Abstract

This study aims to describe the socialization ability of social isolation patients at the Mental Hospital of West Java Province. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The study results based on the Shapiro-Wilk test between socialization skills obtained a p-value of 0.709 which means it is more significant than 0.05, so it can open up opportunities for socialization to isolated patients in West Java. The Provincial Mental Hospital is good. In conclusion, the respondents in this study in terms of affective aspects cognitive aspects can be categorized as good. Abstract

Post operasi sectio caesarea akan menimbulkan nyeri karena proses pembedahan pada dinding abdomen dan dinding rahim. Nyeri akan menyebabkan bounding attachment terganggu, mobilisasi terbatas, Activity Daily Living (ADL) terganggu dan berpengaruh terhadap proses menyusui. Salah satu penatalaksanaan non farmakologi terhadap nyeri post operasi sectio caesarea adalah foot massage karena di daerah kaki banyak terdapat sarafsaraf yang terhubung ke organ dalam dan masase dapat diberikan saat pasien terlentang dan minimal melakukan pergerakan daerah abdomen untuk mengurangi rasa nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh foot massage terhadap tingkat nyeri pada klien post operasi sectio caesarea. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimen. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 27 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dan prosedur kerja foot massage. Pre-test dilakukan pada hari kedua post operasi, kemudian dilakukan foot massage selama 20 menit selama 2 hari dan diukur post-test nya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari setengah klien post operasi sectio caesarea berada di tingkat nyeri sedang (skala 6) sebelum dilakukan foot massage dan hampir setengah memiliki tingkat nyeri ringan (skala 3) sesudah dilakukan foot massage dan didapatkan nilai p value = 0.000, sehingga disimpulkan ada pengaruh foot massage terhadap tingkat nyeri pada klien post operasi sectio caesarea. Diharapkan klien post operasi section caesaria dapat menjadikan foot massage sebagai salah satu alternatife manajemen non farmakologi dalam penanganan nyeri.

Abstract

Along with the declining number of Covid-19 cases, in January 2021 the government has suggested classroom teaching for green zones. Activities at school will return to running as usual, namely by holding face-to-face learning. According to the head of the Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in Cilengkrang, so far there have been no cases of COVID-19 and all students are in good health. However, it was found that Islamic boarding schools do not yet have a clear flow related to health protocols, especially in dealing with classroom teaching, there are still many students who have not been vaccinated because they are worried about being vaccinated, and compliance with health protocols is starting to decrease because they think that Covid-19 cases are starting to decline and are still declining, lack of knowledge of students to improve the immune system one of them with herbal plants. The solutions given in overcoming the partner's problems are conducting counseling about students' readiness for classroom teaching, counseling about Covid-19 vaccination, counseling about tips to improve the immune system, and demonstrations on the use of herbal plants to improve the immune system. The method of implementing this community service activity is directly/offline which is carried out in Islamic boarding schools, the targets are students, teachers, and school employees who are invited to take part in community service activities. The result of this activity is the implementation of a series of counseling activities, simulations, and demonstrations attended by students, teachers, and school staff as planned. All participants in each activity can follow to the end with a conducive and enthusiastic.
