Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is a collection of behaviors that are carried out on the basis ofawareness as a result of learning that makes someone who makes a person able to help himself in the healthsector and plays an active role in realizing the health of his community. The purpose of the study was todetermine the effect of health promotion on changes in clean and healthy lifestyles in householdarrangements in Hamlet IV, Lawolatu Village, Ngapa District, North Kolaka Regency. The type of researchused is Quasy-Experiment with non-equivalent control group design, the sample in this study is divided into2, namely 20 people as the experimental group and 20 people as the control group using spiral samplingtechnique and questionnaires as research instruments. The results showed that changes in PHBS in terms ofwashing hands with clean water and soap with p value = 0.000, using clean water with p value = 0.007, usinglatrines with p value = 0.001, eradicating larvae with p value = 0.004, physical activity with p value = 0.001,not smoking in the house with p value = 0.004 Conclusion obtained There is an effect of changing PHBSwashing hands with clean water and soap using clean water, using healthy latrines to eradicate larvae athome, doing physical activity, not smoking inside house before and after receiving intervention, researchsuggestions are expected to raise public awareness, especially in the household environment in PHBS as aneffort to prevent disease

Abstract

Introduction: One of the most common causes of death in children in developing countries is Acute Respiratory Infection. Objective: To determine the analysis of risk factors that influence the incidence of ARI in children under five. Methods: This type of case-control study is retrospective. Arungkeke Public Health Center, Jeneponti Regency, involving 96 respondents, where the case sample was 48 respondents and control was 48 respondents. The instrument of this research used a questionnaire. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with (chi-square test). Results: showed age under five (p=0.505) and OR = 0.743, immunization status (p=0.003) and OR = 5,500 times at risk, mother's knowledge (p= 0.000) and OR = 9,000 times at risk, residential density (p = 0.308) and OR = 1.346 times at risk, nutritional status (p = 0.660) and OR 1.214 times at risk. Conclusion: that there is a relationship between immunization status, knowledge, occupancy density with the incidence of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection. Immunization officers make interesting and fun activities when Healthcare Center activities are held so that parents and toddlers are happy to come to Healthcare Center places

Abstract

Introduction; quality health services provided to patients are a benchmark for the success of services, and various business or service activities. Objective; analyze the factors that affect the performance of puskesmas employees. Method; The research design used in this study was observational with a Cross-Sectional Study approach with a sample of 35 Puskesmas employees. Results; show that the variables of education (ρ=0.546), work discipline (ρ=0.243), and facilities (ρ=403) have no effect on employee performance. Variables of motivation (ρ=0.000), compensation (ρ=0.000), and work environment (ρ=0.031) have an influence on the performance of employees at the Public Health Center. Conclusion; that motivation has the strongest influence on performance. The need for increased motivation, compensation and a good work environment for employees in an effort to improve employee performance

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai lembaga pelayanan kesehatan diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan baik secara kuratif dan preventif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap di Rumah Sakit Inco Sorowako. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu seluruh pasien rawat inap dewasa yang menjalani perawatan selama penelitian berlangsung. Data diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara Data yang diperoleh, diolah, dan dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan aspek tangible (p = 0,008), aspek reliability (p = 0,000), aspek assurance (p = 0,000), aspek empathy (p = 0,000), dan aspek responsiveness (p = 0,000) secara siginifikan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap RS Inco Sorowako Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Dari semua aspek kualitas pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien, responsivenesss merupakan aspek kualitas pelayanan yang paling kuat hubungannya dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di RS. Inco Sorowako Kabupaten Luwu Timur Tahun 2021 dengan Odds Ratio = 20,061. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar RS Inco Sorowako, berupaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dari aspek reliability, assurance, and empathy agar tercapai kualitas pelayanan yang lebih optimal dari capaian kualitas pelayanan pasien rawat inap yang lebih optimal.
