Abstract

The growth of the tourism industry in Indonesia is on the rise, one of which is the growth of event organizers in various regions in Indonesia. However, the event organizer has the problems faced such as market competition, causing decreased income, which then results in not achieving sales targets and reducing the value of the company's assets over time. On the other hand, event organizers are required to be responsive to changes that occur in the market and are able to meet consumer demand. This study aimed the effect of supply chain agility and flexibility towards the firm performance with supply chain performance as a mediator. In this study, supply chain agility and flexibility as independent variable, supply chain performance as intervening variable, and firms performance as dependent variable.The population in this study are event organizers who were members of the Association of Indonesian Exhibition Companies (ASPERAPI) totaling 632. This study used a sample of 150 respondents through a questionnaire. All of them are event organizers who work on the government and BUMN sectors.This study tested by structural equation modeling (SEM). Which was later on developed into a theoritical model and procesed by a computing program AMOS 24.0. based on the result, the theoritical model has achived the cut off value of goodness of fit as follows, Chi-square = 67.509; probability = 0.236; CMIN / DF = 1.125; GFI = 0.931; AGFI = 0.896; TLI = 0.984; CFI = 0.988 RMSEA = 0.031, and degree of freedom (DF) = 60. Based on the results obtained, the model is declared feasible to use. The results of hypothesis testing show that supply chain performance has a positive effect on firm performance (0.54), supply chain agility does not affect firm performance (0.18), supply chain flexibility has a positive effect on firm performance (0.31), supply chain agility has a positive effect on supply chain performance (0.30), supply chain flexibility has a positive effect on supply chain performance (0.54).

Abstract

Companies in the era of globalization are required to be able to adapt to an environment with relatively fast changes that are uncontrollable and face increasingly competitive competition. Seeing these conditions, this study aims to analyze product design and supply chain management performance on competitive advantage in MSME Processed Milkfish in Semarang City. The population used in this study is the owner or leader of Milkfish Processed Micro Enterprises (UMKM) in Semarang City which has been established for at least 3 months. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. The method of data collection is done by questionnaire. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with AMOS 24.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that supply chain management performance has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, product design has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, product design has a positive and significant effect on supply chain management performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer reviews, brand image, and promotion intensity on purchasing decision making (empirical study on Shopee ecommerce customers in Padang Panjang), as well as to determine the most influential variables on purchasing decision making, so that it can be used as a review in develop strategies to improve customer purchasing decisions. The population in this study are Shopee e-commerce customers in Padang Panjang City who are over 17 years old and have made a purchase at Shopee at least once in the past year. The number of samples used is 150 respondents selected by purposive sampling, and using non-probability sampling technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on making purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on making purchasing decisions. Promotion intensity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision making. Abstract

The rapid development of technology today, resulting in many online businesses  that  have  sprung  up.  These  developments  require  companies  to convince customers in making purchasing decisions for the goods sold. Related to this, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price perception, ease of use, and promotion intensity on purchasing decision making for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, Shopee e-commerce consumers in Semarang.The  population  used  in  this  study  were  students  of  the  Faculty  of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, Shopee e-commerce consumers in Semarang. In this study, the data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire from a sample of 120 respondents, using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. The data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25 program.The results showed that the perception of price has a positive and significant effect on making purchasing decisions. Ease of use has a positive and significant effect on making purchasing decisions. Promotion intensity has a positive and significant effect on making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study was conducted to examine the impact of market orientation and technology orientation on firm performance at Bordir Small Medium Industry (SMI) in Tasikmalaya City using supply chain integration as an intervening variable. The populations of this study were Bordir Small Medium Industry (SMI) entrepreneurs in Tasikmalaya City.. The number of samples used in this study was 150 respondents, and the data were gathered via a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study was the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique with the AMOS 26.0 analysis tool. The results showed that all independent variables, namely market orientation, technology orientation and supply chain integration had a positive and significant effect on firm performance. Furthermore, supply chain integration has a major impact on business performance through moderating the relationship between market orientation and technological orientation at Bordir Small Medium Industry (SMI) in Tasikmalaya City

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of human capital, entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation on competitive advantage in the hospitality or hotel service industry in Central Java. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire. The population in this study are all lodging or hotel service business people in Central Java. there were 150 respondents involved in this study which resulted from random sampling. Data analysis was done by multiple regression. The results obtained in this study are human capital, entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation influence the competitive advantage in the hospitality or hotel service industry in Central Java. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived risko on Lazada e-commerce purchasing decision making in Semarang, so that they can be a review in making strategies to improve purchasing decision making. The population in this study were Lazada consumers in Semarang. Data obtained through a questionnaire form a sample of 170 people with purposive sampling. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using index numbers and multiple linier regression using the SPSS version 25 program, The results showed that consumer trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk had significant positive effect on Lazada ecommerce purchasing decicion making, all of which can be accepted.
