Abstract

Desa Ngijo Kecamatan Tasikmadu Kabupaten Karanganyar memiliki berbagai potensi salah satunya usaha di bidang industri makanan ringan (snack). Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu belum memiliki kapabilitas pemasaran yang memadai terutama kurangnya inovasi, baik inovasi produk, inovasi promosi, dan inovasi distribusi. Kegiatan Pengabdiaan Kepada Masyarakat dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial Perguruan Tinggi STIE Atma Bhakti Surakarta melalui kegiatan penyuluhan kepada mitra mengenai pengembangan strategi pemasaran dengan harapan agar mitra di Desa Ngijo dapat berkembang dan berekspansi ke usaha yang berskala lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode ceramah dan sharing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan Observasi Lapangan, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, dan Penyusunan Laporan. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan dan sharing, para mitra telah memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan yang semakin baik mengenai strategi memasarkan produk makanan ringan melalui bauran pemasaran 5P yaitu produk, harga, promosi, distribusi, dan pelayanan. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan akan banyak membantu persoalan pemasaran yang dihadapi mitra (Kelompok Wanita Tani) di desa Ngijo terutama dalam memasarkan dan menjual produksinya. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Talang Kalijirak Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Pada Desa tersebut terdapat Industri Rumahan yang memproduksi Karak. Permasalahan Mitra, produk Karak belum memiliki kemasan yang baik, belum memiliki merek dan label serta belum memanfaatkan media promosi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat membantu mitra mengembangkan atribut produk melalui perbaikan kemasan, pemberian merek dan label serta pembuatan MMT sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan PKM dalam bentuk Latihan Terbimbing satu hari tanggal 26 Maret 2021. Kegiatan PKM telah memberikan manfaat bagi Mitra yaitu perbaikan pada Kemasan Produk dengan bahan plastik yang lebih kuat dan higienis, telah memiliki Merek YU-SI, dan pada label mencantumkan komposisi bahan serta nomor handphone untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam memesan produk. Pembuatan MMT sebagai media promosi diharapkan dapat mendorong minat beli konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan. Kata kunci: Produk, Kemasan, Merek, Label, Promosi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, e-service quality, and image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator variable. Sample 200 respondents are customer who are transaction on the marketplace in Indonesia. Data collection using a closed questionnaire was measured by a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis method uses path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed (1) trust, e-service quality, and image had a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) trust, e-service quality, and image had a significant effect on customer loyalty (3) customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty (4) trust and image had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as modiator variable, while e-service quality have no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as mediator variable. Keywords: trust, service, image, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

Pokoh Hamlet, Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar has various potentials, one of which is the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms. The main constraints on the marketing aspect and the tight competition of oyster mushroom craftsmen. The PKM team intends to help Partners provide marketing strategy development training. With this training, partners are expected to have better marketing skills. The PkM activity was held on Saturday 25 March 2023 with the aim of providing training in developing marketing strategies. This training activity received a positive response from Partners. From the results of the question and answer, Partners have understood the material related to marketing strategy development. The results of this training are expected to be a provision for Partners in developing their business and making a major contribution to sales and profits.

Abstract

Tujuan riset ini mengkaji secara empiris efek dari budaya kerja, SPIP, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai baik pengujian secara partial dan keseluruhan. Dari 73 pegawai DLH Surakarta dipakai sebagai sampel. Seluruh data dari kontruk riset ini dikumpulkan via kuesioner. Dari data terkumpul, item seluruh konstruk telah memenuhi validty dan reliability test. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipakai sebagai alat atau teknik data analyze. Hasil riset budaya kerja, SPIP, kompensasi memiliki efek positif signifikan pada kinerja pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to understand how job satisfaction can mediate between leadership effectiveness and employee performance. In this study, quantitative research methods were used. Data were collected with the help of questionnaires and a sample of 115 employees. Path analysis and descriptive analysis are the data analysis methods used. Research findings show that all variables have a positive effect can be seen from 1) leadership effectiveness has an impact on job satisfaction variables. 2) Leadership effectiveness has an impact on employee performance. 3) Job satisfaction has an impact on employee performance. 4) The results of this study state that indirect influence is more potent than direct influence. Then job satisfaction is used as an intermediary between job placement variables and employee performance. Keywords: leadership effectiveness, job satisfaction, Performance
