Abstract

Faktor Intensitas Tegangan (K) akibat adanya perambatan retak pada model bilah kipas mesin turbofan TAY 650-15 yang diperbaiki dengan teknik scallop dikaji secara komputasional. Perubahan harga K terhadap panjang retak diamati untuk memprediksi umur sisa dari bilah kipas. Dari hasil simulasi diperoleh bahwa bilah kipas yang diperbaiki dengan teknik scallop yang melebihi kedalaman dalam SRM akan memiliki umur sisa yang jauh lebih pendek dari umur yang ditentukan oleh pabrik.

Abstract

Flight Control System adalah suatu sistem pada pesawat terbang yang berfungsi sebagai pengontrol efek gaya (force) terhadap pesawat terbang, arah (direction) terbang dan sikap (attitude) pesawat terbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu pengumpulan data, identifikasi masalah. Alat peraga ini menggunakan material sterofoam, akrilik, kawat Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pemahaman terhadap cara kerja primary flight control pada pesawat terbang akan lebih mudah dikarenakan bisa memberikan pemahaman secara visual bagaimana efek dari gerakan joystick yang berfungsi sebagai steering terhadap flight control sesuai dengan program yang sudah diberikan ke microcontroller. Kata Kunci: Flight control system, microcontroller, Simulator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai menunjang peralatan keselamatan pada saat praktek run up. Metode penelitian rancangan alat ini menggunakan komponen sensor PIR alert yang disambungkan secara pararel dengan led dan ditempelkan dengan safety cone. Dalam pembuatan alat ini menggunakan alat modul wifi esp 8266, pcb, dan arduino. Hasil pengujian dari alat ini dilakukan siang dan malam hari saat alat pendeteksi pergerakan objek akan mendeteksi gerakan yang ada di area run up dengan jarak yang sudah di tentukan. Alat pendeteksi pergerakan objek ini akan bekerja apabila di antara sensor mendeteksi gerakan yang di proses oleh arduino dan mengirim data ke aplikasi thingspeak dan menyalakan lampu LED dan buzzer.

Abstract

This final proect study examines the provision od information about flightplan data provided by airlines to tower units. Airlines do not provide aircraft data information in a timely and correct manner, this result in a breakdown of coordination. The author compiled this final project in order to be able to examine the LOCA between Airlines and the Nunukan tower unit. So that the provision of air traffic service can run effectively and efficiently whitout forgetting the safety aspect. Changs in LOCA in the coordination between units by not changing or violating the highest rules (ICAO Annex) This final proect research uses a qualitative descriptive research desighn that uses 2 variable, namely; Optimizing LOCA between tower and airlines units (variable X) and on the Effectivennes of Flight Navigation Service at Nunukan Unit (variable Y). Data collection techniques using; observation, literature study. The result o the data obtained and the analysis o problem, the result of the data obtaidef can be concluded that the need for urther developtmen o the optimization of LOCA between towe and airlines units in the Nunukan unit to improve the effectiveness o providing light navigation service . Te solution to te problem that is considered the most appropriate according to the authoe is to review the LOCA tower unit and airlines to add delegation of air traffic communication so that coordination becomes more effective.

Abstract

Perum LPPNPI Manado Branch, as a provider of flight navigation services, continues to make efforts to improve flight navigation services provided in accordance with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Doc 4444 Chapter 8 Radar Services which explains the use of radar in flight information services. The problem faced by Aeronautical Communication Officer (ACO) personnel is that there is no use of radar monitors as a support for monitoring facilities at the Manado Flight Service Station (FSS) unit. This resulted in the lack of maximum surveillance services provided by Aeronautical Communication Officer (ACO) personnel in conducting traffic scouting and knowing the aircraft's position accurately in the Manado Flight Service Station (FSS) airspace. The purpose of this study is to study the importance of using a radar monitor in the Flight Service Station (FSS) control room as a means of supporting aircraft movement surveillance. In this study, the authors used quantitative methods and distributed questionnaires to 8 Aeronautical Communication Officer (ACO) personnel as respondents. The results of this study are expected to provide an alternative solution to the problem for Perum LPPNPI Manado Branch, namely by adding a radar monitor facility in the Flight Service Station (FSS) control room in order to increase the flight navigation services provided

Abstract

This final project describes the obstacles faced by the author regarding the provision of Flight Information Service in the ATS Reporting Office (ARO) Ambon unit. The problem with the Ambon ATS Reporting Office (ARO) unit is the delay of the Airlines in sending the Flight Plan that is not in accordance with the LOCA between the ATS Reporting Office (ARO) and the Airlines on the Flight Plan delivery, which is a minimum of 24 hours before departure and a maximum of 120 minutes before departure. time estimate off block time (EOBT). The emergence of these obstacles was due to the lack of knowledge of the Airlines regarding the Letter of Coordination Agreement (LOCA). In addition, the lack of coordination from the Airlines unit regarding the delay in sending the Flight Plan also hampered the process of providing navigation services. The results of the data obtained during the author conducting research at the same time as the author conducting On the Job Training, namely on November 02, 2020 to March 17, 2021 at Perum LPPNPI, Pattimura Ambon Branch, are expected to provide input and suggestions so that existing problems can be resolved and service delivery can be achieved. running optimally. These obstacles can be resolved by reviewing the Letter of Coordination Agreement (LOCA) so as to create an effective and efficient service delivery.

Abstract

This Final Project describes the obstacles faced by the author regarding the analysis of the impact of delays in Airlanes Operator sending Slot Delay on air traffic services at Perum LPPNPI Ambon Branch. The emergence of these obstacles is due to the frequent delays of Airlines Operators in sending information regarding changes to slot delays so that the slot delay management process carried out by ACO personnel serving in the ARO Unit will be hampered, the ARO Unit must send a delay message 15 minutes before the EOBT time. The purpose of writing this final project is to facilitate ACO personnel in performing ATS Messages services so as not to interfere with flight safety services. The data analysis method is descriptive quantitative. This research uses data processing in the form of a Likert scale which refers to sources that are relevant and have credibility. The results of this study are expected to provide alternative problem solving so that ACO personnel can provide maximum service

Abstract

Program TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) dirancang untuk menjadi program yangpartisipatif dan berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam rangka menyiapkan pangkalperlawanan sebagai sebuah strategi pertahanan darat. Program TMMD ini dapat meningkatkanrasa persatuan dan kesatuan di antara masyarakat dengan TNI, menumbuhkan kembali gotongroyong yang selama ini mulai menurun, dan program ini sekaligus memperkokoh sertameningkatkan kemanunggalan TNI dengan masyarakat yang pada akhirnya dapat mingkatkankesejahteraan dan mempererat persatiuan TNI dengan masyarakat dalam mendukungketahanan nasional. Dalam hal ini politeknik penerbangan surabaya ikut berpartisipasi dalamkegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bersama dengan tentara manunggal membangun desa,terkait dengan sasaran pelaksanaannya adalah masyarakat desa kedungkembar, khususnyapada TK Dharmawanita Persatuan di desa Kedungkembar, kecamatan Prambon, KabupatenSidoarjo. Kegiatan TMMD ini dinilai baik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dankegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan hasil yang sudah terlaksanakan bisa dijagadengn baik oleh masyarakat dan juga dapat dikembangankan lagi oleh masyarakat setempat.
