Abstract

The freedom of use of social media has been exploited by a number of people to distribute information that is questionable. The fake news or hoax is disseminated to lead public opinion related certain thing that is motivated by personal and group interests. In 2019, Masyarakat Telematika (Mastel) launched a survey result which stated that 34.60% of Indonesians had received hoax news every day through social media. Starting from this, the government’s role is needed to participate in filtering information circulating on social media. Through this study, the author wants to examine the role of government in preventing and assisting the society in filtering and clarifying hoax news on social media about elections in the political year. This study uses a qualitative approach that is library research. Reference materials are obtained from books, journals, research reports, magazines related to hoaxes, elections, and social media. After the data is collected, the author analyze the data using analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the purpose of spreading hoaxes was to earn money and spread the ideology. The rapid development of hoaxes on social media is an urgency for the government to conduct various ways immediately to overcome this, both by increasing the capacity and security within the government and by collaborating with several expert agencies.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaan merupakan usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta pemahaman santri terkait materi yang sedang dipelajari. Dengan memanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran guru dituntut untuk mengambil peran secara aktif dan profesional dalam proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan tuntutan kebutuhan peserta didik yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru Diniyyah Andalusia Leler Banyumas dalam pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, dan pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran ditinjau dari teori belajar behaviorisme dan teori belajar konstruktivisme. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Diniyyah Andalusia memiliki persepsi positif dalam pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemanfaatan TIK di Madrasah Diniyyah Andalusia memiliki kesempatan yang besar. Karena guru Diniyyah sudah memahami perlunya pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran di Madrasah Diniyyah Andalusia. Dalam pemanfaatan TIK guru Diniyyah Andalusia lebih tertarik untuk memanfaatkan TIK berdasarkan teori belajar konstruktivisme daripada teori belajar behaviorisme. Pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran konstruktivisme dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif dengan melibatkan peran aktif siswa.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of exploring the content of Al-Quran surah al-’Asr and contextualizing it in order to respond to phenomena in millennial generation that are increasingly inseparable from communication activities through digital technology (social media) especially gadgets. Carefully public relations and gadgets have changed many settings ranging from moral values, culture, mindset, and so forth. In addition to the various benefits, the existence of social media has also been a trigger for various social problems that are counter to peace. Against this background, in this study, the authors sought to examine the Surah al-’Asr, whose contents will be formulated to be guidelines for how smart in optimizing social media. This qualitative research will use the Al-Quran hermeneutic approach that was initiated by Fazlur Rahman, namely the double movement theory. This method emphasizes to find universal values ​​so that the results of interpretations are progressive and can be applied in various contexts of space and time. From this research, it was obtained that Surah al-’Asr, if contextualized, could be obtained from him three moral ideals as proposed by Rahman. If all three are embedded in the consciousness of every human being, then this can be a solution for world peace. In the context of social media efforts that can be done is to optimize it as efficiently and effectively as possible for good and usefulness and to convey all things that are not contrary to the truth and human values.
