceived usage shows a negative and no significant impact, meanwhile an unintended effect from perceived usefulness to perceived usage through behavioural intention to use show a positive significant impact. Finally, a direct effect from perceived ease of use to perceived usage shows a lower t-statistic value than an indi­rect effect from perceived ease of use to perceived usage through behavioural inten­tion

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of financial literacy and saving behavior towards retirement planning of private-sector workers in Blitar. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire method. The sample of the data studied are private-sector employee who have worked at least 1-2 years in several company totaling 100 people. Data obtained by using a questionnaire to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant effect on retirement planning for private-sector workers in Blitar and saving behavior has a significant effect on retirement planning for private-sector workers in Blitar district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh financial literacy, materialism, compulsive buying terhadap perilaku propensity to indebtedness. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berdomisili dan bertempat tinggal di Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 185 masyarakat yang berdomisili dan bertempat tinggal di Surabaya. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan partial least square. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan financial literacy, materialism, dan compulsive buying memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap propensity to indebtedness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotion, materialism, risk perception, and financial literacy on the propensity toward indebtedness of the millennial generation in Surabaya. The researcher uses a online questionnaire distributed via Google Form to 110 millennials in Surabaya. The collected data is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study indicates that emotion, materialism, and perceptions have a significant effect on indebtedness propensity.

Abstract

Investment is significant to prepare human needs in the future. To make investment decisions, investors will try to make their decisions as rationally as possible. However, one cannot deny that some irrational factors or biases also influence investment decision-making. This study examines financial literacy, risk attitude, and saving motives on disposition bias of mutual fund investors. The sample used is mutual fund investors, and the respondents themselves make decisions to sell or buy mutual funds. The total of respondents is 116 respondents. The regression method used in this study is binary logistic regression using SPSS software. This study found that financial literacy and risk attitude has a significant effect on disposition bias. Meanwhile, the variable saving motives have no considerable impact on disposition bias.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial Behavior on Indonesian professional basketball athletes. The population in this study is Indonesian professional basketball athletes who are the members of the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) 2021. The sample in this study is Indonesian professional basketball athletes who have credit cards and investments. Sources of data in this study through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method uses analysis Partial Least Square (PLS). This analysis shows that financial literacy and financial behavior have a significant effect on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to investigate how digital financial literacy affects the financial management behavior of students who use digital banking services in Surabaya. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to students in Surabaya. Using the SmartPLS 4 program, the partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) technique was employed for data analysis in this study. The findings of this study indicate that students in Surabaya who utilize digital banking services have a substantial impact on their saving behavior when they are financially literate, digital financial literacy has a significant effect on the spending behavior of students who use digital bank services in Surabaya, digital financial literacy has a significant effect on investment behavior of students who use digital bank services in Surabaya. In short, this research can contribute to helping students in Surabaya to deepen their understanding of digital financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Literasi keuangan and Financial Behavior on the ownership of Emergency Fund Surabaya people who have Freelance work in the Digital Era. The method used is a quantitative method with the use of questionnaires as a means of data retrieval respondents. The sample used is 100 people of Surabaya who have freelance Jobs in the Digital age and are between 20-40 years old. Data analysis techniques used are logistic regression using IBM SPSS applications and the results of the analysis show that financial literacy has a significant effect on emergency fund ownership of Surabaya people who have freelance jobs in the digital era. Individuals who have a higher financial understanding and knowledge will be able to think about and recognize the need for emergency fund ownership. Financial Behavior has a significant effect on emergency fund ownership of Surabaya people who have freelance jobs in the digital era. Individuals who have good financial behavior can increase the opportunity to save for emergency fund ownership.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi digital telah mempengaruhi semua aspek kegiatan usaha, termasuk dalam hal pemasaran, pemasaran berbasis digital digunakan untuk memperoleh konsumen, membangun preferensi mereka, memelihara konsumen, serta pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan profit bisnis. Digital marketing merupakan cara komunikasi pemasaran yang mampu menimbulkan awareness dan engagement masyarakat terhadap produk UMKM. Digital marketing mampu memberikan kemudahan pada pembeli untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai produk dan melakukan interaksi melalui internet. Di sisi lain digital marketing memungkinkan penjual untuk memantau dan menyediakan kebutuhan serta keinginan calon pembeli tanpa batasan waktu dan area geografis. Aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat kali ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasi mendalami potensi UMKM di Kelurahan Jagir. Dari pemetaan potensi ini, aktivitas yang dilakukan adalah optimalisasi pemasaran digital. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh gambaran bahwa pemilik usaha memahami pentingnya digital marketing namun masih memerlukan pengetahuan dan skill yang lebih baik lagi. Adanya suatu keunikan dari pengabdian ini berupa kesiapan dari peserta pelaku UMKM untuk mengenal dan mengaplikasikan media yang dipergunakan untuk memasarkan produk yang tidak secara manual tetapi menggunakan elektronik untuk mempercepat proses sampai ke tangan konsumen.
