Abstract

This study aims to see how the readiness of preschool children to enter primary school, especially their social maturity. The subjects of the study were 15 Berastagi Kayata School preschoolers aged four to seven year old. Data was taken with the Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheidstest (NST) test to obtain a picture of children's school readiness and the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale (VABS) to look more specifically at a child's social maturity. The research data were analyzed descriptively with a quantitative approach. The results obtained in this study are as the chronological age of Kayata School preschoolers become more mature, they are intellectually ready to enter elementary school. But socially and emotionally, their readiness is still not optimal to be able to participate in learning activities in elementary schools.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to see how the readiness of preschool children in entering primary school is distinguished by gender. The subjects in this study were 14 Kayata School Berastagi preschool students aged four and a half to seven years. Data was taken with the Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheidstest (NST) test to obtain a picture of children's school readiness. The research data were analyzed descriptively with a quantitative approach. The results obtained in this study, from ten aspects of school readiness, only from two aspects that show differences in readiness between male and female students. However, there were no significant differences in school readiness between Kayata School preschool students, neither male nor female. Keywords: school readiness, gender differences  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kesiapan sekolah anak prasekolah dalam memasuki sekolah dasar yang dibedakan berdasarkan jenis kelamin. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 14 orang murid prasekolah Kayata School Berastagi berusia empat setengah hingga tujuh tahun. Data diambil dengan alat tes Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheidstest (NST) untuk memperoleh gambaran kesiapan sekolah anak.  Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, dari sepuluh aspek kesiapan sekolah, hanya dari dua aspek yang menunjukkan perbedaan kesiapan antara murid laki-laki dan perempuan. Meskipun demikian, tidak ada perbedaan kesiapan  sekolah yang signifikan antara murid-murid prasekolah Kayata School yang laki-laki dan perempuan. Kata kunci: kesiapan sekolah, perbedaan jenis kelamin

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and self- awareness of students in Bodhicitta Buddhis Senior High School Medan. The hypothesis in this study is that there is positive relationship between religiosity and self-awareness of students in SMA Bodhicitta Buddhist School Medan. The research subjects used in this study were 137 students in class XII using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. This research uses quantitative methods, the research data collected using the scale of religiosity with 44 items and self-awareness scale with 31 items. The assumption test used consists of a normality test and a linearity test. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed a positive relationship between religiosity and self-awareness in SMA Bodhicitta Buddhist School Medan students with a Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient of r = 0.355 with sig. 0,000 (p <0.005). The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of religiosity on self-awareness was 12,6 percent, while the remaining 87,4 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between religiosity and self-awareness, is acceptable.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keinginan berpindah kerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 119 orang karyawan toko Matahari Medan Fair dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sebagai pendekatan masalah ini, digunakan acuan teori Azwar dan Arikunto. Data diperoleh dari skala pengukur dukungan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah kerja. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan uji asumsi, terdiri atas uji normalitas dan linieritas hubungan. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment dengan SPSS 19 untuk Windows. Hasil analisis data yang didapat menunjukkan koefisien korelasi -0,509 dengan p 0,000 (p <0,05), hal ini membuktikan adanya hubungan negatif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah kerja. Persepsi dukungan organisasi adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat berpindah dengan kontribusi (R²) sebesar 25,9 persen dan sisanya sebesar 74,1 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulannya, hipotesis adanya hubungan yang bersifat negatif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah kerja diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The hypothesis proposed in this research stated there is a relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The research data analysis used was multiple regression analysis to know the relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention. The research subjects were all employees of PT. Y consisting of 108 employees. The data were derived from a scale to measure organizational justice and turnover intention. The result of the data analysis reveal F = 24.694 with p = 0.000 (p<0,05), means there is a relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The result of the study showed that the contribution (R2) was 47% (Adjusted R Square = 0,470).
