Abstract

Pangan yang sehat mencakup pangan yang bergizi dan aman dikonsumsi. Pangan yang sehat dapat menunjang pertumbuhan, perkembangan, dan kesehatan seseorang. Anak usia sekolah membutuhkan makanan dengan status gizi yg baik. Karakteristik anak sekolah sering tidak sarapan dengan mengganti makanan yang mengandung kalori atau zat gizi yang rendah. Hal ini mencerminkan kebiasaan makan jajan yang buruk yang berpengaruh terhadap status gizi. Jajanan yang sehat dan aman adalah makanan jajanan yang memiliki komposisi gizi yang baik dan berimbang serta tidak mengandung bahan pangan berbahaya. Penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar makanan jajanan yang dijual belum memenuhi nilai gizi yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu metode pendidikan gizi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang makanan jajanan yang sehat. Pemberian edukasi kepada anak lebih baik dilakukan mulai dari rumah atau orang terdekat. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian diketahui bahwa lebih dari 90% ibu-ibu selalu memberikan jajanan kepada anak dengan dasar kesukaan dan mudah didapat serta murah harganya, bukan atas dasar kesehatan. Hal ini juga terlihat bahwa 75% anak memilih jajanan yang tidak sehat ketika disuruh mengambil jajanan yang disediakan. Dengan adanya penyuluhan yang diberikan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang jajanan sehat yang aman bagi anak anak. Pemberian pemahamam kepada ibu ini harus dilakukan secara terus menerus.

Abstract

Kopi Plataran Oemah merupakan sebuah usaha yang dikembangakan dengan unsur tema rumahan yang menyuguhkan keindahan alam pegunungan dan sawah yang berdiri pada Oktober 2020. Usaha ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis karena berdekatan dengan lokasi wisata di Desa Sriharjo Kecamatan Imogiri Kabupaten Bantul. Namun, dikarenakan usaha masih baru sehingga diperlukan pengembangan usaha serta promosi secara intensif. Oleh karena itu maka pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan melakukan promosi secara online Kopi Plataran Oemah. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam hal desain logo dan pemanfaatan pemasaran online melalui media sosial. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh pemilik usaha Wedang Uwuh Maremi yaitu Ibu Murjilah yang berlangsung di lokasi Kopi Plataran Omah. Target dari program ini yaitu meningkatkan kapasitas SDM dalam kemampuan mengelola dan promosi agar lebih luas melalui media massa. Adapun luaran dari pengabdian yaitu adanya model logo branding yang lebih menarik serta pemanfaatan media massa sebagai media pemasaran online untuk meningkatkan promosi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine security holes and risks that may arise in the educational institution’s repository web application. The repository web application contains research data, journals, articles, and papers from lecturers and students at the institution. This web application does not yet have documentation about security holes and risks in it. It causes a sense of concern on the part of educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to have a security assessment to conduct a risk-oriented assessment that might occur if an attack is attempted. The Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) method was utilized to conduct a security assessment and test educational institutions’ repository web application. Several vulnerabilities found with the Nessus tool could still be exploited and resulted in findings in legal access rights when the researchers performed a test simulation on the repository web application. This research was used as a report to the educational institution, particularly as a material for the evaluation process to increase its web application security. This research was carried out within the educational institution environment. Hence, it did not fully describe the possibility of actual attacks originating from outside the educational institution environment.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa guru mengajar menggunakan fasilitas internet. Guru harus cepat belajar menguasai berbagai aplikasi. Kepala sekolah juga harus bekerja keras agar pembelajaran tetap berjalan selama masa isolasi. SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Wates merupakan salah satu sekolah yang lokasinya dekat dengan Bandara baru Internasional Yogyakarta Airport (YIA). Keberadaan bandara tersebut merubah daerah pedesaan menjadi aerotropolis. Dampaknya, pada masa pascapandemi sekolah ini justru harus menghadapi tantangan baru akibat perubahan sosial dan ekonomi yang sangat cepat. Masalah mendasar bagi sekolah dan guru adalah tuntutan peningkatan kualitas lulusan agar terserap dalam industri di kawasan aerotropolis. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas lulusan adalah model pembelajaran. Guru harus dapat menciptakan inovasi pembelajaran, termasuk membuat konten e-learning interaktif. Dalam kegiatan ini, kami melatih para guru membuat konten e-learning yang interaktif. Saat ini, para guru telah terbiasa membuat konten pasif seperti PPT, PDF, atau Video, tetapi untuk membuat sebuah konten interaktif masih merupakan suatu hal baru bagi mereka. Bagaimana tanggapan guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan? Apakah para guru antusias atau sebaliknya? Bagaimana sikap pejabat sekolah? Variabel ini sangat penting untuk diketahui karena sangat menentukan kegiatan pengembangan e-learning

