Abstract

Makalah ini menyelidiki tentang efek dari pelatihan strategi metakognitif pada kemampuan menyimak ceramah mendengarkan taruna di Politeknik Penerbangan (POLTEKBANG) Surabaya. Pembelajaran mendengarkan adalah hal yang sulit terutama bagi taruna yang baru saja memasuki poltekbang surabaya dan bahkan lebih cenderung menakutkan bagi taruna poltekbang Surabaya karena bahasa Inggris adalah bahasa kedua atau bahasa asing bagi mereka. Penelitian ini melibatkan 47 taruna tingkat satu dari program studi komunikasi penerbangan politeknik penerbangan Surabaya. Instrumentasi dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, tes mendengarkan dan wawancara semi-terstruktur. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa taruna yang sering menggunakan strategi metakognitif ketika mendengarkan ceramah dalam bahasa Inggris mendapat skor lebih tinggi dalam uji mendengarkan. Selain itu, taruna dapat memperoleh manfaat dari pembelajaran dalam strategi mendengarkan karena ini membantu mereka dalam keberhasilan dari sisi akademis.

Abstract

Terciptanya keteraturan dan keselamatan penerbangan tidak terlepas dari adanya beberapa faktor yaitu fasilitas maupun prosedur serta petugas pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan itu sendiri. Prosedur memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelayanan lalu lintas udara karena semua clearance, instruction, dan information disampaikan oleh Air Traffic Controller (ATC) kepada pilot harus sesuai dengan prosedur yang mengacu pada aturan ICAO. Approach Control Unit di Perum LPPNPI cabang Banjarmasin saat ini masih dalam pelayanan procedural atau bisa disebut pelayanan non-radar. Kondisi ini mempersulit controller dalam menangani pesawat yang sedang pendekatan yaitu berupa load of communication karena unit approach harus melakukan pelayanan approach control procedural. Sementara, personel ATC di perum LPPNPI kantor cabang Banjarmasin sebagian besar belum memiliki rating approach control surveilance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian Standard Operating Procedure terkait pemberian Expected Approach Time diperlukan dan telah dibuat untuk menjadi prosedur standar Air Traffic Controller dalam memberikan pelayanan sehingga pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Banjarmasin menjadi optimal.

Abstract

The visual entry gate has an important role in flight efficiency in carrying out a visual approach. The visual entry gate serves as a reference for aircraft to make a visual approach through a certain point that has been determined so that ATC will find it easier to find out the position of the aircraft. The problem that is reviewed in this final project is regarding the imperfect visual entry gate related to some information that has an impact on the provision of air traffic services at Ambon Pattimura Airport. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, namely data that describes the general conditions of using visual entry gates in providing air traffic services at Pattimura Airport, Ambon. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature study. This study concludes that visual entry gate improvements are needed for the efisiency and safe movement of aircraft at Ambon Pattimura Airport. The incomplete information on the visual entry gate has the potential to make air traffic feasibility less than optimal and also results in the visual entry gate not being able to be published into the AIP.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the need for RNP procedure training for ATC at Perum LPPNPI, Kendari Branch. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 1 of 2014 namely the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation part 69 (PKPS part 69) regarding the License, Rating, Training and Authority of Aviation Navigation Personnel, an ATC must first receive training before using or implementing a certain flight navigation procedure. , so that to apply the RNP Procedure that has been listed in the AIP Indonesia must follow and have a training certificate for the RNP Procedure. the research method used is a qualitative method. In addition, the data collection method used in this study is the method of observation and interviews as a means of collecting data at Haluoleo Kendari Airport. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ATC personnel at Perum LPPNPI Kendari Branch agreed to obtain an RNP Procedure training certificate and could apply the RNP Procedure contained in the Kendari AIP to the maximum because the RNP procedure was needed when the main approach tool was in repair.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the mixed navigation environment system on the ATC workload after the implementation of RNP-1 at Perum LPPNPI Lampung sub-branch office. The research sample used was a saturated sample because the total population was not greater than 10 people, so it was taken from the entire population in the ADC/APP combined service service unit. The object is directed at ATC at the ADC/APP service unit combined with services at Perum LPPNPI, Lampung Sub-Branch Office. The research method used is a qualitative method. In addition, the data collection method used in this study is the method of observation, questionnaires and interviews as a data collection tool at Radin Inten II Airport Lampung. Based on the results of the study, the average Likert scale questionnaire results obtained a value of 90% and it can be concluded that ATC respondents strongly agree that the mixed navigation environment system can increase the workload of the air traffic controller at Perum LPPNPI, Lampung Sub-Branch.

