Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a benchmark in assessing service quality because quality of service and patient satisfaction are important in shaping patient loyalty. This study aims to investigate the quality of hospital services and their impact on patient satisfaction and behavioral intentions. This research is a Quantitative Analitical research with cross-sectional method. This research used purposive sampling method with inclusion and exclusion criteria with a sample of 120 patients. This research was conducted at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis that include regression test and sobel test which is used to determine causal relationships. With alpha 0.05, results of the test showed that service quality does not affect patient behavior intentions, service quality affects patient satisfaction, patient satisfaction affects patient behavior intentions and service quality influences patient behavior intention through patient satisfaction. It is expected that PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital can maintain the quality of services that have been given to patients, one of them is by providing training to nurses or medical personnel, so that they can improve their performance in providing the best service for patients.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang umum terjadi dalam pelayanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit adalah lamanya waktu tunggu, proses administrasi, ketersediaan informasi, dan yang lainnya. Salah satu pendekatan perbaikan kualitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lean hospital dengan tujuan untuk mencapai efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan waktu, tenaga kerja, ruang, dan sumber daya lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran value stream mapping (VSM), menganalisa hal yang menjadi waste, dan usulan perbaikan menggunakan pendekatan lean hospital pada pelayanan rawat jalan poliklnik penyakit dalam RS “X” di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Non Value Added tertinggi adalah pada unit poliklinik yaitu sebesar (97,09%) dengan Value Added sebesar (2,91%) dan waiting time (107,22 menit) pada pelayanan pasien non-asuransi dengan pemeriksaan penunjang. Waste yang terjadi berupa waste of waiting, transportation, overproduction, overprocessing, inventory, motion, human potential dan defect. Dari hasil fishbone diagram diketahui bahwa akar penyebab masalah yang terjadi di unit poliklinik adalah dalam hal manajemen, peralatan, layout, petugas dan sistem informasi. Usulan perbaikan yang dapat diberikan berupa usulan jangka pendek, jangka menengah dan jangka panjang. Kata kunci: rawat jalan, lean hospital, waste, value added, non value added, VSM

Abstract

Research on green supply chain management (GSCM) has recently become increasingly popular for every industry. The importance of this research has been examined in the area of green supply chain management (GSCM), trends in research, its authors and affiliates, and research possibilities for green supply chain management (GSCM). This study aims to describe forecasts related to the subject matter of the GSCM study, which will assess the performance of scientific journals with bibliometric analysis and also provide opportunities for Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) studies. The data obtained from the Scopus database is metadata from the Green Supply Chain Management Journal (GSCM) 2015-2020 source. For data analysis purposes, all data information is transferred to CSV format, especially for VOSviewer data coincidence. There are up to 447 successful document metadata results articles. The study findings show that excavation is implementation dependent and SCM is the dominating subject in GSCM, while research on environmental performance and company achievement is the trend towards 2018. In this analysis, the analysis shows that excavation is dependent. GSCM research offers significant promise and prospects. Green supply chain management. Because it is easy to access several electronic data sources. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a field that has great opportunities for research to participate in the collaboration of various disciplines.

Abstract

The role of mathematics is very important in daily life, therefore the subjects of mathematics are taught in every level of education, from kindergarten to college. This study aims is to describe the mathematical communication ability of grade VIII students of MTs Fatahillah which amounts to 30 students in understanding triangular and rectangular materials. Another aims arevto know students learning osbtacle related to communication skills. Instruments of this study are written test. The results of this study is show that the students difficulties are they do not memorize the formula, interpreting solution mistakes because students does not pay attention to questions, and students difficult to understand about the problem that given to them.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the nurse manager's transformational leadership style on performance and medication safety.Respondents in this study aremedical staff working in a private hospital Pekanbaru.The samples used were 96 respondents with quantitative methods using SEM and Smart PLS, with a sampling techniqueconveniencesampling. Hypothesis testing using SEM-Partial Least Square; test the validity and reliability using confirmatory factors, cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style of nurse managers has a positive and significant effect on performance and medication safety, performance has a positive and significant effect on medication safety and mediation performance has a positive and significant effect on nurse manager transformational leadership style on medication safety.
