Abstract

Pada tahun 2019 PT.Pelni (Persero) dengan kapal dari dan dengan tujuan ke Semarang mengalami kenaikan penumpang. Perlunya perusahaan terus berinovasi melalui aspek-aspek perusahaan baik dalam kenyamanan, pelayanan, dan brand image untuk menyeimbangkan dengan biaya atau harga yang telah dikeluarkan oleh pengguna jasa. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan PT Pelni (Persero) adalah dengan melakukan sejumlah penyesuaian pelayanan kapal ditengah wabah Covid-19. Salah satunya adalah mempersiapkan kebijakan memberlakukan skema portstay secara bergantian bagi seluruh kapal. Menunjukan bahwa, Berdasarkan data empirik (hasil pengisisan kuesioner) dan hasil regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa variabel Kenyamanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ketertarikan pengguna jasa, dimana nilai thitung 2,781 > ttabel 1,984. Variabel Pelayanan (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ketertarikan pengguna jasa dimana nilai thitung 3,328 > ttabel 1,984. Variabel Brand Image (X3) juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ketertarikan pengguna jasa mempunyai nilai thitung sebesar 2,813 > ttabel sebesar 1,984. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kenyamanan, Pelayanan dan Brand Image terhadap Ketertarikan Pengguna Jasa.

Abstract

The strategy of sea transportation in an effort to reduce logistics costs from the tugboat side so as to produce logistics costs that are able to create an increase in the competitiveness of national products. One of a series of services at the port, the implementation of pilotage services is one that is important to get attention because it is the first and last service provided to ships that will visit and depart from the port. Good management of tugboat services will help speed up ship services, maintain order, safety and security in the port environment, because when we talk about waiting time, we are talking about excess costs that will be incurred. This research is expected to see and learn about the loading and unloading system at PT. Putra Segara Abadi which focuses on what factors affect Waiting time which results in additional costs. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between Demurrage on Waiting Time (t count value of 2,013 > t table value of 1,98472), The results of the multiple linear regression equation showed that there was a positive and significant influence between Dwelling Time on Waiting Time (value t count of 2.289 > t table value of 1.98472), The results of the multiple linear regression equation indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Human Resources on Waiting Time (t count value of 5.373 > t table value of 1.98472)

Abstract

Idle time or disturbing time is time wasted while the ship is moored is a classic problem that has not been solved in Indonesia. Tanjung Emas Port is the busiest port in Semarang City, Central Java, which is a stopover center for providers of sea transportation facilities and infrastructure in the context of loading and unloading means the transfer of cargo from and onto ships to be stockpiled into or directly transported to the place of the owner of the goods through the port dock using loading and unloading complementary equipment. This study aims to determine the effect of port services, ship engine tools, and loading and unloading productivity, on Idle Time at Tanjung Emas Port Semarang. The population in this study were ship crews from the deck departement division and the sample used in this study was 119 respondents. And do not use the sampling technique because the number of samples is the same as the population, then the data is analyzed using multiple liniar regression with the help of (software) Statistical Package (SPSS) Version 26. The formulation of the regression in this study is as follows: Y= 0,597 + 0,368X1 + 0,356X2 + 0,213X3 + m. From this equation it is know that the most dominant variable influencing Idle Time is the port Service variable with a regression coeffient of 0.368. The R2 test ( R The ) obtained a result of 0.443 or 44.3%, which means that Idle Time is influenced by the variable port Services, Loading and Unloadng Speed, and Ship Machinery Equipment which is equal to 44,3% and other factors that affect Idle Time Tanjung Emas Port Semarang, namely 100%.