Abstract

The VFR route is made to facilitate the provision of services, both in terms of providing information on security and flight safety. Based on data in the field, VFR flights at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch do not yet have a definite visual flight route. This makes it a little difficult for ACO personnel to ensure the exact position of the aircraft, even though the provision of a flight path is an important aspect for aircraft to get maximum service. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research design that uses 2 variables; Design of Maps VFR route (Variable X) and Work Improvement of ATS-RO Unit (Variable Y). Data collection techniques using; observation, literature study, and interviews. Interviews were conducted with 6 ACO personnel and 1 PANS-OPS Expert at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch. The results of this study indicate the need for procurement of maps of the southern VFR route in order to improve the performance of the ATS-RO unit at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch. So from the results of the study it can be concluded that the procurement of maps for the southern VFR route needs to be realized immediately in order to support the provision of maximum flight navigation services. Especially for visual flights operating in the Ujung Pandang area of ​​the FIC Balikpapan sector.

Abstract

The safety factor is a major factor in the world of aviation. Not only that, in addition to flight safety, there are several other factors that support the development and growth in the aviation world. Among them are factors of speed and work efficiency. This is directly proportional to the increasing number of aircraft traffic every year so that efficiency in work is needed. Efficiency does seem trivial, but the impact caused if efficiency is not implemented is very vital. If efficiency in coordination is not realized, it can cause a Break of Coordination, so that it can cause complaints from other parties to Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch. The method used in this paper is a qualitative descriptive research method that uses 2 variables; The effect of providing information data in the Flight Service Station unit (Variable X) and flight traffic services (Variable Y). Data collection techniques using; observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The result of this research is the creation of a special web application at the flight service station unit to support personnel efficiency when relaying an estimate to adjacent adjacent units and personnel are expected to always use the application during daily service. In addition, the author also recommends that the supervision socialize the use and operation of the web application to all Aeronautical Communication Officer (ACO) personnel at Perum LPPNPI Balikpapan Branch.

Abstract

The daily inward/outward traffic record form has an important role in unit ATS-RO (Air Traffic Service Reporthing Office). The daily inward/ouward traffic record form serves as a reference for airlines that have six months (summer/winter) at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Airport. The problem that is reviewed in writing this final project is about the inefficient form of daily inward/outward traffic record, which are still being carried out manually on paper, so it has an impact on difficulties in monitoring aircraft that have departure/arrival at Perum LPPNPI Cabang Balikpapan. The research method in used in this research the final project use is descriptive research design,namely data collertion techniques using, observations, interviews, case studieand literature studies. The daily inward/outward traffic record form is used in services at the unit ATS-RO (Air Traffic Service Reporthing Office) at Perum LPPNPI Cabang Balikpapan. With the daily inward/outward traffic record form not yet maximized, so that suggeestions can be taken, an effective and efficient daily inward/outward traffic record data application must be made to minimize data errors when carrying out on duty in the (Air Traffic Service Reporthing Office).

Abstract

Budiarto airport is a training airport that located at tangerang curug. Provide service three aviation school, budiarto airport give service for about 200 in a day. Budiarto airport serve 5 type of training flight include circuit training, instrument training, area training, night flight training, and cross country training. Beside provide service for training flight budiarto airport also provide service for Balai Kalibrasi Fasilitas Penerbangan. As an airport that gives service for 3 aviation school traffic accumulation become normal situation in Budiarto airport. Lack of coordination between 3 aviation school and the Regulation of training flight request become the main factor of traffic accumulation. Sometimes there are 2 instrument training request in one session, as a result one of them must wait other plane to finish the training, because the capacity for instrument training just available for 1 aircraft. Massive development a technology create innovations that help human in daily live. In aviation using technology in need reduce workload for personnel. But some application is difficult to operate. This case make the writer to design some application that can be operate easily and overcome some traffic issues at Budiarto. Hopefully the design of this application can be realize and can be use for all training airport in Indonesia. This application designed base on writers experience in On The Job Training in Budiarto airport.
