Abstract

The integrated information system has become very important and urgent to be implemented, to support and determine the business strategy further to lead for having company superiority in anticipating business competition. The presence of information system, specifically based on ERP could contribute to anticipate business competition and to determine business strategy. These could lead management team to be more focus on creating innovation for the company improvement and having maximum profit. Thus the synchronization between the improvement of ERP system and business strategy is very important to support the development of company business on its short term period and long term period. Open Source is the right answer for the choice considering that the complex market necessity and its citizen ‘s habit that always hope for operating and using anything for free

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an automatic door using a PIR (Passive Infrared Receiver) Sensor during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This automatic door system is designed using automatic control combined with sensors and motors. The PIR sensor can detect a human coming to the door. This PIR sensor will send a signal to the controller. The controller will send processing information data to the motor so that it can open and close the door by itself. The door is a medium that is used as a way to enter or exit from one room to another. Generally, doors in public facilities are opened manually. During this pandemic, it is very vulnerable because the doorknob is touched by many people which allows the impact of Covid-19 transmission. The advantage of this innovation is that it can make it easier for people to open and close the door without physical contact with the door. The door will open automatically when there is a stimulus object (physical energy) that moves it. Regarding the current problems, the author proposes to make an automatic door design tool using a PIR sensor that can be implemented on the doors of public facilities in the hope of helping reduce the risk of transmission and prevent wider spread.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has led to increasingly competitive competition among organizations. The management of the organization is required to build and develop a fast, precise and accurate information system (IS) to assist business activities in achieving organizational goals and providing services to stakeholders, especially in relation to data, information, technology and applications. ORACLE Architecture Development Process (OADP) is a method or frame of reference for building an information architecture oriented to business needs. This consists of the data architecture, applications, technology and implementation plans of the architectures that have been created to support business activities in achieving the organization mission. The OADP describes the data architecture, applications and technology required to support the organization business. Vocational High Schools cannot be separated from the needs of business and information architecture. A lot of information is generated from all processes that occur in the Vocational High School environment every day but the existing data management is not efficient because it has not been thoroughly connected. This may take a long time to process past data or calculate future needs because the data management process is still running separately. Because of these cases, the modeling information architecture in an organizational environment is required as a stage in supporting the running of business processes in the organization.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) sebagai salah satu metoda atau kerangka acuan untukmembangun sebuah arsitektur informasi yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan bisnis dimana terdiri dari arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi serta rencanan implementasi dari arsitektur yang telah dibuat untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis demi pencapaian misi organisasi. EAP menjelaskan arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung bisnis organisasi. Hasil dari perancangan Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) berupa suatu blueprint (cetak biru) untuk arsitektur data, aplikasi, dan teknologi serta rencana implementasi yang dapat membantu Moriska Optik dalam menjalankan bisnisnya.

Abstract

Implementation of Enterprise Information System Registration and Registration of new Students is a business process in Vocational High School Education, the need for dynamic data collection is a problem that must be solved by unified modelling languange (UML) scheme, a system that can be flexible and responsive. Data integration needs are the ultimate goal of an information system to be able to process data, both for its own needs and to display information to the relevant part in terms of user and data needs for other information systems. In addition, the results of the admission selection of new students are more accurate and prospective students are accepted in accordance with the expected results.

Abstract

Zolaris Optik adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan alat optik (kacamata dan lensakontak), Zolaris Optik harus mengembangkan sistem enterprise yang terintegrasi.Untuk membangun Arsitektur Enterprise diperlukan perancangan Enterprise Architecture yang memberikan efisiensi, kerangka kerja berbasis bisnis untuk membantu menyelaraskan IT dalam organisasi dan strategi bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Enterprise Architecture (EA) adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) sebagai salah satu metoda atau kerangka acuan untuk membangun sebuah arsitektur informasi yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan bisnis dimana terdiri dari arsitektur data, aplikasi dan teknologi serta rencanan implementasi dari arsitektur yang telah dibuat untuk mendukung aktivitas bisnis demi pencapaian misi organisasi. Abstract

Technology is crucial for product/service providers to promote products/services to the public. Electronic commerce is the distribution, purchase, sale, and marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet, television, and other computer networks. In addition to product quality, the development of information technology systems also dramatically influences the public to be interested in the products offered. This study aims to develop android-based mobile commerce applied to the Safa Homemade Store. Abstract

The aim of this research is to design an accounting information system of consumer credit acceptance using Microsoft visual Studio 2010 in Bank BJB Sayati Bandung. The research method that used is a qualitative method, with data collections techniques are observation, interview, documentations, literature study and website. The development method using the waterfall. The problem is that data acquisition processes still resort to a manual system that is susceptible to error or loss of data. As for the suggestion that that can be given is 1) there is a training system for admin workers that will user the system. 2) this system need development and maintenance in order to prevent system damage.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas menjadi tuntutan masyarakat dalam era modern ini. Bimbingan Teknis Pelayanan Publik merupakan sebuah program yang bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan dan pengetahuan teknis dalam mengimplementasikan komputerisasi guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. PKM ini menganalisis tahapan dan manfaat yang terkait dengan bimbingan teknis pelayanan publik. Melalui tahap perencanaan, peserta bimbingan yang terdiri dari petugas administrasi dan customer service di Kelurahan Kebon Gedang Bandung akan belajar untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pelayanan publik dan merancang sistem komputerisasi yang sesuai. Tahap pelaksanaan memfokuskan pada pengembangan aplikasi yang mendukung pelayanan publik, termasuk pemrograman, pengujian, dan implementasi aplikasi tersebut. Observasi dilakukan untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem komputerisasi yang telah diterapkan, serta untuk mengidentifikasi kemungkinan perbaikan yang diperlukan. Tahap follow up melibatkan tindakan lanjutan untuk memperbaiki dan memperluas sistem komputerisasi pelayanan publik. Hasil bimbingan teknis pelayanan publik dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dengan mengikuti tahapan yang telah ditentukan, pemerintah dan instansi publik dapat mengadopsi teknologi komputer untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan aksesibilitas pelayanan publik. Hasil dari bimbingan teknis ini dapat membawa perubahan positif dalam pelayanan publik dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Currently the world of technology and information is developing very quickly, including school information systems. The school information system is one of the information media that can be accessed by all elements of the school including teachers and students so that they can relate to each other in terms of teaching and learning activities and information that can be quickly disseminated to all students, so that students do not need to come to school. in this technological era from young to old all use smartphones to facilitate communication but PKBM Qomariah does not yet have the right information media. So an Android-based school information system application was made using Android studio. Android applications make it easier for teachers and students because they can be accessed on various smartphones. All teachers and students mostly have smartphones. With this application, teachers and students can get information from schools easily. The research method used is descriptive method by conducting observations, literature studies, and interviews. While the method used in making software is waterfall which consists of several stages, namely requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, Operation and Maintenance.