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter terhadap anak di era milenial dimulai dengan tercerminnya lingkungan yang baik dalam keluarga. Apabila karakter atau akhlak semua anggota keluarga baik, niscaya akan baik pula lingkungan masyarakatnya. Pembinaan anak dalam lingkungan masyarakat dengan menumbuhkan kegiatan-kegiatan yang positif, gotong royong, silaturahmi, maupun dialog-dialog interaktif keagamaan. Masyarakat dituntut ikut berperan dalam menciptakan tatanan masyarakat yang nyaman dan peduli terhadap pendidikan. Dalam rangka menciptakan pendidikan karakter anak di era milenial, pertama dimulai dari usia dini karena usia inilah yang dianggap relatif paling mudah dibentuk. Membentuk karakter harus dilakukan secara terus-menerus. Penanaman nilai pendidikan karakter terhadap anak di era milenial sebenarnya dapat dilakukan dengan memperkenalkan kembali permainan tradisional anak. Permainan tradisional anak sebenarnya dapat juga melatih fisik dan mental anak. Secara tidak langsung anak-anak akan dirangsang kreatifitas, ketangkasan, jiwa kepemimpinan, kecerdasan, dan keluasan wawasannya melalui permainan tradisional ini. Pada pengabdian ini dikenalkan kembali 15 macam permainan tradisional di Jawa. Dari 15 permainan yang diajarkan 10 macam permainan anak-anak tidak mengenal. Para ibu yang menjadi bagian dari sampel pengabdian masih mengenal sebagian besar permainan tersebut ( 12 permainan) tetapi mayoritas sudah tidak mengajarkan lagi kepada anak anak mereka. Dari hasil pengabdian diketahui bahwa saat ini mayoritas orang tua khususnya ibu lebih banyak memberikan Hp sebagai alat permainan mereka sehingga anak anak tidak mengenal alat permainan tradisional yang dapat membangun karakter mereka sejajak dini. Anak anak tertarik dikenalkan dengan alat permainan tradisional, dan mereka juga tertarik untuk memainkan permainan tersebut tetapi paparan yang kurang membuat mereka tidak mengenal sejak awal permainan tersebut. Peran orangtua khususnya ibu sangat penting dalam pengenalan dan pembiasaaan permainan yang dimainkan ole anak anakk tersebut

Abstract

The sophistication of information and communication technology has penetrated almost all sectors including the education sector. In the past, internet network services could only be accessed by certain groups. However, the current situation is very different. Today, internet services can be accessed by everyone from all social statuses. However, the utilization of the internet network is still far from being optimal. In addition, the use of social media is only for entertainment or a means for playing games. On the other hand, the internet has changed the traditional approach to a modern approach as an example in the realm of pedagogic learning. The implementation of innovative learning media through the use of the internet network makes the learning atmosphere more efficient and interesting. Learning-based websites along with other technology-based tools have shown potential in language teaching. In this case, Teaching English as a Second Language activities are made easier and more interesting through website-based learning. This study aims to utilize the website integrated with social media as an English teaching platform at the Professional English Certificate language institution. With the material in the form of audio-visual, it gives the user unlimited opportunities to repeat the material in parts that have not been mastered well. This naturally corresponds to the learning style of Generation Z; visual, technological, innovation, concrete and critical thinking. According to Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge, it is necessary to choose the proper use of technology in implementing website-based learning strategies. In practice, the implementation of this community service program is going well. As evidence of the program's success indicators, the community service team distributed questionnaires in assessing the convenience and feasibility of the designed teaching model. The findings demonstrated that 78.5% were in the “Good” category out of 20 samples. The majority of respondents considered that the website integrated with social media with a self-directed learning model was comfortable and feasible to be applied as an English teaching platform.

Abstract

Pregnancy is still a major health issue at present. Statistics demonstrate an annual increase in pregnancies. Monitoring pregnant women involves undergoing regular checkups to verify the fetus’s health. However, many midwives still manually enter data in ledgers. Therefore, this study designed an application to assist midwives in saving and displaying data to monitor the health of pregnant women, allowing the stored data to be easily obtained and saving midwife storage space. This application is exclusively accessible to midwives due to the restricted periodic health checkups for pregnant women. This application was developed using the spring boot and flutter frameworks. Abstract

Class learning is a teaching and learning activity involving both teachers and students. Students in the class have different levels of intelligence, divided into three categories: lowest, average, and most intelligent. Teachers usually pay less attention to less intelligent students. Consider a student who is not intelligent enough to remain in school. However, if a smart student is required to repeat content he already comprehends, he will become bored. Therefore, this study developed an intelligent tutoring system (ITS)-based learning application with a Markov decision process (MDP). The combination of ITS and MDP enabled intelligence to determine the most appropriate subsequent step by delivering tutorials and examination questions that guide students to efficiently attain intelligence levels.

Abstract

English pronunciation studies the techniques of uttering English words, making it one of the most challenging subjects and considered a formality.  By mastering proper English pronunciation, there will be no miscommunication when speaking with others or native speakers. Learning pronunciation from a native speaker creates a benchmark for appropriately pronouncing words. Unfortunately, it is overpriced and impractical. Therefore, this study developed an e-learning application to learn English pronunciation. Through a desktop-based e-learning application, users could freely improve their ability and interest in learning pronunciation without time constraints. They could also evaluate their progress. This desktop application could be utilized frequently without incurring excessive fees. In order to acquire study data, the application was assessed by administering a questionnaire to 34 respondents. As many as 27 respondents believed that the application’s content was easily accessible on their individual computers. Additionally, 30 respondents acknowledged that the audio quality was clear. Moreover, 29 respondents asserted that the desktop application encouraged them to improve their pronunciation. In other words, the desktop application for learning English pronunciation was highly useful for independent study and could enhance the comprehension of each learned word

Abstract

The Electricity Customer Service Information System is a website for making new electricity requests and changing electrical power. Along with the development and advancement of technology, industrial technology is closely related to electric power, one of the most significant aspects that vigorously supports the development, particularly in the Information Technology sector in the urban world. Electric power is a fundamental element for enhancing the welfare of society. Therefore, electrical energy is a measure of societal development. Thus, a website-based information system was developed employing an observational data-gathering technique. This study utilized System Development Live Cycle (SDLC) as the system development approach, Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system analysis and design, PHP as the programming language, and MYSQL as the database.
