Abstract

This research is to show the influence of Active Learning model of Learning Start with a Question and Learning Motivation toward the students’ Economic Achievement of grade X at SMAN 2 Bayang.This research is included as quasi-experiment research. The population is students of grade 10thof SMAN 2 Bayang of year of 2014-2015. By using purposing sampling technique, the students in 10.6 (Control classroom) and the students of 10.5 (experiment classroom) are taken as the sample. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, inductive analysis and hypothesis testing using T-test analysis and two-way Anova. The findings of the research are (1) the students’ Economic Achievement who have been taught by using Active Learning model Start With A Question learning type is higher than the students who have been taught  by using Conventional teaching model. (2) The high motivated students who have been taught by using Active Learning model Start With A Question learning type have higher Economic Achievement than  those  who have been taught by using Conventional teaching model. (3) The low motivated students who have been  taught by using  Active Learning model Start With A Question learning type have higher Economic Achievement than those who have been taught  by using Conventional teaching model. (4) there is no interaction between the teaching strategy Active Learning Start With A Question learning model and motivation toward the students’ Economic Achievement. Based on this research, it is suggested to the Economic teacher to use active learning model type learning start with a question in order to improve students ability.

Abstract

The research is proposed to test the influence of leadeship function, motivation and organization comitment to job satisfaction to civil servants religion minister Kerinci regency. The population in this research wereto civil servants religion minister Kerinci regency.Then elected a sample size of 53to civil servants religion minister Kerinci regency with sample tecnique is used namely Total Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using path analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the leadeship function to cause the positve and significantmotivation also to cause the positve and significant organization commitmen. The analyze result also shows that the leadeship function and motivation to cause the positive and significant to job satisfactionand organization comitmenthas no contribution to job satisfaction. Abstract

The research is proposed to the influence of : 1) Competention to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer, 2) Compenzation and work environment to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer, 3) Work environment to job motivation to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer. The population in this research were to civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer size of 115 civil servants. Furthermore, by using the formula Slovin, then elected a sample size of 90 civil servants Sungai Penuh Camat Officer with sample tecnique is used namely Simple Random Sampling. The data which namely primer data and skunder data used in this research. For analyzing data by using multiple linear regression analysis and research hipothesis by using testing t with SPSS version 20 is used to analyze the data. The analyze result shows that the competention, compenzation and work environment to cause the positive and significant to job motivation.
