Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganilisis pengaruh penguasaan kompetensi teknis dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas tata ruang dan permukiman kabupaten luwu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang ada pada dinas tata ruang dan pemukiman kabupaten luwu dan sekaligus dijadikan sampel sebebsar 107 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini mengunakan kuesioner yang berisikan pernyataan-pernyataan kemudian dibagika kepada pegawai dinas tata ruang dan pemukiman kabupaten luwu. Selain kuesioner penelitian ini juga dilakukan wawancara dan survey langsung dilapangan untuk melengkapi pengumpulan data kuesioner. Analisis data melalui regesi linear berganda, uji t, uji f, dan determinasi koefisien (R2) yang diolah dengan program software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Y = 10.764 + -0,113 + 0,242, hail persamaan yang didapatkan nilai konstanta sebesar 10.764. variabel kompetensi teknis hasil pengolahan datanya nilai probabilitasnya sebesar 0,296 yang berarti variabel kompetensi teknis tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel komitmen kerja nilai propabilitasnya sebesar 0,032, artinya komitmen kerja memilki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control, organizational citizenship behavior and work performance on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees at the Environmental Service of Palopo City, amounting to 869 employees, while the sample in this study was part of the total population with the determination of the sample using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 90 employees was obtained. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 – 5. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS 21 Statistical Software . The results obtained from partial statistical testing showed that locus of control and work performance had no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile , organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on employee performance. Which means that the greater the influence of organization citizenship behavior , the better the performance of employees at the environmental service of the city of Paopo.

Abstract

Research aims to determine the effect of Resource Based View and Business Performance on Business Competitiveness in North Luwu Regency. The population in this study the population is employees of PT. JAS Mulia, which has 200 employees. The number of samples in this study by calculating using the Slovin formula, then obtained a sample of 133 employees . The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Resource Based View does not have a positive effect on business competitiveness, while business performance has a positive effect on business competitiveness

Abstract

Employee performance is defined as work performance both in terms of quantity and quality expected of each employee. The better the work atmosphere, the higher the performance, therefore a positive attitude towards work and high organizational commitment will improve the performance of an employee. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze and empirically test the effect of organizational commitment and work attitude on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Service of Palopo City. The data used in this study is primary data, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a scale of 1-5 Liker . The sample in this study were 161 employees of the Regional Revenue Service of Palopo City. Data analysis using SPSS application assistance. The results showed that organizational commitment had no significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, employee attitudes have a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality, and work discipline on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku which was mediated by work motivation. The distribution of questionnaires using primary data and using an explanatory research design to determine the relationship between several variables. Respondents in this study were all teachers who teach at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku with saturated samples, by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS and SEM PLS applications. Data analysis shows that spirituality and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of teachers at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku directly. Spirituality has a direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while work discipline has no direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Likewise, work motivation does not significantly affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior directly. Indirectly, both spirituality and work discipline has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work motivation for all teachers at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemanfaatan stik es krim menjadi hiasan dinding kerajinan tangan yang bernilai jual.Tujuan program kreativitas mahasiswa – kewirausahaan (PKM-K) adalah membangkitkan motivasi mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dalam mengelola stik es krim menjadi kerajinan tangan yang bernilai jual seperti hiasan dinding. Produk berupa hiasan dinding ini dapat menambah estetika ruangan, digunakan juga sebagai aksesoris ruangan. Metode pelaksanaan program ini adalah input, proses (produksi), output, dan evaluasi. Hasil program ini adalah input, melakukan survey pasar terlebih dahulu untuk mengetahui kondisi pasar. Selanjutnya melakukan studi kelayakan usaha yang dijalankan. Tahap terakhir adalah pemilihan bahan yang tidak mudah rusak dan berkualitas tinggi yang akan diproduksi, proses pembuatan hiasan dinding dimulai dari persiapan bahan dan alat sampai hiasan dinding siap dipasarkan. Output, yaitu hasil kerajinan tangan hiasan dinding yang siap digunakan dan dipasarkan kepada konsumen. Yang terakhir adalah evaluasi, yaitu tahapan ini dilakukan pada saat produksi produk hiasan dinding telah selesai dilakukan. Pada tahap ini akan meninjau tentang kekurangan-kekurangan apa saja yang membuat konsumen tidak puas dengan hasil produk kami. Kesimpulam program PKM-K pemanfaatan stik es krim menjadi hiasan dinding bernilai jual dapat memberikan keterampilan kepada mahasiswa untuk tetap inovatif dan kreatif dalam mewujudkan pemahaman konsep wirausaha yang komprehensif serta membangun semangat mahasiswa untuk berbisnis. Kata Kunci: stik es krim; wirausaha; bernilai jual. ABSTRACTThe purpose of the student creativity program – entrepreneurship (PKM-K) is to generate motivation for students to become entrepreneurs in managing ice cream sticks into handicrafts that have sales value, such as wall hangings. Products in the form of wall decorations can add to the aesthetics of the room, also used as room accessories. The methods of implementing this program are input, process (production), output, and evaluation. The results of this program are input, conducting a market survey first to find out market conditions. Then carry out a feasibility study of the business being carried out. The final stage is the selection of materials that are not easily damaged and of high quality to be produced, the process of making wall hangings starts from the preparation of materials and tools until the wall hangings are ready for market. Output, namely the results of handcrafted wall hangings that are ready to be used and marketed to consumers. The last is evaluation, namely this stage is carried out when the production of wall decoration products has been completed. At this stage we will review what deficiencies make consumers dissatisfied with the results of our products. The conclusion of the PKM-K program is that the use of ice cream sticks as selling wall decorations can provide skills to students to remain innovative and creative in realizing a comprehensive understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship and building student enthusiasm for doing business. Keywords: ice cream stick; entrepreneurial; worth selling.

