Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran yang dilakukan saat ini masih banyak yang menggunakan pembelajaran bersifat konvensional, dimana para guru hanya berdiri menulis di papan tulis kemudian siswa diminta mencatat dan menghafal materi yang disampaikan tadi. Pembelajaran seperti ini cenderung membuat para siswa jenuh, sehingga siswa kurang berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran tersebut. Sehingga para siswa kurang berprestasi, dan mereka cenderung lebih suka bermain-main dari pada mengikuti pelajaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah di atas diperlukan teknologi komputerisasi yang memungkinkan permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi yaitu dengan cara memadukan fungsi perangkat komputer dengan manusia, maka dibuatlah media pembelajaran Matematika. CAI bergantung pada kecakapan pengembangan instruksional dan kemampuan komputer yang berbeda-beda. Beberapa sistem juga menggunakan media lain seperti film bingkai untuk memberi siswa bermacam-macam stimuli yang memungkinkan lebih banyak wawasaan dalam metode pembelajaran. Abstract

Selection of School Principals with Achievement in the Ministry of Education and Culture is a form of appreciation from the government for principals who have high achievement in the form of exemplary ways to improve the quality of education in schools and in their regions. Through this award, it is hoped that it can further motivate and improve the professionalism of school principals which in turn will improve the quality of national education. The problem in selecting outstanding principals is that the process of selecting outstanding principals is confusing and less optimal in making the selection and there is much interest in assessing school principals, so that the assessment is not carried out in a transparent manner. The design of decision support involves a method that has been widely used by researchers, namely the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method, where the process is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. Decision support system testing will be carried out at the Education Office and all data relating to this decision support system will be coordinated with the Education Office.

Abstract

The BSM Program is a National Program that aims to remove barriers to poor students from participating in school by helping poor students to get access to appropriate education services, preventing dropouts, attracting poor students to return to school, helping students meet needs in learning activities, supporting Mandatory programs Learning Nine-year Basic Education (even to the senior secondary level), and helping the smooth running of school programs. Through this BSM program it is hoped that school-age children from poor households / families can continue to go to school, not dropping out of school, and in the future they are expected to break the poverty chain currently experienced by their parents. The BSM program also supports the government's commitment to increase education participation rates in poor and remote regencies / cities and marginalized groups. In essence the simple additive weighting (SAW) method is often also known as the weighted sum method. The basic concept of the simple additive weighting (SAW) method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all attributes. The simple additive weighting (SAW) method requires the decision matrix normalization process.

Abstract

Use of Decision Support Systems (SPK) can help someone in making decisions that are accurate and right on target. Many problems can be solved by using SPK. This study aims to design SPK with SAW Method for the determination of English instructors. This system utilizes criteria and weights. There are 6 main criteria for gauges. Based on the SPK analysis using the SAW method the results of performance effectiveness are obtained. Based on the SAW method the effectiveness of the determination of the English instructor is influenced by many factors that are the criteria of the decision support system.

Abstract

Advances in communication and information technology need to be continuously adapted to various disciplines, including education. Nowadays, Photoshop is one of the most widely used editing software by designers to produce quality images. Factors that influence efforts to improve users' Photoshop learning abilities include teacher competence, learning facilities, learning environment, user learning motivation, and learning models used. To support Photoshop learning, it is necessary to design an attractive learning media. Computer-Based Instruction is one of the techniques commonly used to create a learning application, CBI is usually used for making interesting designs that apply human-computer interaction and how learning materials are made. And it can help users understand and further increase user enthusiasm and motivation to learn Photoshop. Macromedia Flash is a program used to design a learning application that describes the learning storyline. Photoshop CS 3 tutorial is designed using Macromedia Flash 8 which can be easily understood by users in the learning process

Abstract

Abstract

Expert System is a part of Artificial Intelligence that contains the knowledge and experience put by many experts into a certain area of knowledge so that everyone can use it to solve specific problems. The implementation of expert systems is widely used in the health sector, for example by making diagnoses such as diagnosing nutritional levels. For example, diagnosing calcium levels in broccoli. Diagnosis is the process of examining something using certain methods and techniques. Diagnosis is done to explain whether the object experiences / suffer certain things. Diagnosing the levels is done to explain whether broccoli vegetables have calcium. It is hoped that with this system, ordinary people can solve certain problems both slightly complicated even without the help of experts in the field. As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. This developed application aims to make it easier to analyze the data. By using the Certainty Factor method, it will be easier to find out the diagnosis of calcium levels in broccoli. This method is the right method used in expert systems.

Abstract

Outstanding lecturers are lecturers who in the last three years have had very useful and proud achievements in universities of origin, and are recognized on a national or international scale. The problem in choosing an outstanding lecturer at STMIK Budi Darma was that the management did not clearly understand the terms and procedures for the requirements to participate in the selection of outstanding lecturers at the Kopertis level and even at the national level, even though there were many lecturers who wanted to follow in STMIK Budi Darma. In the absence of a system to handle, almost all lecturers cannot and do not understand what must be done in implementing the higher education tridharma that supports the selection of Lecturers with Achievement. So that the outstanding lecturer selection service was built using computer tools in the form of applications by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as one of the Decision Support System (DSS) methods. The output of this study is a system application for supporting lecturer selection decisions, and will produce scientific papers in the form of publication journals in non-accredited national journals, so that university leaders and lecturers can process data and obtain fast, accurate and accurate information

Abstract

Today all matters will be related to the ease of processing data without taking a long time, thereforethe solution is the formation of a computerized system to find the best results. Berastagi JointVocational School is a vocational high school located at Simpang Ujung Aji No 1, Jalan JaminGinting, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. Scholarships are gifts in the form of financial assistancegiven to individuals, students or students that are used for the continuation of education beingpursued. Every year the school provides scholarships for outstanding students. The author builds asystem that will assist schools in selecting students who are entitled to receive scholarships. Thesystem is built in the form of a decision making system using the topsis method. The criteria used forthis decision-making system are report card grades, absenteeism, tests of academic potential andorganizational activity. The system was built using the PHP programming language. Students whoare entitled to get a scholarship are students who have high grades from the system calculationresults.
