Abstract

Public services in the health sector can be carried out in hospitals and health centers throughout Indonesia. Community Health Center is a service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts, to achieve the highest public health degree in its working area. The purpose of the study was to influence service quality on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Lasusua Public Health Center, North Kolaka Regency in 2021. The type of research used was an analytical survey research with a "cross-sectional" design, where all observed variables were measured simultaneously. when the research took place. The results show that physical evidence affects the level of patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.000) Reliability affects the level of patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.000) Responsiveness affects the level of hospitalization satisfaction with a value of value (0.001), Guarantee affects the level of satisfaction patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.013) Empathy affects the level of patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.000) and the most dominant variable on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Lapai Health Center, North Kolaka Regency is physical evidence with an Exp (B) or OR value of 107,823. Suggestions in research are to become information and input for the health office to improve the quality of health services at the puskesmas, can be input for the puskesmas to always continue to improve the quality of services provided to patients in order to achieve patient satisfaction and become reference material and information for research. The next is related to the quality of service to patient satisfaction

Abstract

Utilization of mothers giving birth in health facilities is very important, especially in preventing unwanted events during childbirth. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the choice of place of delivery for pregnant women in the work area of the Lasusua Public Health Center, North Kolaka Regency. The type of research used is analytic survey research with a "cross-sectional study" (cross-sectional) design, with a population of 109 pregnant women, a sample of 57 people with purposive sampling technique and a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results obtained were knowledge (p value 0.000 < 0.05), culture (p value 0.002 < 0.05), pregnancy examination (p value 0.002 < 0.05), husband's support (p-value 0.001 < 0.05). ) and support from health workers p value 0.011 < 0.05 distance to health facilities (p value 0.556 > 0.05), infrastructure (p value 0.805 > 0.05) environmental comfort (p value 0.736 > 0 ,05). The results of the multivariate analysis of the support of health workers with the value of Exp (B) or OR are 165.9. The conclusion in this study is that knowledge, culture, antenatal care, husband's support, support from health workers have an influence while distance, infrastructure, environmental comfort, have no effect.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan bahan padat buangan dan hasil sampingan dari kegiatan manusiayang berasal dari kegiatan rumah tangga, pasar perkantoran, rumah penginapan, hotel, rumah makan, industri, puingan bahan bangunan dan besi-besi tua bekas kendaraan bermotor. Sampah atau waste adalah zat-zat atau benda-benda yang sudah tidak dapat dipakai lagi oleh manusia, baik berupa bahan bangunan yang berasal dari rumah tangga maupun pabrik sebagai sisa proses industri. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Menganalisis Yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Masyarakat Terhadap Pemanfaatan  Bank Sampah  Di Kelurahan Kapasa Raya Kota Makassar Tahun 2020.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional, yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh melalui cara pendekatan observasi dan pengumpulan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 menggunakan tehnik random sampling dengan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara pengetahuan p=(0.000), tidak ada pengaruh antara sikap p=(0.399), ada pengaruh yang ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kesediaan memilah sampah p=(0.002), tidak ada pengaruh antara peran petugas kesehatan p=(0.0388), tidak ada pengaruh antara tokoh masyarakat p=(0.080),ada pengaruh antara dukungan keluarga p=(0.000) dengan perilaku masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan bank sampah, Berdasarkan analisis multivariat variabel yang dominan paling berpengaruh yakni pengetahuan p=(0.028) dan Dukungan keluarga p=(0.002). Saran penelitian ini Sekiranya pemerintah kelurahan setempat rutin memberikan penyuluhan dan mengevaluasi perilaku masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan bank sampah

Abstract

Introduction; HIV is the main cause of the decline in the secondary immune system, which gradually leads to the AIDS stage. HIV and AIDS are pandemic, attacking millions of people in the world, men, women, and even children, so it is necessary to take steps to prevent HIV transmission. Aim; know the factors that influence the prevention of HIV transmission by PLWHA. Method; quantitative descriptive-analytic research with a cross-sectional design, with uvivariate, bivariate, and multivariate data analysis. Results; showed that the factors related to the prevention of HIV transmission by people living with HIV were a length of stay with HIV (p=0.000) and knowledge (p=0.000). In multiple logistic regression analysis, it was found that length of stay with HIV (p=0.007 95% CI: 0.014-0.517) and knowledge (p=0.014 95% CI: 1.343-14.451) were the most influencing factors to prevent HIV transmission. Conclusion; that the factors that most influence the prevention of HIV transmission by PLWHA are knowledge and duration of living with HIV.
