Abstract

This community service activity aims to form or develop a community business that is economically independent and helps create jobs and thinking, creative and independent skills for the community. This training activity for making twister chips with potato as an essential ingredient in one of the business product innovations is expected to be a choice for entrepreneurship for Popo Village, Takalar Regency, which is expected to improve their family's economy. The approach method offered to support community service program activities is a participatory method in which partners are directly involved in activities from preparation to implementation. The action is holding meetings in entrepreneurship counseling and training on making twister chips. The type of output produced based on the planned activity in community service is in the form of a modern product with specifications for twister chips with potato as the primary ingredient.

Abstract

Objectives: The research aims to find out if job motivation and organizational culture affect the development of organizational citizen behaviors (OCBs) through employee performance.Methodology: The research was conducted in one of Gorontalo Province’s, with a population of 2,262 employees, and questionnaires were distributed to 260 employees in various departments who volunteered to be respondents; sampling was based on Slovins Formula. Processing data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and AMOS.Finding: The findings indicated that motivation affected employee performance, organizational culture did not affect performance, motivation had no effect on OCB, organizational culture had no effect on OCB, and employee performance had no effect on organizational culture's influence on OCB.Conclusion: These findings can be explained by the fact that the work incentive used thus far is intrinsic, providing encouragement and inspiration for all employees to improve performance. Organizational culture has not affected employee performance, indicating that the organizational culture employed thus far has been result-oriented and ineffectively applied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of situational leadership styles, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance and to determine the most dominant variable influencing the performance of the Regional Office employees of Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. The population of this study was 62 employees of the Tante Riattang Barat District Office, Bone Regency. The analysis used is descriptive to explain the characteristics of respondents and descriptive research, while to analyze quantitative data, multiple regression analysis is used through the SPSS program. The results showed that situational leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational commitment jointly affect the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of the District of Tanete Riattang Barat, Bone Regency, and the variable that has the most dominant influence is organizational commitment.