Abstract

Lampu hias adalah jenis lampu yang memiliki bentuk dan desain yang unik dan menarik. Tujuan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa – Kewirausahaan (PKM-K) adalah meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu serta membangkitkan motivasi Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo untuk berwirausaha dalam mengolah limbah dari stik es krim menjadi kerajinan yang bernilai jual. Metode dari pelaksanaan produk ini adalah input, proses (produksi), ouput, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program ini adalah Input, menganalisis keadaan pasar dengan memperhatikan keunggulan dan kelemahan pesaing kami. Selanjutnya, proses (produksi), kami akan meneliti bagaimana agar produk kami berbeda dengan produk pesaing kami. Output, kami akan memasarkan produk kami ke tempat yang cukup ramai. Evaluasi, Tahapan evaluasi akan dilaksanakan pada saat produksi Lampu Hias telah selesai dilakukan. Pada tahap ini, kami akan meninjau tentang kelemahan apa saja yang membuat konsumen tidak nyaman menggunakan produk kami serta kekurangan yang membuat usaha ini tidak mencapai target keuntungan dari perkembangan yang sudah direncanakan. Kesimpulan program PKM-K pemanfaatan stik es krim menjadi kerajinan lampu hias yang bernilai jual dapat memberikan keterampilan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengasah ide-ide yang kreatif sehingga menjadi lulusan yang unggul, kompetitif, produktif, dan berdaya saing dan mempunyai semangat untuk tetap berbisnis

Abstract

Pemanfaatan serabut kelapa untuk kerajinan tangan berupa pot berkualitas tinggi. Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa - Kewirausahaan (PKM-K) bertujuan untuk mendorong mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha untuk mengubah barang bekas menjadi barang bernilai tinggi. Metode implementasi program ini adalah input, proses (output), output dan evaluasi. Hasil dari program ini merupakan masukan yang terlebih dahulu melakukan riset pasar untuk mengetahui kondisi pasar. Selain itu, langkah terakhir dalam meneliti tanaman kelapa pot yang sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen adalah memilih bahan yang tidak mudah rusak dan berkualitas tinggi untuk pembuatannya. Proses (produksi), proses pembuatan pot tanaman ayam diawali dengan pembuatan bahan dan alat hingga pot siap dipasarkan. Sebuah prestasi yang merupakan hasil kerajinan tangan dari sabut kelapa, siap pakai dan dipasarkan ke konsumen. Terakhir adalah evaluasi, yaitu tahap ini dilakukan jika produksi produk tanaman pot digunakan. Pada tahap ini, kami memeriksa kemungkinan cacat yang membuat konsumen tidak puas dengan hasil produk kami. Kesimpulan dari program PKM-K adalah pemanfaatan kokoko dalam kerajinan tangan yang berkualitas dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk tetap inovatif dan kreatif dalam pengelolaan kokokoro serta memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mempraktekkan kewirausahaan dengan pemahaman konsep yang komprehensif. kewirausahaan dan konstruksi. semangat para mahasiswa untuk terus berbisnis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how social needs and self-actualization needs affect employee performance through leadership style as an intervening variable at the Luwu Regency Social Service. This study uses the Smart PLS analysis tool is data processing software for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results concluded that the variables of social needs and self-actualization had a positive effect on the leadership style variable and the leadership style variable had a positive effect on employee performance. Social needs and self-actualization variables directly do not have a positive effect on employee performance variables. The results of hypothesis testing concluded that there was a positive effect of social needs variables on employee performance through leadership style as an intervening variable, while the self-actualization needs variable had a positive but not significant effect on employee performance through leadership style as an intervening variable
