Abstract

Dewasa ini Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan bidang usaha yang tetap konsisten dan berkembang dalam perekonomian nasional. Pertumbuhan usaha semakin marak dan persaingan di pasar semakin ketat. Panti dan Pondok Pesantren Asy Syafi’iyah Yogyakarta merupakan pondok pesantren yang dikelola secara mandiri dan memiliki potensi besar dalam hal berwirausaha. Disamping menjadi madrasah, para santri juga diajarkan dalam hal keterampilan di bidang perdagangan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membangun unit usaha bisnis mikro sabun cair yang bermanfaat untuk menggerakkan roda ekonomi panti. Selain hal tersebut, bisnis ini dapat menjadi laboratorium untuk para santri dalam membangun karakter wirausaha mikro yang berbasis pada kreatifitas dan nilai-nilai Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan berupa penyampaian materi motivasi bisnis dan pemasaran digital, serta pelatihan pembuatan sabun cair. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh santri Pondok Pesantren Asy Syafi’iyah Yogyakarta. Hasil dari program ini yaitu para santri menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman terhadap strategi bisnis digital, selain hal tersebut terdapat peningkatan keterampilan santri dalam pembuatan sabun cair. Dengan adanya respon positif dari para santri yang sekaligus mitra pengabdian ini, juga dapat menjadi modal tambahan sebagai pelaku UMKM untuk mengembangkan bisnis secara digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the mediation of motivation on the effect of flexible work arrangements and servant leadership on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work from home during the pandemic. The sampling technique used was purposive and convenience sampling. The data applied the SEM-PLS to analyze the proposed relationship model. The result of this study was (1) Flexible Work Arrangement affects motivation (2) Servant leadership affects motivation (3) Flexible work arrangements affects employee performance (4) Servant leadership affects employee performance (5) Motivation affects employee performance (6) Flexible work arrangement affects employee performance significantly through motivation (7) Servant leadership affects employee performance significantly through motivation. According to the research result, employee performance can be increased by motivation, flexible work arrangements, and servant leadership. Motivation as the mediating variable can be applied for flexible work arrangements and servant leadership to increase employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between organizational cultures, discipline and job satisfaction on job performance among the employees at Regional Financial Revenue Management Official in Banten Province. The subjects of this research were 130 employees selected as samples by using proportionate stratified random sampling technique taken from the overall population of 193 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a questionnaire. The effect technique was applied to analyze the data which had been previously treated with the regressive and correlation procedure. The result proved that the employees’ job performance was positively affected by the organizational culture, discipline and the job satisfaction in Regional Financial Revenue Management Official in Banten Province, and the job satisfaction was positively affected by the organizational culture, and discipline. The findings suggest that the variation of the job performance of the employees might have been affected by the organizational culture, discipline and the job satisfaction.
