Abstract

PT Asuka Engineering Indonesia is a company engaged in the construction sector, with electrical and instrumentation as their main services. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze new products that are needed and desired by PT Asuka Engineering Indonesia's consumers. This research is an applied research with a qualitative approach. The analytical tool that used in this research is the New Product Development Stages. The result of this research is the discovery of an idea of new product that can be developed at the Asuka company, namely by adding services in information technology field. Suggestions from this research are that this can be a reference and input for companies to make decisions in developing new products in information technology field by pay more attention to consumer suggestions for new product requests as a consideration for products that should be developed.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 makes technology the main factor in carrying out various activities, especially with this pandemic, all activities that were originally carried out offline have turned online. Related to this, it is necessary to create an online marketplace platform that can be used for Aisyiyah PDA Malang residents in running their business. Digital marketing socialization and training activities are also embedded so that Aisyiyah residents have an understanding of the knowledge in operating the online marketplace website that has been created. It is hoped that after this service program is carried out, the online marketplace created can be utilized and used optimally.

Abstract

Bank BTN has always been nominated for a top of top brand awards from 2016 to 2019. This phenomenon shows the brand image of Bank BTN, which has long been known as an icon of the bank with the best homeownership credit products as a positive value that can influence purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Bank BTN’s Youtube ads were effective. The dimensions of the Bank BTN YouTube ads included empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication on the BTN bank Youtube ads. The variables used in this study include empathy, persuasion, impact, communication, advertising effectiveness, and purchase decisions. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach with 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is the EPIC Model method with SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Bank BTN Youtube advertisements are proven to be effective. Furthermore, there is partially a positive and significant influence between empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously the influence of empathy, persuasion, impact, and communication affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the company's initial distribution channel for distribution optimization to reduce the high distribution costs of PT Petrokimia Gresik. Petroganic fertilizer is one of the company's products, which currently increases its production, so it is necessary to implement a good distribution system to optimize transportation costs. The analytical tool used is the transportation method, where the company's initial allocation is recalculated using the Least Cost method, double-checking to find out whether it is optimal with the Modified Distribution (MODI) method. From the results of this study, it is known that the company's initial transportation costs incurred by the company when using the Least Cost method, there is cost transmission and optimization with the Modified Distribution method resulting in an optimal cost reduction value. The difference in distribution costs was obtained by 11.7% of the total costs incurred. The suggestion is that companies can consider transportation methods as a decision-making policy to optimize costs in their distribution system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which services need to be improved so that the number of new students increases. Using 5 research variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method approach which will produce a House of Quality matrix, a total of 12 service attributes need to be improved. After knowing the 12 service attributes that must be improved, the researcher conducted an interview with the Principal of JHS Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, so that eight technical responses were obtained, namely conducting discipline and character training for teachers, adding additional equipment, namely main textbooks, rulers, markers, erasers and attendance books. class, holding disciplinary training and human resource relations to staff, installing CCTV in the school area, namely in front of the teacher's room, each class and where students pass by (sports fields, bicycle / motorbike parking lots, and gazebos), adding gazebos and Wi-Fi in the school area then adding fiction story books in the library, adding school facilities such as toilets, improving school layouts so that the distance between classrooms and canteens, laboratories and libraries is close and maximizing social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and the school website in school promotion.

Abstract

Abstract

Pembangunan bangsa ditentukan oleh terbentuknya generasi yang memiliki kekuatan jasmani dan Rohani. Pembentukan generasi yang kuat dapat diawali dengan pembangunan karakter pada anak. Anak yang memiliki karakter yang baik mudah mengambil keputusan dengan tepat. Pengabdian ditujukan untuk membentuk generasi mandiri, tangguh, religious dan humanis. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Putri Dinoyo di kota Malang, Jawa Timur. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan pada pengabdian meliputi story telling, diskusi dan Paricipatory active research. Kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain kegiatan penyampaian materi agama untuk mendukung program character building, diskusi dan kegiatan tanya jawab antara pemberi materi dan peserta pengabdian. Kegiatan selanjutnya yang dilakukan yakni kegiatan outbound serta kegiatan lomba kegiatan Islami. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian bagi peserta pengabdian yakni peserta lebih memahami tentang akhlakul karimah, contoh implementasi, makna penting akhlakul karimah serta termotivasi untuk menerapkan akhlakul karimah dalam kehidupan sehari–hari. Kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya yakni outbound memberikan kemampuan untuk melakukan komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan peserta yang lain, meningkatkan keberanian serta konsentasi untuk melakukan kegiatan. Lomba kegiatan Islami bermanfaat meningkatkan pengetahuan kognitif di bidang agama dan empati terhadap sesama. Kegiatan pengabdian turut mendukung penguatan karakter untuk membentuk bangsa yang kuat
