Abstract

This study entitled "Performance in Handling Street Children in Sukabumi City". This study aims to provide an overview of how the performance of the Social Service in dealing with street children in Sukabumi City. This research was motivated by the problem of not optimal handling carried out by the Social Service for street children in Sukabumi City. In addition, the approach and guidance program provided by the Social Service of the City of Sukabumi to street children did not fully run optimally, this happened because there were no open houses for the rehabilitation process specifically for street children in Sukabumi City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation study. The results of this study indicate that the number of street children in Sukabumi City has decreased from 2017-2019. In implementing its handling, the Social Service always pays attention to internal aspects that focus on opportunities and threats, as well as external aspects that focus on strengths and weaknesses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorsement dan viral marketing terhadap proses keputusan pembelian produk MS Glow pada followers Instagram @tunis.store. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 391 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa celebrity endorsement dan viral marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh celebrity endorsement terhadap proses keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,285, dan pengaruh viral marketing terhadap proses keputusan pembelian sebesar 0,674, dan kontribusi celebrity endorsement dan viral marketing terhadap proses keputusan pembelian yaitu sebesar 87,8%, dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian sebesar 12,2%.Kata Kunci : Celebrity Endorsement, Viral Marketing, Proses Keputusan Pembelian
