Abstract

History subjects are compulsory subjects as one of the realms of social sciences. Good history learning is learning that is able to foster interest and ability in students in constructing present conditions by associating them with the past to become a topic of historical learning. The relics of the Kingdom of Srivijaya in Palembang as a learning source are one of the alternatives that can be done in integrating local history in historical learning materials, namely by inserting examples of local events or events to then be illustrated and associated with national history. Learning local history by utilizing the relics of the Kingdom of Srivijaya in Palembang as a source of learning is very important for students as a means to get to know and know about events that have occurred in their area. Relics of the Kingdom of Srivijaya in Palembang are Talang Tuo and Karang Anyar Site and Bukit Siguntang to support historical learning in high school in accordance with the material of the Hindu-Buddhist kingdom in Indonesia. The methods used in this study are descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, literature studies, field studies. The results of historical learning research are very important to teach because learning the history of the past in order to carry out a good future life and will instill an attitude of historical awareness towards students.

Abstract

The cover and headband is a testament to the intelligence, perseverance, and skills of the people of South Sumatra. Cultural elements of covering and headbands in real life have various functions that are in accordance with the messages of cultural values. The purpose of this research is to carry out research or study of museum collections in an effort to provide information about the preservation and preservation of objects of historical and cultural value. The literature study method is a technique of collecting data through various literature, such as books, magazines, journals, articles, papers related to the cover and headband of South Sumatran men as well as other supporting data, such as photo and historical documentation related to the field of study. The results of the research based on the function of the museum then the preservation of the museum collection becomes the duty and responsibility of the museum manager. Preservation of the Covering and Headband of men's Headband collection of the State Museum of South Sumatra, in general, can be classified into three, namely: 1) Protection; 2) Development; and 3) Utilization.

Abstract

Leadership is an ability or strength in a person to lead and influence others in terms of work, where the goal is to achieve predetermined goals. The development of today's era has influenced all aspects, including aspects of leadership style. In today's millennial generation, the challenge of having an ideal leader that fits the current era is very big. This study aims to see how the ideal leadership style. The focus of the research is to examine the ideal leadership style for the millennial generation. The method used in this research is literature study related to theory and references. The results of the research on the ideal leadership style for the millennial generation, namely effective government will be realized if the leader can meet the qualifications as a credible leader, has the ability, intellect, good vision and has integrity, honesty and loyalty to interests. from the community. Building a region that is led must have a foundation, namely independence and entrepreneurship that gives pleasure and satisfaction to the community. Leadership in the millennial era has a unique approach because digitalization that has penetrated the world of work no longer allows leaders to act conventionally.
